Birkenstock Arizona - The Birkenstock Arizona is probably my favorite shoe. I have owned 6 pair in the last 15 years. I wear them all day, every day. Of course in the winter, I prefer wool clogs.

Birkenstock's at Zappos :: Fabulous! This was my first purchase at Zappos after years of having my friends tell me I MUST shop here. The entire experience and the quality of the product were awesome.

Once broken in, a great sandal! I purposely purchased a size smaller than recommended, and it just fits. I normally wear a 9W and ordered a 38R. It does take a little while to break in, but once it molds to your foot, it's the most comfortable sandal ever!

I love these shoes! I've always been a big fan of Birkenstocks and once again they have not disappointed. The shoes are so comfortable. I've never bought Birko-Flor ones before - always gone for leather in the past - but if you're looking to save a bit of cash or you want a funky color it's a great alternative. Order a size or half size smaller than you normally would and the narrow fit is equivalent to normal width.

New Buyer - As a first time buyer of Birkenstocks I took others advice and ordered a smaller size. From a 6 to 5/5.5 but now have returned them as the regular width is too wide. Ordered another color to try the narrow width for fit.

I have a heel spur and these are fantastic feeling. I wish I could afford a whole closet full of Birks. I love the support and comfort. The clogs are not real stylish and my husband laughs at them but I love the feel of both my Birks. Highly recommend them.

Great pair of Birkie's! I bought a pair of "Birkenstock's Arizona (Birko-Flor)" for my husband for Christmas. Zappos.com overnighted the shoes to me without any extra charge! Which I loved, because it kept me from stressing about having the gift in time before the big day. I found out on Christmas day that the size was one size too big, so I exchanged them. (I guessed one size too big, my fault) I went back to Zappos.com, printed out the return label -- and read that they would pay for the return fees as well! Nowadays no one can expect a company to be so generous. I really appreciated the outstanding customer service during a hectic time and the quick turn around. I love this company and will be making many purchases again! Oh yeah, my husband loves this pair of Birkie's!

Perfect for my dad! I bought these as a Christmas gift for my dad...I know they fit and he loves them. Durable too so I don't have to buy them every year -- socks on those years:) Great arch support and comfort

Fantastic! I love the Birkenstocks. They are really comfortable with sox or without. A must for every wardrobe!

Perfect sandals - My husband would not wear any other sandals. Furthermore Zappos is excellent to shop online!

Birkenstock - I love wearing these to fancy occasions at my golf club. They are so comfortable, but after a while they start to hurt. I love Zappos service and will buy again.

I love Birkenstock and have loved them for 30 years! I got my first pair of Birkenstocks 30 years ago and have had a pair ever since. Each pair lasts me about five years or more. They continue to last and feel great, even when used a lot. I wear my pair every evening around the house so they get lots of use. In the Summer I use them to go shopping and do daily errands. I am a firm believer!

Perfect fit - The web site was right on talking about sizing.

Great Support - The shoe is great for my needs to keep my knees aligned properly by giving support to the inner heel area of my foot. I wish I would have gone to a store and tried on a pair before purchase. The regular width is too wide for my wide foot. Next order will be for the more narrow width. Wear well and are very easy to wear with most casual dress.

Tremendous - I'd always heard about Birk's legendary support and comfort, this is the first pair I've purchased and I hate myself for not having worn them my whole life. Great support, very comfortable - I'd wear them every day if I could!

1st pair of Birk’s - This is my first pair of Birk's, but will not be the last. They are very comfortable-footbed doesn't squash your foot into a tight space and the straps adjust for comfort. I have trouble with foot odor, but so far these shoes have not been a problem.

Shoe review - I was very pleased with the product and the help I received from Zappos (customer service) when I phoned regarding my order. Your service was fast and efficient. I was concerned about the width of the shoe and your sales person advised going with the narrow shoe and she was correct.

Great Sandal - Really pleased, took a week or two to break in, but I now look forward to slipping them on at the end of the day.

The Perfect Sandal! That just about sums it up. I've been wearing Birkenstock's for years and in terms of durability, comfort, and stylishness have yet to be disappointed. Highly recommended!

Great fitting shoe - This shoe is great! I completely wore out my old ones after 15 years (I did get them re-soled around year 10). My originals were a little big so I went one size smaller for these and was concerned when I put them on that they were to small but remember: Birks form to your foot; after a few days they fit my foot like a glove. I gave the shoe five stars for looks but remember, they are Birkenstocks; they'll always seem a little odd. But within the genre of this type of shoe they look great.

Birko-Flor - I purchased these shoes for my son's birthday. He was very pleased with the shoes. They arrived promptly as promised.

First time buying Birkenstocks, bought 6 pairs for family and myself on Zappos and Birkenstock.com. About the sandals, the recommended size from using the chart on Birkenstock.com turned out to be smaller than what I needed so I had to do a return for a larger size. The regular sandals are also killer on your arches even after 2 weeks of wear. My older family members, I returned theirs for soft footbeds (didn’t know that was an option). The return process on Zappos was far superior to Birkenstock.com with the later saying a wait period of 2–3 weeks was required before a refund meaning it may take a month before you got your replacement. Zappos expedited my return so I had the replacement in 2 days at no extra charge and unlike Birkenstock.com, I didn’t lose on shipping. I do recommend the Birkenstock products with a soft footbed but I’ll buy them on Zappos from now on.

Zappos shipping was amaxing,amazing, there is an issue with one of the heel cop areas, specifically an Irregular here cup on right shoe. Maybe I should not expect perfection at this price point, but this obvious imperfection could not be overlooked. Regretfully these will be going back .

I love Birks, I have several pair. I bought the size recommended this time and I feel I should have gone with a size smaller. But -- I want to wear this Birk with socks when the weather is cooler, so I did not return these for the next size down. They are still very comfortable and great to walk in, I just have some extra room in the front.
