It's very hard to find chocolate brown pumps here in Hawaii, I was hesitant to ship on the web, but with your free shipping and free return policy, I had nothing to lose, the box arrived much faster than I had expected and the shoe fit just fine. I was happy that it fit well and that I didn’t have to return it. I will definitely shop with Zappos again.

Great Shoes! This shoe is exceptional! It fits well and is stylish to boot. I'm trading in my old stand-bys for several pairs in different colors!

Cushy - The Ros Tech insole is so cushy and comfortable, you think you're wearing a much lower heeled shoe. The look of the shoe is timelessly classic, which translates in my opinion to good taste in footwear.

At last! A pump with an attractive, graceful heel that's actually as comfortable at 5:00 pm as it is at 9:00 am! I have hammertoes so I should mention that there's plenty of room up front! I actually own 3 colors and I'm very satisfied.

Ross Hommerson Viva - This is the best fitting, most comfortable heeled shoe I have ever owned. I usually take 8.5 WW, but it was slightly too big so I ordered 8.WW and it is perfect. I was not able to obtain it in Navy in my size and am very disappointed. I would order them in other colors if available.

Very comfortable! How wonderful it is to order a pair of shoes online, take them out of the box and be able to wear them to the office the next day. These shoes are well made and comfortable

Beautiful pump! This is a very stylish shoe and with Ros Hommerson's normal high quality. It does appear to be a bit narrower than usual for a size B shoe. You might want to order one size wider than normal.

Shoe fit like a glove - First shoe I ever bought that fit true to size and so comfortable without having to "break it in". I usually wear a 7-1/2 M; however, my podiatrist suggested I try a wider width because the bone of my little toe was starting to protrude and rub against the inside of the shoe and it hurt so bad. He said either use a wider shoe or have foot surgery. The 7-1/2 C shoe fits like a glove, not too tight and not too wide, but just right! I love these shoes, too bad it's not made in a red or taupe colors. Would love to buy more

Ros Hommerson shoes deserve 5 stars! Ros Hommerson is my very favorite shoe - I buy every color. Every style I have worn is wonderful; looks, fit, wear, etc. I love it!

Excellant shoe, I really liked it! The shoe is well made, comfortable and true to size. It fit just fine. I just wish I could find more like it in my size (10 1/2 WW).

Ros Hommerson Viva - These are THE MOST comfortable heels I have ever worn. No breaking-in period. Love the toe box and height of the heel.

True Navy Color - A TRUE NAVY heel. It is not just blue, it is NAVY one of those navys that could possibly pass for black in low light. Great price, comfortable, ordered during Christmas rush and still arrived within three days! A very classic shoe for any occassion. LOVE IT.

Ros Hommerson Viva - The basic black pump, a version that fits very comfortably. The shoe is wide enough, the toe box is high enough, and the heel height is reasonable. Ros Hommerson shoes almost always please me.

I like these shoes alot. Been wearing sneakers because couldn't find anything that fit well.

Nice for the money - Very stylish. looks good with a suit for business. I've had better but certainly have had worse. My feet were a bit sore after the first wear.

Perfect for the Working Woman - The shoes are perfect for dress pants or with a skirt suit, just enough heel. I suggest a good break-in period before putting these on for a day/night out. My feet were very sore after the first wear but overall I am very satisfied. They were also delivered incredibly fast. I am going to shop Zappos.com again and again!

Viva Shoe - Looks great, although the heel size was misrepresented in the description. I was looking for a lower heel, but decided to keep this shoe for its great style.

I love the look of these shoes and they are so comfortable. Unfortunately, I am now returning them for the second time. I originally ordered 9.5 W, my usual size. They were too big, but I decided to take a chance and order the next size down; wrong move. The 9W that I ordered is still a little too loose in the heel, to the point where my foot slips a little. I am in the process of ordering them in the 8.5W. My analysis of the sizes is based on the original size.

Shoe was a bit more squared off in the toe than I thought it would be. Narrower in the toe than usual for a size 10. I returned them.
