Comfortable - I always find New Balance 620 and up very comfortable. They are true to fit and you can run right away with them. You don't have to break them in first.

AWESOME - These sneakers are great. New Balance & Zappos is a match made in heaven. The only thing is make sure you order longer laces. The ones that come with the sneakers are ALWAYS TOO SHORT. I contacted New Balance & they sent me 2 pair of 63" laces one pair for my black sneakers & one pair for my white sneakers. No charge.

Great Athletic shoe - I love this shoe. I am a very active person and I found that this shoe works great both for walking and for aerobics. I really like the fact that the shoe is black as it will stay nice looking much longer. I wear a 9 and a half 2A which is extremely hard to find in a regular retail store. I am very happy with Zappos.com. Your website is very well organized and your delivery is speedy and your return policy is excellent.

Perfect Fit - I have wide feet and these shoes not only fit perfectly in wide, they're very light weight. I ordered the "Carolina" color and it's beautiful. I wear them almost everywhere.

Love Em - Extremely comfortable and perfect for walking which is what I was after. I have arthritis in my feet and need good support and comfort which is what I have.

Peggy H Sullivan - New Balance has always been my work out shoe. I have narrow feet and it is the only shoe that fits my feet. Since I workout 4-5 times a week, it is extremely important to have the proper fit. Plus they are good looking!

Love New Balance shoes! I have wide feet and a high arch and it is very hard for me to find shoes that are comfortable. I have been wearing New Balance for many years, since discovering their fit and comfort. I love my WX621's, I bought the tan suede model and it is a very nice looking walking shoe. It has great support and fits my foot wonderfully. I would highly recommend them and plan to continue buying New Balance shoes.

I have a hard time finding shoes to fit, but these are a success! I got the tan-colored ones; they look much better than the usual options available to someone who needs a wider width. I walk around the city all day in these, and my feet feel fine.

Excellent experience - I ordered a pair of New Balance WX621 from Zappos. They fit me perfectly! I received my order within a few days. I am pleasantly surprised at the huge selection of wide width shoes, which I know from experience, are hard to find. Thanks to Zappos for providing wide width shoes in a huge variety of styles! I will definitely order from Zappos again in the future.

Comfort plus! I love these shoes. I bought the beige New Balance, and they are very comfy. I did buy a half size larger and I love them! I would recomend these tennis shoes to anyone that wants comfort first!!

Toe room - I usually wear 608's but wanted something in a color so decided to try these. There is not as much toe room in these as in the 608's. If you need a snug heel, these are a little loose. Lots of times I punch another hole in shoes to snug up the heel and will have to do these as well.

New Balance Walking Shoes - Very happy with these shoes. I am on my feet eight hours a day on cement floors where I work and my feet feel great. Have bought many other shoes from department stores in my area and none of them gave me the comfort like these do.

Narrow widths - There aren't many places to find narrow widths. You have a great variety of shoes in this width. Thanks Zappos.

Most comfortable shoes - I purchased these shoes for a trip to NYC. I wore them day and night and they were soo comfortable. They really helped make all that walking possible. I recommend them to anyone looking for a very comfortable walking shoe.

Super Duper!! Wow...love this shoe. The neutral/brown color is just in line for fall 2006. It fits like a glove on my wide foot. Yes, I said wide foot. That is why I like New Balance shoes. The shoes can accommodate my duck like foot! Very happy with style, fit and design. Thumbs up...or should I say web foot up for New Balance and Zappos!

High arches? Make sure you have orthotics - Well, I clock an average of 7 miles in a day, 5 days a week. I have high arches, and these shoes did NOT provide anywhere what I needed. While the arch support is pretty non existent on New Balance in general, the shoe DOES hold up quite well on the leather and the cushioned bottom. I'm fine in these shoes as long as I use an orthotic. No back, leg, or foot pain or fatigue, stress or strain. That's way more than I can say about Reebok, Spalding, or anything else I've tried.

Six narrow - I'm very satisfied with the shoes, and am really happy I have found a company that actually has shoes in my size - 6 narrow. The shoes feel and look great. I have no complaints at all. They were shipped very timely as well.

Athletic shoes - This is the 4th time I have ordered from Zappos and as a P.E. teacher it's important that I get quality shoes. I LOVE the shoes and quality of the shoes that I get from Zappos. I have even told my volleyball teams to order shoes from them.

Great shoes - I have never worn New Balance shoes before so I was hesitant to purchase them especially on line. What a great surprise! They fit great and feel great too. I will not hesitate to buy more in the future. I bought the tan colored ones and love them.
