Great fit. This is probably the most comfortable sneaker I have bought in a long time. Working out, running or walking, its comfort carries through each activity.

New Balance WX621 rating - I appreciated the courtesy and efficiency I received when phone-ordering this shoe. The (free) shipping is a big plus and I was amazed at how QUICK I received the shoes. These shoes are better than I thought! I bought these shoes after I read a lot of the reviews. I actually thought the shoe looked better than I thought it would after I read some of the reviews. I have been walking a lot this summer and couldn't seem to find a pair of tennis shoes that would allow me to walk a good distance without some sort of pain. These shoes have been great so far; no breaking in period and my bunion doesn't hurt after walking several miles. I will probably buy this shoe again.

Great Shoes - I bought these shoes for my wife. She says they are the comfortablest shoes she has worn right out the box in years. She likes the feel and looks.

Comfortable Shoes - I spent most of my life being uncomfortable in shoes because I have a wide foot. This shoe, in wide, is very comfortable. It accepts an orthotic insert and there's still enough room so my toes aren't squashed together. I will buy another pair to have when this pair wears out.

Great Walking Sneaker! I have a hard time finding chic sneakers that are wide enough for my feet. I purchased these New Balance sneakers in white (with pink detail) for walking. They are the first sneakers that my friends can't even believe are wide width, since they look nice enough to be "normal."

Excellent Cross-Training Shoe - I bought the narrow width of this product, and it fits like a dream. The sizes are pretty accurate, and the fit is good. A very handsome shoe, with a nice variable lace-up: toes can be tighter or loser, mid-foot, around ankle, etc. I feel I bought the exact right size as I experienced absolutely no blistering or rubbing and I wore them to kickboxing and weight training right out of the box. I highly recommend them. They're lightweight, attractive, have a good fit, give excellent arch support, and look fabulous.

New Balance - Finally, a shoe I can fit! Buying attractive shoes for a size 13 is nearly impossible. This shoe fits and looks great!

New Balance sneakers - I wear them mainly to the gym - running on the treadmill and such - and they're very comfortable as well as attractive. I usually wear 7 ½, but based on other reviews, I bought an 8, which fits perfectly.

GREAT “sneak"!!! These are the 1st pair of athletic shoe (sneaker... ha!) that I've purchased in over 10 years. Everyone at work had New Balance and spoke highly of them, so I finally got myself a pair. I LOVE the look! I've NOT worn them a lot YET being summer sandal time, so I'm breaking them in slowly! They are a little tight around the toes; I attribute that to being new and also not being used to wearing closed in shoes lately. I'm sure they will become the number one “go to” as Autumn approaches, for ANY & ALL reasons! Love Zappos! You DO deliver the goods! Thank You!

New Balance, Still the Best!! I am delighted with the new 621's. My older, 620's were comfortable, but had a much more squared, narrow toe. The new ones again have a rounded toebox, and are just a delight. I love that New Balance donates to the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation as well. My feet feel great and so does my conscience!!!

Love these shoes - I bought a second pair, I love them so such. I had the New Balance 620 model and couldn't find them so I tried some other models which were not near as comfortable or durable. I use these for walking, light hiking and a spare pair for running in the sand. If you have a slightly narrow foot, but are not a true narrow size, these are a perfect fit.

Very happy with this product and with the very fast service. I was astonished at how fast the shoes came. I will definitely order from Zappos again.

Great shoes- I love the New Balance 621. I broke my foot and needed a pair of good cross trainers. They have been great.

Great walking shoe/sneaker - I love this shoe and wear it as often as possible. It is fabulous for walking around the neighborhood or a distance on city streets. They are the most comfortable shoes that I own.

I am very pleased with this shoe, style, design, etc. I ordered a wide width because my normal width was not available at the time, and true to size they are a little wider than I would like, but can still wear them comfortably. My fault. I wish now I would have waited.

My fourth pair - This is by far the best-fitting shoe for my high instep as it is available in wide width. An added bonus is the extra wiggle room for my toes. I purchase a replacement pair every few years and although the style changes a little, it is still the best shoe for my feet and my money.

Chiropractor Recommended New Balance Shoes - Recently I began a job in which I am on my feet for extended periods of time on concrete floors. After just a few short weeks, I suffered hip/joint aches & back aches from being on concrete. After several chiropractor visits I finally asked for a recommendation on which brand/s of shoes might be best to wear when on concrete... the entire chiropractor staff unanimously agreed... NEW BALANCE... the higher the numeral of the shoe style the better! I decided to try these WX621 and will order again in a year or whenever needed! A+++++

Extremely comfortable - This is a great walking shoe with good arch support. I've found it to be just a great shoe.

New Balance Walking Shoe comfort - I find the New Balance WX621 shoe very comfortable. The sizing seems to be right. You never know when you order shoes if they will fit or not. I have ordered two or three pair of shoes from Zappos and I have been very pleased. Jannette Johnson
