If you suffer from plantar fasciitis and are standing a lot, these shoes are some of the best out there. Use it in lieu of orthodics. The footbed is not soft, but there is enough arch support, and the shoes are well structured. A single pair can last a few years if treated with leather conditioner. Yeah, they are clunky, meaning no more pencil skirts for me. But there is no pain! I am an 8½ and I order a 39 in these shoes.

I have worn these shoes for many years. They are very comfortable and go with a lot of clothes! Zappos was very quick to deliver them.

For the patent leather - order a size larger than your normal Danksos. They don't stretch.

These are absolutely fabulous! I love these shoes. They are so comfortable. I have worked in them all day. I have shopped in them all day. They are not a pair of shoes you have to break in. Just jump in and go!

This is my third pair of Danskos and I love them! I was able to wear them right out of the box - no break-in period and I wore them all day.

This is the most comfortable shoe in my closet! My first pair was black over a year old and have worn well. oiled brown look great with a pair of jeans.

Love, love, love these shoes. This is my second pair. I bought my first pair 11 years ago and they are still in great shape. I will all of my shoes were this comfortable. Great arch support and I love the look!

I think they have changed how they make the Dansko, I have had a pair for many years that I love but when I order that same size now they are too long and the next size down is a little too short. I have a very narrow foot and I'm so disappointed they don't work.

I love Dansko shoes and especially the Professional clogs. These were purchased to replace a much loved pair that finally wore out after about ten years of almost daily wear. I wear these more than any other pair of shoes I own because they are the most comfortable. Can't recommend them highly enough.

This is my 3rd pair of Danskos. I am pregnant and wanted something comfortable to wear and these clogs have never let me down. I was a little hesitant over the Cordovan Cabrio color as its a little hard to match and they are kind of shiny...but I am warming up to them. I tried gray and black and felt these were a little sharper. The left shoe was a little tight when I first put them on but I was able to stretch them by stuffing socks into them for a few days and now they are perfect. Overall these are great shoes and well worth the money. They are supportive, comfortable and you will find yourself always going back to them once you have a pair. I would suggest trying them on in a store to make sure you like the fit and feel as they are not like most shoes and like I said can be tight across the top of the foot. The cordovan color is quite rich and I'm happy with my purchase.

I had a pair of these for 4 years before it was time for a new set. They fit snug at first and bother the top of my foot until they are broken in. I usually keep a pair of tennis shoes to switch into in the first few weeks until I break them in. And being a nurse on my feet they help my arches and help me keep my balance.

I already had a pair of these 1/2 size larger to wear with thick socks. They have proved quite durable and as comfortable as clogs can be. The leather is thick and very attractive, shoe well-constructed and sturdy, and the heel can be replaced as it wears down.

Same as it ever was. Excellent and soothing to feet, especially if you walk or stand most of your day.

Love these shoes! I have narrow heels and high arches, and these give me all the support I need to be on my feet all day. Love the color; subtle enough to be professional, but just a little fun and individual. I definitely recommend trying them on in a store first if possible since the sizes can be a little tough to figure out.

Although it's listed for men, they look much too feminine for me and the elevated heel looks more like a platform shoe than a unisex shoe. The heel is also very narrow and you get the sensation that the foot is about fall out of it. I do think this is a nice shoe for women, but men should avoid this shoe.

While the regular Danskos worked okay for me, this Narrow style rocks! It still allows my narrow foot to move, but doesn't slip around too much. Love it! Also, Cordovan Cabrio (dark reddish purple) color works well with black pants and jeans.

I really love the Dansko professional shoes- they are great for work. I am on my feet most of the day and used to suffer from chronic foot pain. Now, when I wear my Danskos I do not experience the foot pain-- it’s amazing. This particular pair is also great for work because their style is simple, yet "dressy" enough for a medical office.

Love my Dansko Professionals! I originally had the Marcelle (mary jane) style in black patent, but they squeaked so badly I had to return them for the Professional. I got the Black Cabrio Leather and love the look. Zappos’ customer service was awesome as usual!

Love these shoes! The tooling gives the Dansko Professional style a little extra pizzazz. I have gotten many compliments on them already. As with all my beloved Danskos, they fit great and keep my feet nice and happy, even when I have to be on my feet all day.

NARROW GIRLS - consider Sanita too before you purchase. I bought a pair of Dansko narrows (size 39 - I wear a 38 usually but had to size up) last year and loved them, even though they weren't a great fit. I tried several pairs (thank you zappos!) and kept the narrowest of the bunch, but even the narrowest would still kick off my foot pretty easily. I just tried a pair of Sanitas and their narrow is MUCH narrower than Danskos. The fit is so much better for a narrow foot, while still maintaining all the benefits (good arch support, rocker heels, stop pronation, great support). I will be giving my Danskos to someone with a wider foot and buying Sanitas from now on.

As a nurse, shoes are one of the most important parts of my uniform - I'm all about comfort and support for my 12 hour shift! These shoes do not disappoint! I love them. I continue to get compliments and I constantly sing the praise of Dansko! Great shoe! Be sure to follow the sizing recommendations for a perfect fit - this shoe isn't designed to be snug on the heel.

I just got these today and I can already tell that I'm going to love them. They're super comfortable and being a teacher, I'm on my feet all day. I'm very excited to wear them to school this week!

I absolutely love Dansko shoes! This is my third pair and so far these patent leathers are my favorite. The fit is perfect, the comfort outstanding, and the look is fabulous... I receive so many compliments when I wear these shoes!

I purchased once before and wore them for years (I worked in an ER then). I now work in a very busy OR and purchased a cool red pair, but they had an irritating squeak that drove me nuts!!! I called the great folks at Zappos and they sent me a second pair...no charge for the shoes or shipping and handling and had them the next day...those too squeaked. Back they went but not before I spoke to the very accommodating, customer-oriented people at Zappos who hooked me up with yet another pair of Danskos, again next day shipping and no charge at all!! They returned the first pair that I had, then the replacement pair, and yet the present black Danskos that I am enjoying blissfully squeak free... the shoes fit true to size, feel great and I'm hoping will walk me right in to retirement... Zappos is the very best company I have ever dealt with and I will forever sing their praises!!!
