A non-obnoxious workout sneaker. I have a really hard time finding sneakers because they are usually so gaudy. These sneakers are pretty good looking compared to what's out there. I will mostly wear them to the gym, but like having the option to wear them with everyday clothing, if the need be. They do fit very snug and my socks were medium thickness. I hope they break in but would have ordered a half size larger if I knew.

First experience was great! This was my first time ordering from Zappos and it was easy and quick. The shoes are just what I expected and I have been enjoying my daily walks with my new shoes.

I love New Balance! This shoe feels and fits great for me. It has a squeak that I'm hoping will wear off, but it doesn't really bother me as I'm exercising when I'm wearing them. None of my other New Balance shoes have squeaked. I love New Balance since they fit my narrow foot (10AA) so well! Thank you Zappos for having them!

Overall, a good shoe for the price. I needed a good support pair of athletic shoes for treadmill and walking, that did not look frumpy, but I was not so keen on paying big bucks since I'm not a gym rat or a runner. The WX621 are comfortable fit, with no breaking in period. I bought them in a narrow and the fit was fine.

New Balance WX621 AWESOME - The product is very comfy, looks great, arrived in perfect NEW condition and the service at Zappos was impeccable! I needed a bigger size and the return/exchange process was easy and FAST! I recommend Zappos to all my family and friends!

Too tight - I've never ordered the New Balance before (husband did and loved them). I tried the right foot on when they arrived and it was fine, but this morning both tight and the left one more so. I'm going to go up at least a half size and see if that is better. I hope so.

Hmm... Still out for debate.. I love the look of the shoe, and initially thought it was great, however it's taking a little longer to get to that "comfortable" level than I'd hoped. After wearing to the gym everyday for almost a month, it still feels like I'm wearing brand new shoes and that's a little uncomfortable. Still hoping that gets better with time!! The Zappos service was FANTASTIC and I cannot say enough good things about them!!! They upgraded my shipping, and I had the shoes less than 24hrs after ordering them at no extra charge!!!! AMAZING!!! I love this site!!!!

Great Looking New Balance Sneaker - I wear New Balance for work as recommended by my podiatrist. I am on my feet 12-14 hours a day. This particular shoe felt a little more narrow than ones I have purchased in the past. Overall I am very pleased as usual. Great, fast service as usual from Zappos!!!

Half size larger is the charm - I bought a pair of size 5 New Balance shoes last year and they were a little small--jammed up my toes. This year I went to 5.5 and while they may be a teensy bit large they are the right choice for me. These shoes were stiff at first but broke in well. They are a little higher around the ankle than the last pair--I appreciate the extra support. They are not pretty, but get the job done. The solid black is a good choice to double as athletic shoes and casual wear.

New Balance 621 women - These shoes replaced an older pair of New Balance 620's. Even though I have a very high instep, these shoes feel very wide on my foot. Almost too wide.

Good replacement - I was replacing my New Balance 620s. I had tried another New Balance model but it was too narrow even in a medium. This model fits more comfortably perhaps is just a tad loose overall but it works fine for the gym and in general walking around.

Nice shoe! Snug fit. I use this shoe for racket sports and it has good arch and lateral support. I bought the white and the leather is not as white as the rest of the shoe, but still a good shoe. I wore them straight to the court and had no problems!

I have all kinds of feet problems - fall arches, plantar fasciitis, joint inflammation, use arch supports, etc and have to wear shoes at all times. I put these on and loved how good my feet felt. I found the arch support to be more than adequate. Love 'em!

VERY HEAVY - This shoe could use more cushioning in the toe area and longer shoe strings. It's really heavy and masculine-looking. However, I bought new shoe strings, added a sport insole, and decided to keep the shoes. They're not perfect, but because of my shoe size, it's difficult finding a walking shoe that's all I need it to be.

Great cross trainer - This is the third pair of the 621s that I have enjoyed. Great shoe with real support.

Good to go! Finding my size (11-2A) isn't easy so my exercise shoes for various pursuits are mainly New Balance. There was a more expensive shoe on this same site I could have chosen, but other comments said it was somewhat stiff. I chose the WX621 and took the shoes from the box to a Zumba class. Great comfort, great fit. I gave the shoe a 4/5 because I was expecting a bit more 'cush' in the shoe re: impact. Maybe my 5/5 ideal doesn't exist in my size! The delivery time shocked me: I ordered at 7 pm and they arrived the next day at 3 pm!! Can't beat that!

First time purchase of this shoe - Shoe felt a little looser in the heel, still comfortable but not sure I'd want to wear it all day. Prefer the NB601. Heel slips quite a bit when worn with my orthotics so can't use them with this shoe.

Just as I expected - I have had several pair of New Balance shoes so I knew to order a 1/2 size larger than what I normally wear. These were very comfortable after the 2nd or 3rd wearing. I bought the brown ones because they go with everything.

MargeLeary - Love New Balance shoes, but my favorites keep getting discontinued. I am not sure how much I like this one. Have been wearing for a couple weeks and while good support are still stiff. May try another style.

New Balance - Overall, I like the shoe; however, I’d hoped it would be more cushioned on the soles.

Review of New Balances WX621 - Overall I found the shoe to be comfortable. The length was somewhat short. However the width of the shoe for me was right on target!

Dependable - I have found New Balance to run just short enough to have to order the next size up, but they are nice looking shoes that wear well and fit my sz 12 foot. I currently own 3 pairs of NB, all different styles and colors and can depend on them for comfort if I have to be on my feet for extended periods of time.

White New Balance - Over all the shoe looks good. It does fault in comfort. After walking in them for several hours they do make one's heel hurt.

Long time with New Balance - I have worn the 608's that the 621 replaced and find the fit comparable. I wear orthotics and they will fit if I remove the original insole, but that also costs me some cushioning. I also recently started wearing a brace for my ankle due to my arch collapsing. My shoe will also fit with this… however, I had to go a full size larger than my 12 narrow to a 13 narrow… what I really need is a 12.5 and they are nearly impossible to find in any shoe. This shoe will do the job, I can do a lot of walking in it and still feel okay. I'd recommend it for a sturdy, if somewhat stiff shoe (takes some breaking in) if you spend a lot of time on your feet weather walking or standing. Thank goodness for Zappos without them, I would be barefoot with my crazy size.

Kickboxing instructor - I bought this shoe to use while teaching kickboxing classes. It has been very comfortable and has given me arch and ankle support. I sometimes have trouble with irritation due to seams or stitching on the shoe; however, this has not been a problem with these. I have not experienced any "hot spots" in the ball of my foot while teaching.
