Shoes are too small - Cute shoe but much smaller than what I normally wear.

Good, not Great - These shoes were okay, but ran a bit big for me. I got wide, but they were a bit snug. I had to put shoe doo-dads in the heel to make it smaller, no time to return them. I couldn't stand in them for any length of time.

Jillita - I do not love these shoes, but I kept them because I needed a pair of plain black pumps in a pinch. They are not particularly stylish. The heel is also wide, and my foot constantly slips out. They initially felt padded, but the balls of my feet always hurt after I wear them. They are OK for now - I will keep looking for another pair of black pumps.

Not an all day shoe - I loved the look of these shoes. They are very polished and matched my navy blue suit. It is a rare find. The issue with the shoes is comfort. My feet ached after three hours. I had to switch to my walking shoes and pop these on when I went into meetings. I will only wear these shoes on occasion. It was a disappointment because I needed a navy pump that I can wear frequently.

Okay shoes - I'm very hard to fit, so I think the shoe is okay. I haven't worn them long. I ordered black, which I got, not the blue as shown here.

Nice but - These shoes have no arch support and are comfortable if you are not on your feet all day long.

Viva - Initially thought this was going to be a good fit. However, it is comfortable only for 'short hauls'. For any length of time (or walking), the toe box is too shallow. It’s a shame, as just a little more room in the toe box and this would have been perfect. Good balance, good width and height heel for suits. I have right-foot bunion which is the problem. Might work with a "M" width (I got Narrow), but generally it’s the heel where the Narrow is needed so rather than re-order, I'll probably keep it for times when I know I won't be doing much walking. Would probably not reorder, however.

I'm used to wearing shoes that by the end of the day kill my feet. These are 1 step up from that. Not comfortable by any means, but a little better than tolerable. I usually wear an 8- on occasion a 7 1/2 and had to order a 7 in this shoe. So- they definitely run large. I can wear these all day- they're just not what I would call comfortable.

Good looks, tough on comfort - The shoe is pretty, however, it is a narrow fit at the toes, thus making for some achy feet a couple hours into the day. I usually have to kick them off for short periods and then put them back on. Since I don't wear these shoes often, I can put up with it. I am hoping after several more wears of breaking them in will take care of it.

a little tight - The shoes look great but seem to run small.

Ross Hommerson's Viva - These shoes were much larger (in the same size!) than all the other Ros Hommerson shoes I've bought, which are aplenty. Very attractive, but not very comfortable. I exchanged them for the Juliana.

Viva - This is a really nice-looking shoe. Unfortunately the toe box is so shallow that you could see the outline of my toes through the top! And that's with a shoe that's already so long there was almost 1/2 inch free at the back. Double-wide shoes need to be wider, and please start making deeper toe boxes!

Matronly!!! No woman over the age of 60 should be wearing these shoes. Though they look more rounded in the toe, they actually fit narrowly in the toe and pinch, just like if they were pointy. Overall, just an ugly, boring, old-lady shoe. (Oh, I guess they would do in a pinch.)

I bought these shoes for a wedding but unfortunately didn't get a chance to wear them because they were very big on me. I wear an 8W so that's what I ordered. I tried them on and them literally fell off my feet. It's a nice looking shoe but they are way too big. If I ordered them again, I would probably try a 7! So I have to return them.

This shoe felt huge - very strange since some reviews indicated that it felt smaller than marked. Also, it rubbed my ankle, maybe because it was so large. For the first time I am getting frustrated with ordering my shoes through Zappos. I am going to give it one more shot and then I may have to hit the mall.

Squeaky, but decent shoe - I would not recommend this shoe. The fit is tight - after wearing a couple of hours, the fit improves. The most notable thing about the shoe - it is VERY squeaky. People will hear you coming down a hallway. If noise is no issue, you might find the shoe acceptable, but not stellar!

The shoe looks better than it really is. The inside is not soft, cushiony or very comfortable. It will "pass" but it's not in my top 5 choices.

The best part of this shoe is the heel shape. Okay, if you want a simple pump. I felt the only thing that set it apart from others was the heel shape. Take note that I am a 6 1/2 2E and this shoe fit which is very exciting for anyone with a wide with.

I don't have a wide foot, I'm a true 7, but this shoe was pointier than what it seemed like in the picture. It's not what I'd call a "rounded toe". Plus it was way too narrow. Maybe if you wore it for a week you could then wear it comfortably, but I don't like pain.
