Customer service, was great! I had to order this shoe 2x and still needed to B able 2 compare side by side. So CS sent the 3rd pair 4 me 2 try the size, and I could have both together and mail back the 1 I didn't want. I loved this! I always order via Zappos and I will continue!

This Dansko Professional fits slightly more snuggly than those from before the split with Sanita, but they stretched a bit and molded nicely to my feet in just a few days. My feet are short and wide with very high arches. I have three pairs of Dansko Professionals in different colors. I literally wear them every day, 16 hours a day, in fall and winter. They are durable, comfortable and incredibly supportive.

These are the most awesome shoe for comfort. I'm on my feet all day long working in a hospital. My arch is supported and I have no achy sore feet when I get home. I feel as though I can keep going and going. I just ordered my 2nd pair and I'm going to order a 3rd pair. You will love these shoes!

I work in a funeral home, so my shoes need to look professional and be extremely comfortable, since I'm on my feet most of the day doing heavy lifting/moving. I love these shoes. My feet don't hurt after long days, and they save my back.

This is my 2nd pair of this same shoe! I was so glad to find them at Zappos in a Wide-width (I purchased them using 'notify me when available' and it was perfect). The hold up super-well. My old pair was worn 9 months of the year for at least 2 years now and was showing wear, but probably would have kept kicking awhile longer. I love these shoes!

I wear these shoes about 6 days a week. They are very comfortable and they last a long time.

I love my Danskos! Being on my feet all day, these provide great support for my back. The patent leather style has a little more give compared to the regular leather. Zappos is wonderful. They upgraded my shipping so I had my shoes in a couple of days instead of waiting for a week!

I wear a 12-13 woman's shoe and this fits me really well. I am on my feet all day and this is the only shoe I can wear comfortably. I have a pair for work and a pair for home. I have flat, narrow feet and also have bone spurs and these do not bother me at all. This is a replacement pair from my last pair that I just wore out after several years. Well worth the money. I just wish there were more colors so they were a bit more feminine.

These shoes are the best! I plan on purchasing another pair. I've strongly recommended to all of my friends and coworkers to invest in a pair with out any reservations. No matter if they are for work or leisure.

I was hesitant to buy these, mostly because they are not at all my style. However, for clinical rotations as a student working in hospitals I was told they were a must have. They are so comfortable, definitely worth the sacrifice of style. The more I wear them the more I love them!

The shoes arrived faster than I could ever have expected! Zappos is so fast, with excellent customer service. Thank you, Zappos! The shoes are heavy, but look very professional. The weight makes them difficult to wear all day when I'm running around on my feet.

These are the best shoes I have ever worn. I used to dislike the 'clog look', but the comfort is worth it. I wore my black patent clogs to work with boot-cut pants and blazer, and still looked very professional. I keep reaching for these shoes to wear, over and over, so that tells you something. I've noticed that my body aligns better now - the upturned toes on the clog help my posture - and there is no longer any back strain. If you have a narrow foot, you may want to consider the Sanita brand. I compared both Sanita and Dansko, and I love them both. The Sanitas did fit the form of my foot better, but the Danskos, with thick socks, are like walking on pillows. By the way, thank you, Zappos, for the quick delivery and excellent customer service!

I finally ordered these on the advice of two friends who swear by Danskos (we are all teachers and on our feet running around all day). They are super comfy and dressy enough to wear professionally. I love the tooled leather - unique and stylish without being over-the-top). Well worth the price. I'm now addicted to this brand!

These are the best shoes ever, and as a nurse long hours on my feet, my legs are not killing me in these. However there is a break in period the first week and it does hurt a little but stick with it. I have bought 4 pairs of these shoes in the last month because I miss them when I take them off .So even when I'm not working I have other colors to wear out. I usually wear a 10 but in these I am a 41 which is 10.5-11. Always get the size above, your finger should fit between the back of the shoe and your foot. I also have wide feet but the medium feels fine.

These shoes come with such great reviews I wanted to try a pair. I ordered one size larger after reading the reviews. They fit okay, the left one felt a little tight. The reason I returned them is that they "clomp" too much like a clog.

Love the shoe but need to try 1 size smaller, they fit too loose.

This is my second pair of these. They are my "fix my feet" shoes. I literally call them that. They do fix your painful feet. If you have plantar fasciitis or the pain on the ball of your foot these fix that pain! When my feet are really bad I have to wear them for about a week and the pain goes away. Otherwise I wear heels, etc and usually try to wear these at least once a week for a "rest". It works. They do take a little getting used to at first because you "rock" when you walk. But I love them! I have shared them with friends and other people I know wear them now for foot pain. They are not the most fashionable! But cute enough and they work!

I love these shoes! I have had problems getting the "right" shoe. I had one pair that was defective and squeaked with every step that I took. Was able to return them, then got the same size as the last shoe and felt way too tight. Zappos was great and sent me the next size up so I could compare. Decided to keep the small size, the shoes seem to loosen up after a few minutes of wearing and aren't so tight. Very comfortable!

Very different. A lot of people at work had these (nursing). I tried them out in my size at first which was a 38 and I normally wear an 8. I have gone all the way up to a 40 and now find the comfort everyone is talking about! Thanks Zappos!

Couldn't be happier. I wear Danskos to wait tables in, the store I used to buy them from locally went out of business. Luckily I knew from having worn Danskos before that my American sized 12-13 men's shoe translated to a size 46 in Dansko/European sizing. But ordered from Zappos these and they were exactly what I wanted.

Very uncomfortable on the top of your foot at first if you have a high arch like me. However, if you can suck it up for a week, you'll be fine. Now that I worked them in, I live in them and my arches don't hurt at the end of the day.

I am very happy with these shoes and wear them all the time. I have a narrow foot and wear an orthotic. The insole is not removable, and they were a little loose to my foot even in narrow, but I found another thin insole in my closet that did the trick! I like that they add a couple of inches to my height. I never imagined clogs could fit my narrow foot. The wood sole does feel hard, but still very comfortable. Go figure.

Each shoe is handmade so sometimes the fit can be a little different. Overall great shoe, I wear them everyday to work. I am on my feet all day in a hospital. Very timely arrival!

I love these clogs. My first pair (dark red) developed a bad squeak and a scratch in the finish. It's only because I love them so much that I decided to try again. My new black ones don't squeak, so far. I had to order the next size up from my regular size, perhaps because I wear them with socks. If you aren't going to wear them with socks, the size as given would probably be correct. Anyway, I love my clogs and I love Zappos.
