The most Comfortable Shoes! I bought my first pair of Arizonas in 1975, and they remain my favorite of the Birkenstock styles. Birkenstocks have been keeping my feet pain-free for almost 30 years now and I own at least 20 pairs!

Love these sandals. I purchased these sandals in a Birkenstock store in Myrtle Beach, S.C. and wore them out of the store. Total comfort! I suffer from plantar faciatis, and these sandals relieved my aching feet from the moment I put them on. Don't be afraid of the colors, they're darling. My only regret is that I didn't come to this site first. I paid full price, what a bummer.

Tried the imitators... Nope! Back to Birkis. Get the genuine article - you won't be disappointed. Well, maybe with the (lack of...) style ;-)

I love these sandals. The only reason for 4 stars is because I would like to tighten them but they’re as tight as they can go

Nice, but easy to get dirty.

Fits a little big had to puncture an extra hole in the straps to get a better fit.

Unfortunately this size was a bit too big for me. I did my research and saw that you should go down a size. I’m a size 7 and went down to a 6-6.5(37) and they were was still too big. Besides the size issue, these shoes are super comfortable and last a very long time. I have now had them for a year and they are still in great shape!!

I ordered these as I thought the would be softer to get used to. All the pairs I have ordered to date have been a 37 and fit fine. For some reason these were narrower and not comfortable. I ordered a larger size and they are way to big.

Service was great! As always with Zappos. Shoes are comfy and fit well, however, they do squeak a bit. I'm hoping that goes away after they get worn in.

Do not buy these thinking they are ordinary sandals. They\'re not. They will probably be uncomfortable and feel too big at first. This will change after a few weeks as they mold to your feet. Keeping the straps kind of loose may be uncomfortable at first, but it will help them mold more evenly and keep the foot from moving too far forward. As for the style, it\'s different, but they actually look better after being worn for awhile. If you don\'t mind people looking at your feet constantly and are willing to pay for the best comfort and support, these are your sandals.

Since companies are making fewer narrow shoes, it is very difficult for me to find a shoe that fits. Because of the buckles on the Arizona Suede, this sandal works for me. The real suede makes them especially comfortable, and I love the beautiful bright blue. I normally wear a size 9 and bought a 38 in this sandal.

My gosh...what is up with these shoes? I have worn birkis for years (years) and have more than I want to admit...and always and still wear a size 40. But I have tried to order 3 pair from Zappos (soft bed, original (which the straps were HUGE) and even narrow but my standard size 40 was too small. What the heck? I own many different styles of birkis and all in EU size 40 but I haven't purchased in a few years...has Birki changed their sizing?

I've worn Birkenstock shoes my entire adult life but suddenly none of the sandals I've ordered fit. These Arizonas are so cute. The length and width were fine but my feet literally flopped around in them when I tried to walk. They were adjusted as tight as they would go. Maybe because they're unisex? I'm so frustrated. I have Arizona Shearling slippers and they fit perfectly. Not sure where to go from here.

The "regular" width is way too wide for the unisex Arizona, and it was only after scouring the internet that I found some sources suggesting that the "narrow" width is the best option for most women for this specific style. This info would have helped me pick the right combo of length and width as I was looking for Birkenstocks.

I've worn the same size Birkenstock Arizona sandals for 10 years. I ordered a replacement pair and they were too big. Ordered a size down. Too big. I gave up. I'll have to go try them on because the sizing seems to have changed.

Ordered a couple sizes to find the right fit. Found my fit but the pair that fit had straps that were mismatched in color and texture. So I ordered another pair in that. That pair the straps are different lengths. I use same buckle hole on each foot and one of way too loose when the other fits...I am hoping third time(pair) is the charm.

I am not sure if it was because the shoe was a Unisex, but it really felt wide! Even after I tighten the straps as much as possible, the right shoe felt OK but the left shoe felt way too big and they both felt wide. I liked everything about the shoe, but it just did not fit like I thought it should.

I have many Birkenstock sandals which are size 40 but this pair I received (also size 40) was way to long for me. I have to return them.

I purchased this style for my teenage daughter. It goes well with jeans, shorts and dresses! Very versatile. However, after two months, the suede lining on the inner left arch area split from the cork backing. It was unexpected since she wears it twice a week only. Although Birkenstock has a reputation for durability, the sandal will have to be repaired by a professional so that the deep heel cup is maintained on the inner side. My daughter likes the sandal but now she wears it occasionally to lengthen its lifespan.

I ordered this pair in taupe suede, unfortunately when I got them, they were so much darker than the model.

Wish I could wear them - I purchased this shoe because I heard that doctors wear them. I need support for my fallen arches, but find that they hurt my arches. I'm going to podiatrist soon and I'm going to ask him, if wearing them is okay for my feet. I also have a torn tendon in my ankle and the shoes aggravate the injury.

Birkenstock's Arizona Sandal - The shoe looks great but don't plan on walking very far in this shoe. The shoe is hard on feet and will cause blisters if you venture too far on foot. I recommend wearing socks with this shoe to help break it in. Overall, it makes a good house shoe.

The shoes are fine, but they arrived in a generic, non-branded cardboard box. Seems like they were returned and then packaged up in whatever box the warehouse could find. Not a great look for a gift.

What happened to Birkenstock's quality? I've been wearing Birks for years and since about 2019 I've noticed a significant deterioration in the quality control of these once ideal sandals. The pair I just received is has sealant glue drops on the edge and sealant stains on the suede footbed. Unacceptable.

I love Birkenstock, I wear my Gizeh almost daily, weather permitting. I wanted Arizona for a long time. I ended up ordering three, exchanging all of them. First pair was the perfect taupe suede color but the straps were super loose and buckled to the smallest hole, had to exchange. The next pair was a darker taupe brown and not as nice, exchanged again. The final pair was same weird taupe (not as pictured) and was super stiff and felt different. I really wanted to love these but they were all inconsistent. On to a different Birkenstock style!
