Loved these sandals

Wife has worn Birkenstocks for years. This order was to replace OLD ones but were too narrow and hurt foot on outside... unfortunate and unexpected.

Everything to love about these except the color isn't brown enough for me it's more of BURGUNDY BROWN it's too close to a pair in color I have, my only reason to return!

This was a gift for my son’s birthday, and he appears to be very happy with the gift. He says the sandals are comfortable.

Birkenstock are my favorite comfy shoes. I feel awesome when I'm wearing them.

I purchased the same pair I had before. After a couple years, they only needed replaced because I have plantar faciitis. The product holds up so well it's hard to get rid of the old pair.

I measured my feet according to Birkenstock instructions & went from there. Even then, it took a few tries to get the right fit. The suede is fantastic, and the chocolate brown color is gorgeous.

These were in exchange for a pair that were too small. Zappos customer service is wonderful, timely and refreshing in this day when it is do hard to even talk to a customer service representative with other mail order retailers. Thank you Zappos!

I have multiple Birkenstock sandals and have worn them for four years now. The suede pair is definitely the easiest to break in. There is really no breaking in period. They are comfortable from the minute you slide your feet in. I have narrow flat feet and no high arches. The buckles allow you to fine tune the fit so every type of foot feels secure and comfortable.

I finally discovered they had a narrow width!!! These fit fantastic, I’m a solid 7.5 in most shoes. I’m slightly worried the suede will stretch and I only have one hole to go on the buckles but overall love these!

Love the color and feel.

My foot fit perfectly in the footbed. I ordered regular width, size 41. And measuring my foot against the size chart on the box indicated I ordered the correct size. However, they felt quite floppy and loose. I punched another hole in each of the four straps and now they fit much better, although the excess straps just barely do not hang over the edge of the shoe. I don't think I could have gotten away with ordering a narrow. Pretty dorky looking, but extremely comfortable.

Ladies, unless you have a very wide foot, try the narrow width and maybe a half size down. I was shocked how well that combo fit me.

These are great and love the color! They’re a dark burnt brown/auburn that’s still a neutral, but not too boring. Really like that the buckles are the same color as the straps.

I started with my EU size estimate and medium width. Birks were too large length and width so exchanged for smaller size and narrow width. Best fit overall. They last years and worn daily!

I sized down like some of the reviews suggested and I had to return them and get my usual size. The smaller size looked ok while standing but not when I walked in them, my toes would get too close to the end and was uncomfortable. I think my normal size looked better also. I read somewhere that you are supposed to have about have 1/2 inch in the back and that is what Birkenstock considers a correct fit. These are very comfortable and I’m happy with them. I’m normally a 6.5 in most shoes, and size 37 worked best for me.
