They are used. They came with out a box and I can see someone’s toe imprints. GROSS

I should have waited for the wider shoe. My toes hang off the edge. I will wear them at times but not often. It's my fault.

I have over 50 pairs of Birkenstocks all size 38. They fit great, but the new Birkenstocks sizing is not same as the previous ones. The size 38 are much smaller than the older ones and the size 39 are too big. The new sizing of the Birkenstocks are way off.

I love this style of Birkenstocks but unfortunately they sent me a pair that was clearly used (even had dog hair on there smh)

They fit great, very comfortable, but the suede looks different on the 2 sides.

You did not send the right shoe, so now I have the hassle of getting it returned. I will not order from you again.

Unfortunately for those of us who have very small feet, the size 35 Euro is much bigger than what the size chart says, equivalent to a size 4 US. They are much too big! I wear a size 5½ US and the Birkenstock size 34 (kids size) is a perfect fit. Trouble is, they only make the Arizona in this size in taupe and mocha, no other options. Why the company cannot make more options available in a size 34 makes no sense to me. There are lots of women who have really small feet like myself who would love a pair of Birkenstocks but cannot get them to fit properly. I have even written to the company and never gotten a response.

Great sandals. Don’t order normal size, go down at least one whole size. The M width is roomier than your traditional M, but can’t say if the narrow would be better. My son ended up tightening the M to last whole and said fine as he wears with socks.

I bought the unisex Arizona Birkenstock they were the medium/wide width. The women's specific ones are medium/narrow width. While the width and length were perfect, the straps were too big. There was no way for me to modify the holes to make them work. I eventually ordered the women's specfic ones and they fit much better.

Very cute Birks! They were also pretty comfy, however, I just felt like that the sole might not be thick (supportive) enough for my 55 yr old feet.

Purchased these for my teen daughter. She has very slim feet, so I ordered the narrow. She was able to adjust them to fit her foot. She loves them!

I have been wearing a size 10 shoe for more than half of my life, so I felt pretty comfortable ordering this size. However, it was just too big, and I did put the buckle on the last hole. These are awesome sandals so I will need to go into a store and try them on and hopefully a 9.5 will work!
