Great looking shoe - This is a lovely shoe, but I found them narrower than I expected and have had to have them stretched so I can wear them. No doubt, with wear, they will be more comfortable. Admittedly, this is the first pair of heels I have bought in a long time!

Nice basic black pump - Because the shoes are a bit small, I have not yet enjoyed wearing them, but I do like how they look. The heel is very stable and they are easy to walk in from that point of view. My toes are still getting crunched.

Absolutely perfect - I got the wide version of this shoe and I swear they feel like sneakers. I can run a marathon in these. Very comfortable!

Love them! These shoes are great. They feel terrific and look good too. I ordered a width a size larger than normal because my feet hurt the day I placed the order and when they arrived I wore them immediately, no break in time required. I've ordered two more pair!

This was my first order of shoes thru Zappos - and I was very impressed. The shoes fit great - my foot is very difficult to fit - somewhere between a slim and narrow. The toe area is just a little snug - but with additional wearing. I'm hopeful they will feel more comfortable.

Comfortable Basic Pump - I've been having trouble finding comfortable dress shoes since having children. This shoe was comfortable right from the get go. The insole is quite cushiony. This was the first Ros Hommerson shoe I've tried, so I went with just a plain pump, but I'm looking forward to trying some of the more fashionable styles.

Finally-shoes that fit! I have a very narrow foot and for years have had to make do with medium widths when shopping. Finally, I found Zappos and WOW-narrow widths. I am so excited. Gone are the days when I could buy an AAA/AAAAA, but this is a Godsend for me. Also, I expected regular shipping but Zappos upgraded my order and over-nighted it to me. What a GREAT company to do business with. Thank you, thank you. I will be back for more.

Wonderful again! Like the Ros Hommerson Cynthia, these shoes are incredible. I have very sensitive double wide feet that have hurt me for years no matter what I try. (Think Fred Flintstone with plantar fasciitis, double bunions and high instep!). I actually can not wear 99% of the shoes out there. These fit wonderfully and are as comfortable as any sneaker. I never thought I'd be one to say that about a heel, let alone a pointy toe -- but they fit beautifully. Thank you Zappos for having double wide shoes that are still hot! I have a whole new zest now that I have heels that I can trot around in.

Puppy Chewed my Ros Hommerson Viva - After trekking around two airports yesterday in my Ros Hommerson Viva pumps, and me thinking how can a heel look this good and be this comfortable - this morning puppy chewed the heel! In less than 24 hours I am back on Zappos ordering another pair! I LOFF THESE SHOES!

Best Career Shoes That You Can Walk In - I have fallen in love with Ros Hommerson shoes. I can wear these to work, look stylish, and walk all over town with them on. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn.

Great pump. Since I had my bunion removed on my right foot it has been impossible to find heels that fit and were comfortable. But, this shoe was perfect! It looks great and is totally comfortable in fit and in its height. I strongly recommend this shoe, especially if you have hard to fit feet.

Love these shoes - I think this is the 4th pair of these that I have ordered over the past 3 yrs. I'm a Flight Attendant and these shoes fit and feel perfect. I have a narrow foot so I need a narrow width. It is hard to find shoes in narrow. Will order again and again!! Zappos fast free delivery and returns is the best!!

Ros Hommerson ships faulty Viva shoe widths! I have just received 3 pairs of the lovely Ros Hommerson Viva shoe in Platino, Pearl and Black size 7 1/2 M. The inside width of the shoe is 2 inches and by eye is clearly narrow. Because they don't fit correctly it is difficult to say if the size itself is correct. Instead of correctly re-marking the boxes and these shoes, they were marked down as clearance and now the customer has to take the trouble to return them and shop again. For shame! Ros Hommerson, where is your quality control manager and his/her vice president?

This shoe is great. This shoe is very comfortable. Cushioned, moderate heel that is high enough to look nice but not high enough to break my neck.

Great all day work shoe. Very comfortable! If you are looking for a classic and conservative business shoe this fits the bill.

I have been desperately searching for a pair of comfortable classic (but not frumpy) black pumps to replace a pair of Etienne Aigner Taylor that I loved but have simply worn out. I have tried on so many brands, but I don't care for the long pointy toes, and the heels very high on others (I didn't want stilettos!) that I had just about given u--until I tried these. The heel height is just perfect and they are SO comfortable! The cushioned foot bed is great. I usually wear an 8.5 but had to send them back and get the 9, but other than that--absolutely wonderful. I only wish they came in taupe or red or spring colors.

Great shoe - Nice, conservative shoe with perfect heel height. I ordered wide and took a half size smaller. I am very happy with the shoe; I have them in 3 of the 4 colors. Great Zappos service!

Professional looking office shoe - I bought a pair of these strictly for job interviewing. I liked them so much that I bought a second pair to wear more frequently. They are not particularly sexy or cute but that is why they were the perfect choice. They are the good kind of plain and not frumpy – and look like a classic business shoe that you would expect to see with a nice suit. I rate them on the comfortable side but like others have said they run a tad bit narrow (so sometimes when my feet swell in the afternoon my toes feel squished, but most of the time that is not an issue.) If I had to do any extensive walking in them I would give them a stretch and put pads (like Foot Petals) under the balls of my feet. Still overall, a good purchase. I wear my "everyday" pair frequently. (I bought an 8B).

Loved this shoe - The cut of this shoe worked for me. I did put heel inserts because they were a little big in the heel, but now they are fine.
