Mercedes benz for your feet - I have been a nurse for 25 years and bought every brand and style out there and these are the best. Nurses spend a lot of time standing on hard surfaces and these provide the support you need. Super cushioned shoes may be good for walking, but if you are standing for hours these guys will give you the support you need. They stay new looking for a long time; they are worth every penny.

These shoes are great! I am a nursing student and at the end of a clinical day my feet were sore and my back was too. As soon as I started wearing these shoes I noticed an immediated difference. At the end of the day I feel like I just started the day. As soon as I can, I am going to by another pair of Danskos for casual wear.

Dansco professional Clog--LOVE THEM!!!!!! I have problems with my feet and as a nurse, I spend long hours on them. I bought these shoes on advice from a co-worker and honestly at first I was skeptical because of the price. Now I think I would pay 2-3 times as much for these! I can do 3 12-hour days in a row and my feet still won't know it. These are great- I recommend them to everyone who will listen now! I have even bought more trendy ones for evryday wear too. From now on, I will be buying Dansko's as long as they will make them.

Danskos are great - I love my Danskos. They are very comfortable and I can wear them all day.

Go Dansko! This is my 6th pair of Dansko Professionals and they are by far the most comfortable and durable shoe I have ever purchased. I recommend them to friends/family who complain of back and leg pain, they become believers too. I teach students with severe disabilibites, being on my feet a good part of the school day takes its toll on my legs and back. This shoe makes my day much more pleasant.

These shoes are great on your arches. I wear them with trouser socks (very thin, like nylons) and at first they felt great. I have a bunion on my right foot and toward the end of the day, the shoes hurt my feet. The toe box is roomy in the height category, but not so much in the width. I am hoping they will stretch over time. They look fine with pants that are straight cut or that have at least a little flare. I would not wear them with skinny-ankle pants. Again, the arch support is great!

Beautiful shoe, nice color and very classy style for work. Arch feels somewhat uneven, but shoe still very nice and wearable for 8 to 12 hours. These shoes add a more professional look to my work attire and I love having some height! Would not run in them, i.e. avoid rushing, feels like they could be a fall risk.

I love the Dansko Professional clog, and have been wearing them for 6 years. However, they are not made the way they used to be. The first pair I bought are just now starting to wear out and need to be replaced. The second pair I bought wore out in a year! Admittedly, I wear my Danskos almost every day, but I find it curious that the durability has gone down so dramatically. I've read other reviews elsewhere that say that Danskos are now made in China instead of Europe. This is why I give them 4 stars. Spending this much on a pair of shoes is harder to justify if they don't last a long time.

I had a pair of London Birkenstock that I wear at work. Needed a new pair. Ordered the wide Dansko's. A little tigher than the Birks at first but after 2 weeks of wear they are very comfortable for standing for longer periods. Not the best for long walks however. I would order them again.

I am partial to Born shoes, but I wanted to give the Danskos a try. I am a 7.5 and they fit as described. They are not snug at the heel but I guess they are supposed to be that way. They are comfortable, but do not have the cushioning that I love with the Born shoes. This particular color was deceiving in the picture. It is brown and dark brown, to me it looked brown and black. However, I do love them because they are different from any other shoes I have.

I like my Danskos. They wear well but you need to wear thick socks so they don't slip so much. Great arch support! They are supposed to slip off your heel but they never fall off.

This is my second pair of Danskos, and I like them so much more. I always thought Danskos just put a lot of pressure on the top of your foot. Not so! I just needed a wide width.

Love these shoes. They're exactly how I pictured them. The extra height they give me is great. My only complaint is that they're pretty easy to scuff if you're moving back and forth. People call them my "mom/nurse shoes."

Overall I really like the look of the shoe. I do have to wear my hubby's thick black socks with it to make them fit, got a 39 and I always fit as a 8.5. I still like them and they give me a lot of height and look good for my job as a physical therapist in the hospital.

I like the black tooled, they are shinier than the plain black clogs but not as shiny as the patent leather ones. I wear these to work.

I like these clogs, but for me they are not as comfortable as I had thought they would be. One reason is since they do not come in half sizes, I found the 8 a little short and 8 is my normal size. The 9 was also too big.

These shoes are the perfect nursing shoe. I see so many people at the hospital wearing these and everybody says the same thing..."they're great!"

At first I thought the shoe might be too heavy to be comfortable; I was wrong. I teach and this is a great shoe for those having to sand for long periods of time. I definitely recommend them.

I bought these because the are supposed to be the best. I wear a size 7 so I ordered the 37. The first few days I wore these shoes were murder. I only did it because I had spent so much money on them. After those first three days of pinched toes the leather stretched, and I have the most comfortable pair of shoes ever. They provide awesome arch support. Being on my feet all day, they really help my back as well. I also love the little heel, it keeps my scrubs off the ground!

I previously got two versions of the Volley model and liked them somewhat better because they are considerably lighter in weight.

Dansko shoes run small and not two styles will ever fit the same. However, they are comfortable and durable, and once you find your fit you will be satisfied.

Get lots of compliments on my shiny black shoes, should have gotten a 39 or maybe even a wide - have had 4 pairs before in 38 and all fit fine, these are snug.

As a RN, I'm on my feet 12-13 hrs when I work. I really need shoes that can handle feet swell after a long shift of work and have to walk 4-5 long manhattan blocks to catch subway train to go home. shoes that look good just not going to cut it. I had this shoes years ago and I love it cuz it was great for going to school at that time. Now I thought I buy another pair to use for my work. I was surprised that at the end of my shift my feet are in pain. Had my feet changed? I had to get something else for my work. I am sad that I can't wear Dansko.

I've had many Danskos throughout the years and have always loved them. I was surprised when I got these that the size was wrong. Definitely go up by one size, so you don't have to do what I did, return one pair and wait for a bigger size.

I love my clogs. I ordered a 7.5 that's what I usually wear and they fit great..just as they suggest -with the extra room to slide up. They are comfortable and really shiny.
