When I could not find a pair of waterproof Birkenstocks, my normal knock-around shoes, I bought these for beach use. The ribbon between the toes is the only style of flip flop I can tolerate. The arch support felt a little high for my flat feet, but far superior to the zero support of a standard flip flop. The rear of the sandal does nicely cup the heel. It felt true to size with some extra length in the toe. I tried warming them in the oven to fit, per the directions, but didn't really see any change.

Nice sandals - I got the purple/lime ones. The color is great and they don't look as bulky on my feet as I feared...I can wear them with my light khaki capris and they look fine. I feel that the straps on these are a little tight. I have pretty average size 9 feet, but initially I had to really work my foot into the shoe. I felt like my feet were always at the very back of the shoe when I walked. The straps did stretch a bit after a few days of wear and all is well now. I have to say, everyone talks about these feeling like pillows...I don't really agree. They are quite firm and supportive, yet give just enough. It's very nice. I didn't bake mine though. Maybe if I did they would be more pillow like. I wish the front end of the shoe was a little shorter and more shaped (it is overly long and looks just a little weird) but overall the design is good.

Love my fashionfitflipflops - With my back issues and an arch that a mack truck would easily drive through flip flops have never been in my life and I felt deprived. Now I am complete!

Almost perfect - I was very skeptical of spending $55 for a flip-flop, however, "normal" cheap-o flip-flops weren't cutting it as I normally wear an orthotic. These are very comfortable with excellent arch support. The shoe almost has a negative heel feel, which took a few days to get used to (my legs felt tired those first days). Really no break in period - the thong is comfortable. They do look a bit long in the front and I did catch them a few times before getting used to it, but on the bright side, I did not stub my toes! My teenager says they look like boats, but then SHE can wear $3 flip-flops in comfort! I would have preferred a size 7.5. However, they don't make half sizes, so I settled for an 8. Size 7 was definitely too small. I wear these all day -feet, back, and knees did not complain; that's never happened before in a flip-flop! As always, Zappos return policy was excellent! Gotta love that free shipping!

Almost a 5 - At first these shoes squeaked for the first 3 days, but, thankfully, that diminished with time. I do still have a hot spot where the strap meets the shoe by the ankle, otherwise, I'd give 5 for comfort.

Molokini heaven - These flip flops are the most comfortable I've ever worn. The only negative is they tend to make my feet sweat, which in turn makes your feet dirty.

This sandal looked wide as a boat...I'd have to check again...was this one of those unisex flip flops which are really built for men? Seemed that way.

I loved the base of these shoes. They were very comfortable. The top straps were way too loose. I do not have tiny feet and there was easily an inch between the top of my foot and the strap. If you have chubby feet, these might work better.

I'm a standard 7, maybe a teensy bit wide foot than normal, and this sandal is too big. Felt comfy though. Was very wide.

I have a pair of Montrails that I love - they got me through a day of walking up and down and over some uneven terrain in San Juan with no discomfort at all. These fit much looser and I'm thinking they won't be as problem-free.

I spent hours reviewing sandal options on many websites. Ultimately I decided to buy from Zappos--always the best choice. The Montrail Molokini was my final pick. I read the rave reviews. I thought the idea of molding the footbed, through heating, unique and brilliant. The shoe is cute and sturdy. For me, too sturdy. It is hard on the soles of my feet. I cannot wear the sandals for more than a few hours at a time before needing to switch to another shoe or go barefoot on my tile floors. I can't recommend this shoe. There must be better options out there.

These shoes are very large for my normal size both in length and width. They also seemed very clunky. After the rave reviews I had read I was very disappointed in these flip-flops.

The shoe is ok on style, but that is not why I bought them. I wanted something comfortable yet not so "old" looking!! I broke my left ankle and sprained my right so I really need a shoe that will give me support. These do when you first put them on but after wearing them all day my feet hurt!! the Arch support is almost too much, it pushes my foot out and I feel like I have to keep moving inward + they make my feet sweat and stick to the bottom. I would return them but my puppy chewed a little on the toe of one of them. :( I would not recommend especially for the price!! too much!!

The space in front of the toes was very long... I tripped when i tried to walk in them. So, another pair of flip flops being returned! Should have just gone with the reefs at the outset... :)

As someone who needs a lot of arch support, I actually found this flip flop to have almost too much. Either that, or the heel area just sinks a little too low and puts more pressure on the middle of the bottom of my foot than I like. Due to the price, it felt like too much of a gamble to put them in the oven and see if they formed better to my foot. If they had cost maybe half as much, I might have kept them and given them more of a shot. But for the price, I want them to fit nearly perfectly straight out of the box.

These shoes are very comfortable, which was the primary reason for buying them. They provide great arch support. I could wear them all day and not feel a thing. They are bulky and I thought I would not mind it, but I am not a huge fan. The soft sole gets damaged (from hiking, kneeling, etc) pretty easily and it also holds mud. It was hard to get the brown color out of it (as well as the bottom 'grips') after a very muddy hike.

These were unfortunately not as great as I thought they were going to be. The arch is too large and makes my feet ache after being in them for a while. I did the oven bake but that didn't do a whole lot. These are just okay but would not purchase again.

I bought this slipper for comfort after knee surgery. This flip flop was great out of the box. But in a month it stretched and fits very loose. So much so that I don't feel comfortable driving or leaving the house with it on. I am really disappointed after spending so much money buying it.

Extremely comfortable foot bed - unfortunately far too high in the straps. I would not recommend for a narrow foot like mine.

I so wanted this flip flop to work. I am suffering with heel pain and this flip flop was recommended by my physical therapist. They aren't the most stylish flip, they are pretty clunky looking but not so much so that I wouldn't wear them. The fit is a bigger issue. On the advice of a friend I ordered up instead of down. I wear a 7.5 in regular shoes but I always order an 8 in flip flops. I didn't think these would be any different. I was wrong. An 8 is huge on my feet. There is more than inch from where my toes end to the end of the sole. I can also feel that my heel doesn't fit in the right spot either. I can tell that if these flips fit perfectly they would be infinitely comfortable. I'm going to try a 7 but I'm not sure these are meant to fit me. I have shorter toes and the toe post seems to be set really far back and all the extra room in the front looks ridiculous. Frustrating!

Not as comfortable as I'd hoped they'd be. Even though they fit the bottom of my foot perfectly after the heat fitting, the bottoms of my feet are rubbed sore if I wear them for any length of time. I was so hoping they'd be the ultimate comfort flip-flop, but that's just not the case for me.

These were not as comfortable as I had hoped and I am returning them. The arch support seems to be located in the wrong area for my foot but if I order a different size, the length will be wrong.

These shoes are very comfortable and have good arch suport for my flat feet. However they do not seem to be helping my heel spur and I am back into my Mephistos which seem to be the only sandal which helps the spur. I will try them again when my spur is better. Perhaps if the heel was a bit higher it would shift my weight to the ball of the foot rather than the heel.

These were so comfortable, and I am a comfort shoe kind of gal. Still, I just couldn't make them work. They were too chunky and wide. My vanity won over.

These flip-flops are extremely comfortable and molded perfectly to my feet. I love them except this one strange problem: they seem to exfoliate skin\/lotion off the bottom of my feet, leaving a gross crusty looking outline on the shoe around my toes. I wear black flip-flops all the time and I\'ve never had this problem!
