New Balance WX621 - I bought this shoe for hospital work and was disappointed. I can't even wear them on those hard hospital floors for 2 hours without my legs and feet aching. BUT- they are awesome for everywhere else. As a regular tennis/athletic shoe they are great. Good fit, nice toe box room, nice support. Just not enough impact cushioning for me at work.

I usually buy the WW575WT New Balance shoes for work, as I am on my feet all day. I tried these because I thought the Abzorb heel cushion would be great, but I find I still need to use my Superfeet insoles to get the comfort I need to make it through the day. Other than that, the shoe fits great and no break in wearing was needed.

Ok sneaker. Nice looking sneaker, lightweight but could use more cushioning. After these wear out I'll be going back to New Balance 992.

Sturdy - Trying on the shoe, honestly, didn't think it was comfortable, thought should be more cushion to it. I bought them for the roll bar, as I work 10 hrs on my feet on concrete floors. Can say I have less trouble with feet at the end of the day with these shoes. Which is a good thing. I did add orthotics for heel pain. Have not worn without orthotics.

Comfortable shoe - Even though it's a dorky looking shoe, it was chosen to get away from the hip hop style of most athletic shoes. My podiatrist approves only a few brands of shoes for those of us blessed with flat feet and wearing orthotics. This fills the bill in a less conspicuous. Zappos is the most accommodating website for ordering merchandize I've used, and will easily search for shoes from many aspects, size, color, etc.

New Balance - Shoes purchased were wider than thought. Wider through the toe/ball of foot. Moderate arch and with orthotics fit great. Overall, pleased with comfort and style.

Nice shoe for a hard-to-fit foot - I searched high and low for some cross-trainers for my narrow feet, but most stores do not carry them. Zappos and New Balance to the rescue! The shoes arrived in TWO days and I am amazed how well they fit. Put them on, jogged for 35 minutes on the treadmill and not a single rub anywhere on my feet. I didn't know new shoes could feel this good.

Decent shoe - This shoe is found to be relatively comfortable. It is a little stiffer, and requires some breaking in, but overall, it is a decent shoe if you have difficult to fit feet (9.5 2A). I had to return the 1st pair due to the left shoe being defective; thus, customer service immediately reshipped another pair, same size, without any hassles. I received another pair the next day. Therefore, 5 stars for the superior customer service. Overall, I would purchase another pair.

How I hate these shoes now - When I purchased these shoes, I walked up and down the stairs of my home and all around my house. They were great so I made the mistake of walking in them outside. The tongue on the shoe rubs my foot no matter what type of sock or how I lace them. Unfortunately, I found this out too late to return them. Make sure you have no problem with the stitching around the tongue before you keep these shoes.

Solid comfort - I need a shoe with very good support for exercise walking and light workouts, and the 621 is exactly right. I tried another NB shoe that had a lighter, less clunky look, but the padding at the ankle and instep cut into my foot. The 621 is not a cool-looking shoe but is very cool on your feet. Recommended if you need good overall support.

New Balance WX621 - I usually wear Old Skool Vans, but got these for walking they are comfortable and not too heavy like some leather sneakers.

Love the color and the look - The fit was very good, not as soft as other New Balance because of the fabric. The Brown tone will look good in the Fall.

Overall good shoe - This shoe felt great when I put it on. However, I’ve noticed that while doing aerobics, my feet go numb. Also, it would be nice if this shoe had more breathable leather especially on the top portion. Still I would recommend this shoe for the support it provides. I've found it a much better shoe for aerobics than my old Adidas.

Excellent - Great all around walking shoe. Good quality and comfort. Really like New Balance and Zappos is a god send for hard to fit people like me. Thanks Zappos!!!

Great Shoe! The shoe is very comfortable. I do aerobics in them and haven't had any problems. The fit is great too!

I have always been happy with my purchases with Zappos', but these shoes, for me, aren't very comfortable. The left shoe is fine, but the right one squeezes my toes so when I walk, I have to curl up the toes.

D-width too narrow - Zappos’ speedy service couldn't make up for the disappointment when I tried on this shoe. I bought the white/pink in the D-width. I have wide feet, but New Balance usually does a great job with their D-widths. This shoe was too narrow. As soon as I put them on I knew they weren't going to work for me. Just ordered them in the extra wide, hope this works better. My only gripe with the extra wide is that Zappos doesn't have them in the white/pink.

Just ok - I bought Easy Spirit & these at the same time & the Easy Spirit's are much more comfortable. These feel hard & stiff after wearing the others. Zappos delivery was incredibly fast, loved that aspect.

Just didn't fit quite right - I ordered my usual New Balance size and width and was disappointed to find that these shoes did not fit as expected. They felt narrow and the instep seemed low, while at the same time my heel slipped right out with each step I took - it was like they were too small and too large at the same time. I love New Balance's, but I'll be exchanging these for a different pair.

I have bought New Balance for many years and have been very satisfied. However, the sole on this shoe was 1/4 inch wider in the ball area than my previous shoes and they looked out of proportion.

Not the shoe for me. Love the fast shipping. Shoe is not as comfortable as the NB 843, which is no longer available. Very short shoe strings, hard to get on, and just not that comfortable, and doesn't have much support. Bring back the 843!!! I wish I hadn't worn them out, so I could return them.

runs small - I read reviews before ordering, it runs small and tight at the heel. Had to return, love the service of Zappos.

Pick another pair - The material is very stiff - it's like putting on a shoe made of concrete. Luckily the edges don't rub or chafe anywhere. Also, the laces are so short that there's barely enough length to tie them. I usually wear a perfect 9 and this shoe feels a bit short. New Balance is a great brand in general, but I'd recommend picking another style rather than this one.

Disappointed - These sneakers look good; it looks more like shoes instead of sneakers. The leather is very hard and there is not much cushion (I had to add extra cushion and then it became too tight). My knees hurt when I wear it - takes about 3 weeks to break in. I will not buy this brand again.

Watch out for Blisters!!! Who would have thought? A pair of New Balance can give you blisters!!! Watch out...
