A bit snug...but they're breaking in well.. The only complaint I have about these shoes is that they're a bit more narrow than an average shoe. However, the more I wear them...the more they break in and conform to my feet. Great office shoes!!

Classic Pump - The only reason "comfort" and "overall" have 4 stars instead of five is that I found the left shoe to be a little too wide/loose for me--the right was "just right"!!! I have already had compliments on the style of the shoes and how nice they look on my feet! P.S. ZAPPOS is one of my new best friends! Thanks for a great opportunity for lots of stylish choices for narrow and slim sizes (especially mine!). I'm delighted!

Ros Hommerson Navy Pump - This shoe is an excellent choice to wear in the office. It has a nice design and heel. When I first put them on, they felt a bit snug so I brought another pair of shoes with me to the office in case they became uncomfortable. As it turned out, I wore them the entire day and they were quite comfortable. A nice looking shoe at an affordable price!

Sharp looking shoe with navy business skirt suit. Comfortable and stylish.

affordable, comfortable, functional - I must say this is a very comfortable shoe, and it looks fine. Really good for the office, and if you have to walk a few blocks to get to lunch or whatever (i.e. Downtown L.A.), one doesn't have to switch to flip flops or sneakers. Not flashy.

Shoe is very stylish and attractive. However, the seam on the side of the heel rubs and I am undecided whether to keep them and hopefully break them in or return and try a different pump.

City Shoes - Good looking show -- just the right heel for New York City streets.

Good for narrow foot. I love the shape of the heel, feel safe from ankle twists and catching in cracks, etc. This shoe is attractive, a very good buy, and pretty comfortable. I wear 9.5 AAA, so styles and brands are not plentiful. I am very glad to discover Ros Hommerson.

Professional styling - I work at a university and a walk around campus is a must. These shoes look stylish whether you're wearing a skirt or pants. The heel is very comfortable, but I had to re-order a 1/2 size larger than normal. They are still a bit tight around the toe box. I hope they stretch!

Nice Shoe - The shoe style is pretty. Fit is ok, a little on the tight side across the ball of the foot.

Nice, but... Still finding I need more padding under the ball of the foot if I am standing for any length of time. Nice look, though.

Viva Update - Just an update to my January 10, 2005 posting: I had a chance to wear my new Viva pumps. They felt just like comfortable walking shoes! I forgot I was even wearing heels! The Ros Tech insole is really something! Definitely the most comfortable pumps I've ever owned! The quality leather uppers look fabulous and are very lustrous. An outstanding, and classy pump. An updated classic; very graceful, trim and feminine looking, with a tasteful, moderate, graceful heel. Flattering to my big feet!

13WW fits like 14W!! Great resource for size 14W folks!! I wear a USA ladies' size 14W (occasionally 14M) and have a VERY limited selection of women's dress styles to choose from! However, many Ros Hommerson styles in size 13WW seem to run long, and actually fit like a size 14W (C or D width). Viva is no exception. Other popular brands don't seem as long in size 13WW. Viva is a very comfortable fit. I wish the toe came to a smaller, more tapered point, which would make my huge foot look slimmer, but on the whole, it's a great looking, classy, and very comfortable shoe! The heel height (3" measured at the back in size 13WW) is the perfect compromise between comfort and glamour.

Beautiful, but - This is a truely handsome shoe. I loved the way it looked, but returned it. The toe box was too small to accomodate my hammer toe. I would recommend this shoe to anyone with normal toes ;)

Wide shoes - Nice looking shoe that came in wide width.

Very Nice Simple Shoe - I ordered these in 8 1/2 wide (my normal size) and they were too big. Size 8 wd did the trick. Nice pump thats moderately comfortable. I am not really used to wearing heels tho so that probably has more to do with my four star rating than the shoe. Width was true to size and they have a quality leather upper. They make a nice business/dress shoe. The color (brown) was really pretty - deep cocoa.

I so wanted this shoe to work for me. It's a beautiful shoe, and true to size, but side of the shoe is too high and hits the bottom of my ankles. sigh. Sadly, I had to return these. If you have low ankles, beware.

Although the shoe is stylish and crafted well, it is too narrow in the toe box and has to be returned. I wear an 8.5 medium always, ordered an 8.5 medium, and really feel the squeeze. The shoe fits well everywhere else and I think if I ordered a size up I would slip out of the heel.

Beautiful style. Unfortunately, the front cut across the top of my foot. I don't know if my feet are changing or these run narrow. Alas, they will go back and I shall return to the perfect elegant, comfortable, classy black heel. If I do find that shoe, it will be here at Zappos!

Misses the mark - Looking for a basic black pump - like this! However, they just did not fit right and sort of "gapped" on the sides. I have a narrow heel and these just did not fit correctly, plus also felt about 1/2 size too short in the vamp. Zappos is great though!

Shoe - I wore these once and the leather has come off the end of the toes. That is really disappointing for the price paid.

When I tried on these shoes at home after they arrived, I thought that they were a perfect fit. I took them along on a cruise. By the second time I wore them, they had stretched enough so that now they were sloppy in the heel. I tried to put heel guards in them since this time, but find these uncomfortable. These really didn't work out that great for me.

Look great, feel terrible - I never have problems fitting into a size 12; I'm a solid 12M (though I can occasionally SQUEEZE into an 11). This shoe looked great but was excruciating to wear. Digs in at the heel, digs in at the front top, and is very tight in the toe, which is NOT "rounded" as it says in the description. And even though they are leather, I wouldn't have been able to wear them long enough to stretch them out. Not worth the pain! If you are an 11 or 11 1/2 M I bet they'd work for you. They look great ... Nice leather, color, a little conservative but that's exactly what I was looking for. So the search continues.

It fit wonderfully and was VERY comfortable ... except for the "collar" (or whatever you call it). The entire rim of the shoe scratched my feet all the way around. I wore them around the house for a half hour or so. I couldn't see how something like that could "soften up" over time and I've gotten to a point where, if my shoes aren't mostly comfortable immediately, I'm not willing to "break them in". I'm just tired of sacrificing comfort for style/vanity. On a brighter note, the shoe did give my feet a very nice line/shape and the padding inside was *fantastic*. The leather, however, looked and felt very cheap. Wasn't what I was expecting in looks. I got the brown.
