Too tight - What a shame! After reading all the stellar reviews for this shoe, I thought I'd found a pump that will finally be wide enough. But the toe box isn't deep enough. Can't go larger because the heel is already loose. I'm returning it and will have to keep looking.

I ordered this shoe in wheat to wear to a church social; I loved the style and the color but I had to return it because it was too short; I ordered an 8 regular width but found that this was too short and too tight. I found that Zappos delivered the shoes within three days of the order and when I returned the shoes, my account was credited immediately. In addition, I ordered and received a beautiful pair of Kenneth Cole mules, which I love. I will continue to order Zappos.

I would give these shoes a ZERO if I could. I have never purchased this brand before and NEVER intend to again. They were the only plain black or navy pumps available in size 6½ or 7C. (I usually purchase Stuart Weitzman but they were sold out.) In the first place the L & R shoes did not match. One was a shade darker than the other and one was a shinier finish than the other, but I was desperate and wore them any way. BIG MISTAKE. The inside of the shoe is a strange pantyhose type mesh but that really did not matter so much since the heel cap came off one of the shoes in less than ONE HOUR after I put them on and left the house! I tromped around in them until I could get home and of course the shoe was ruined beyond repair. Positively the WORST EXPERIENCE I have had with shoes from Zappos. I will wear tennis shoes and claim I am recuperating from foot surgery before I will buy this brand again. I will stay with my regular brands.

These are the most comfortable work place heels I've ever owned. They are classic in appearance.

Finding shoes in my true size of 11WW can be a chore and I am thankful for the selection that Ros Hommerson has in this size. I recently bought a pair of Ros Hommerson Viva's to replace the Ingra's from the same company that gave me years of good service. I find them very comfortable and well made. I only wish that they had the same heel height as the Ingra's but that's okay. I would gladly recommend these shoes to any of my friends and relatives and I would gladly buy them again.

I met someone at a conference last year who had just tried this shoe. She raved, I bought, I rave. It's the most comfortable pump I own.

I am in love! These felt like a glove the minute I put them on. My biggest problem with my foot is that it is very flat which in turn makes it wide. I ALWAYS have my foot hanging out of the right side of my shoe and have therefore had to go with a higher heel to give the appearance a narrower foot, if that makes sense. These have wonderful coverage and have a comfortable sized heel that I can wear all day.

Most comfortable pumps ever. Elegant but with a little more width through knuckle than typical pumps. Stand up nicely to daily use. Great with skirts or slacks. On my third pair. Also nice in navy.

These are comfortable, beautiful shoes. I walk around in them all day. They look great with jeans or dresses. The heel is very short. That works for me but most ladies I know want a taller heel.

This is the first pair of pumps I've been able to wear, in years. They hit the ball of my foot in just the right place. I usually have to get a 9M to accommodate the width of my toe area, but this shoe comes in a wide and the 8.5 fits perfectly (my foot length is a true 8.5). It broke in well and I'm loving it. Heel area is not too wide, which works with my foot.

These shoes were fine, but I returned them. The fit was fine, comfort was fine, the look was even fine, and I debated quite some time about keeping them. In the end, the Viva just was not what I was looking for. I guess I would say they were a bit plain, and I was simply looking for something with more detail.

I loved everything about the shoe except I have an annoying bunion and the throat of the shoe hit it wrong.

These are fantastic shoes. I have a narrow foot and have problems finding a "N" shoe that is truely narrow. So please with the shoe and can not give enough compliments to Zappos for their fabulous service. A very happy cumstomer. :)

Overall, I really like this shoe. I have large feet (size 12 or 13) and sometimes a 12 will just be too small and will cause my toes to hurt. So, I ordered the 13 and my foot slips a bit but that will be solved by a stick on shoe pad. I can wear these for a 10 hour work day and my feet do not hurt when I come home!

This is a very pretty shoe, seems to be well made. However, I'm returning it because the side of the shoe is very low and rubbing the side of my foot and I'm afraid that it will start to hurt soon.

FINALLY a heeled shoe I can tolerate! I loathe wearing heels for long periods of time, but I really needed one nice black pair for work events. I have had these for a few months now and they are great, they don't hurt my feet after several hours of wear. Thank you Zappos reviewers because I based my purchase on the loads of feedback on these. I will definitely buy more from this brand in the future!

I have bought 4 pairs of these shoes over a few years. They are terrific. Stylish comfortable and perfect with pants or dresses.

These are beautiful, classic shoes. I tried a number of similar pairs, but these are much more comfortable.

I've not had an occasion to wear these shoes but the short time I wore them around the house, they seemed very comfortable.

Basic and Perfect - I was looking to replace my basic black shoes and found these. The fit is true to size and it looks more expensive than it was. Easy to walk in too.

Great pumps! The shoes were true to size and well made. They look very classy and I can wear them for hours without getting tired feet. This is a great shoe.

A little different than I thought... I ordered a 10 W size of Ros Hommerson's Viva. While they are the EXACT appearance that I wanted, the size was slightly different. The wideness of the shoe wasn't as wide as I expected. I have another pair of heels that are of the wide fashion and they fit much better, even when I first got them. However, they are much easier to wear when I wear them with nylons. I can walk very easy in them and they just scream professional. I am overall happy!
