Very, very comfortable, much more so than your average flip-flop. Squeaky on hardwood floors, but oh so comfortable.

MOST COMFORTABLE FLIP FLOPS EVER! These are my new favorite shoes. They are incredibly comfortable; the arch support is amazing, especially for a flip flop; and they're attractive, too. I plan to wear these shoes for an upcoming, week-long trip to Disney World. I highly recommend them!

Love Them! This is my third pair of Montrail's Molokini--they have all the comfort and support of an athletic shoe that allows you to walk in them all day. They are amazing and I love them!

The flip-flop I've hoped for - I have narrow feet and high arches. This shoe fit perfectly and comfortably and has great arch support. I've worn them literally every day since I’ve gotten them including on vacation sightseeing through towns and national parks. Even after a full day on the pavement of an amusement park, my feet felt great.

Black Montrail Molokini 8 - Very comfortable shoe. It molds to your feet very well. It did mold somewhat when I heated it in the oven, but overall I'd say wearing it around molded the footbed the most. It is very cushiony & has excellent arch support...something I was looking for with plantar fasciitis. Only downside is that the sole is really squeaky on solid slick floors.

Great flip flops - Gee I bought these to wear around our pool being made of water resistant cloth and thought they might be comfortable, too. Well let me tell you these are the greatest. Flip flops with arch support. Who would of thought? I wear these when ever I can, really I would wear them with everything but they are still flip flops. So comfy!!!

...just the best! This is my 3rd pair of these. LOVE 'EM! LOVE 'EM! LOVE 'EM! Never did get around to 'warming them & molding them'. They're just so comfortable right out of the box. Only complaint is - the soles get chewed up on the edges after a while - but I'm hard on shoes. I've had surgery on both feet. These are like wearing clouds. They're the best!

The most comfortable flip flop ever! Being 25 and having a variety of foot problems (high arches, bunions, and plantar faciitis) it was time for me to upgrade my $15 American Eagle flip flops. I was beginning to have tingling in my ankles and backpain whenever I'd wear them, which is pretty much a no-brainer considering I was wearing cheap flip flops with no support! I found these flip flops through another on-line review on Zappos. They're not the prettiest sandals ever, which actually turned me off at first from buying them- I love cute, strappy sandals! But I read all of the great reviews and I knew it was time to invest in a better sandal to wear. I ordered these in the black. I've only had them two days, but already my ankles have stopped tingling. I wore them yesterday to work for eight hours (on my feet!) and my feet felt sooo good after- that almost never happens! And the sandals aren't that ugly in person- I've seen worse. If you're looking for a good, "basic looking" flip flop that will give you all day support, this is IT. I will definitely be ordering more in more colors. :)

GREAT COMFY FLIP FLOPS - At first I wasn't 100% sure I liked them right out of the box b/c they are a bit more sporty/bulky than flip flops I used to buy (Reefs). However, no one seemed to notice the slight style change and they are SOOOO comfortable. I have tendonitis with a high arch, narrow heel and wide forefoot and these are the only shoes I've worn for a month now with no problems (they're supportive w/o my orthotics)! I HOPE THEY WILL MAKE THEM IN DARK BROWN or dark tan! I didn't like the Neapolitan color when I got it, but the black/black and black/purple are very cute.

Comfort Support and good looking! I had a doctor recommend these for the support in my arch. I love them. They are comfortable and well made. I even like how they look. I am going to buy another pair!

Comfortable thongs for the summer - I have a lot of problems with my feet and other thongs which I had tried did not provide any support and my feet would get sore and hurt; sometimes, my foot would slide off the side of the thong. This is not the case with the Montrail Molokini. There is great arch support and the form-fit cradles the foot and prevents any sliding. I wish Zappos would keep more colors in the popular sizes in stock.

I can't believe I paid this much for a pair of flip flops, but am so glad I did. I just got back from wearing these to Walt Disney World and they were wonderful. The space between the toe thingy and the end of the shoe is a little long and so looks a little funny, (but I guess that's to keep anyone from stepping on your toes). I baked them as directed, but they were comfortable even before baking. The sole of the shoe touches every centimeter of the sole of my foot and is soo soft. I feel like I'm walking on soft pillows, but have excellent arch support at the same time. I highly recommend these flip flops and will be ordering another pair (or two, or three) myself.

Wonderful! The most comfortable flip-flops out there. Maybe not the most attractive, but wonderful on your feet...I look forward to wearing them during my Europe trip this summer. A great purchase you can wear anywhere!

Best flip flop ever! Absolutely the most comfortable flip flop on the market. I’ve worn this pair so much that I have to order another. Was skeptical about the "baking", but whatever it did was great. I highly recommend these to everyone!

Wonderful - They are the best flip-flop type of shoes that I have ever owned. They are comfortable enough for everyday where, including walking. This is the second pair I have owned.

Comfort - I just recently purchased Montrail flip flops. I never put a pair of sandals in the oven before and I was a little hesitant, however, I did what they said and the foot bed molded to my foot immediately. I have been wearing them ever since and I am very happy with them. I highly recommend these sandals. The price is a little steep for a flip flop but I can see them being my favorite pair of sandals for a long time to come.

Greatest Flip-flop ever! This is one of the most comfortable shoes! I have a very hard time finding shoes that provide heel and arch support. This shoe I would wear hiking, strolling the beach, or browsing through town. Not the most attractive shoe, but the comfort is worth it.

Great Comfort! This is the sandal for women with high arches! If you tend to suffer from planar fasciitis because of lack of arch support, these are the ones for you!

What a find! I have hard-to-please feet with HIGH arches and was surprised to find such a supportive, comfortable, and cute sandal! I've gotten tons of complements and I have been in heaven with the comfort. I will DEFINITELY buy Montrail again and am considering another pair of these sandals in a different color!

The Best Flip-Flop Ever! I bought these flip-flops because I'm a distance runner, and at the end of a run my feet kill me. I read about them in Running Times Magazine, and how they are heat molded to fit your foot. I received them today (super fast shipping Zappos!), and I swear by them. I love them, I love them, I love them! I'm taking them with me this weekend for use after my Half Marathon. Definitely buy these shoes!

Wow! First I ordered these on Saturday and got them on Monday! Second, they really do have a wonderful arch support. Yes, they are not the prettiest things I've seen but comfort over beauty any day! The only complaint is that there is too much space for the toes. I have a whole inch past my toes.

Great arch support - Only flip-flop with real arch support. I have very high arches and plantar fasciitis and these are the only flip-flops I will buy.

Really comfortable - My sandals came the very NEXT day! I was amazed. They aren't very pretty, but they are worth the price. Flip flops shouldn't cost this much...but these are soooo comfortable. They're totally worth it!
