Pretty but . . . Nice looking shoe, but no arch, no padding on the ball of the foot. It would probably be fine for others, but my feet are painful and can only go with good padding. The shoe didn't work, but no problem since Zappos will take it back without any problems. Love Zappos!!!!

My Perennial Favorite - This is a good looking classic style that dresses up or down and is available in wide sizes thank goodness. I own it in two colors. I've found that if I can get my correct width (often unavailable) I need a 1/2 size smaller. It could use a bit more arch support but it still compares favorably support-wise to other dress shoes.

Beautiful shoe - Great looking shoe. I'm not a high heel lover, needed these for a business/formal event. They felt very stable ( I have balance issues)and looked great. Zappos does an amazing job at delivery and returns.

Great Pump! This basic pump is stylish, comfortable, and adaptable for work and after hours. It is available in wide sizes and that gives it even greater appeal. I looked everywhere for a basic pump like this and now I have it!

Little feet - I don't recommend this shoe if you have a high instep. Love the look, but the shoe isn't right for me and I can only wear it for a short time.

Dress pump - I needed this color and style pump and was glad to find it at Zappos. Now I need a purse to match.

Great Looking Shoe - I have been looking for a comfortable, standard black pump for some time. I don't own any shoes that are totally comfortable-even sneakers hurt my feet after awhile! I really liked the look of this shoe. The heel is reasonable and the toe wasn't extreme. The first day I wore these; I had them on for 12 hrs and had a significant amount of walking to do in them. Unfortunately, the skin on both of my baby toes were shredded and blistered. It was a mistake to believe I'd found the perfect, all day shoe. I've worn them several more times since for office type work and they're perfect. The padding on the bottom is quite good. I think overall they are a great shoe.

Toe box a little tight - I have narrow feet and was excited to see the narrow choices available; however the toe box is a little too narrow for comfort. Hopefully, it will stretch-out some with continued wear, but right now is a bit uncomfortable.

Viva, Viva! A great shoe for a day at the office, sightseeing, or a luncheon!

Great shoe for narrow feet - I purchased this shoe from this site (in black)because I had already bought it in navy awhile back and found it to be a very good fit for my size 11.5, AAA-slim feet. While the arch support could be better, this isn't bad for a non-comfort/fashion shoe. The style is classic without being matronly, and the shoe is flexible enough to walk around in for a workday without causing discomfort. Most importantly, the narrow width is very suitable for hard-to-fit feet. I would recommend this shoe.

One More Time - This is the 3rd year in a row that I have purchased this shoe. I have it in black and navy. Good sturdy work shoe to wear with suits.

Great look in a double wide - Love the look of the shoe! Young and refreshing. Heel height is perfect! It's not too high, not too low. It's also not that chunky looking, quite stylish. I wear a 6 1/2 WW- the toe box is pretty generous, the only problem I have is that the heel on this shoe is a little loose. I have to have a heel pad put in to fill in the gap. (That’s what happens when you have duck flippers for feet!) This is why I have the comfort at a 4 star mark. I can feel that pad in the shoe. A good buy for younger women who can't find shoes in double wides for work that don't look like granny shoes (no offense to older shoppers).

Above Average Pump - It's a nice pump to wear with jeans or corporate attire. However, there is absolutely NO ARCH SUPPORT. You cannot walk long distances in this shoe. On a more positive note, the pump is very true to size and the width is good. I have VERY wide feet and they fit like a glove.

Attractive professional shoe - I am really pleased with the look of this shoe. It is equally attractive with professional skirt and pants suits and even with more casual pants. Although the shoe is generally comfortable, I find that it is slightly larger than sized and a little loose on my foot; but I think the next smaller size would be too small for my foot. I also find that after a full day of walking on hard surfaces, the ball of my foot aches--I wish the shoe had more cushioning there--and that I can feel something hard pressing into the heel of my foot. On days when I do less walking, I find the shoe to be much more comfortable, but still not as comfortable as I had hoped for.

I purchased this same shoe before, and after it was broken in, I loved it and wore it almost every day to work. The shoe finally wore out, so I purchased the same pair recently. Right now, it's a little tight on my feet, and I'm sure once the shoes are broken in, I will enjoy them as before. I will probably by the same pair again.

Nice basic pump - I may come back and buy this pair when I have more money. The main reason I'm returning them is my big toe had some issues with them - though that could be because I was on my feet all day and they were already sore. There's nothing exciting about this shoe, but they're simple and will work for any office or evening occasion. Good shoe.

Great Navy heel for work - I'm so pleased I purchased these shoes. I have a wide foot and ordered accordingly. I can work all day and night in them.

Great basic pump for narrow feet- It has become increasingly difficult to find a basic pump with AAA width that isn't an "old lady" style. Ros Hommerson has found just the solution in its "Viva" pump. Its contemporary style is still timeless and works great for the office or dressier occasions.

Black pumps - Since I have such a wide foot, I have a hard time buying shoes that fit right. I recently got a new job and needed dress shoes. I ordered both the wide (D) and the extra wide (EE) to try. I ended up keeping the EE because the D didn't feel all that wide. I thought the EE would be ok, but after an hour on my feet, at work, they were pinching. I'm hoping that they will stretch a bit and be comfy enough to last the four hours on my feet.

Best Choice - I need a C width shoe, but this only came in a B or D width...so it's a little big, but better than trying to wear a B width shoe.

A Comfortable Classic - I wear a lot of tailored clothing and needed to replace some old navy pumps. This shoe is very plain, but fills the need for a basic, comfortable pump. The navy is a good color, very rich. As for comfort, today was the first day I've worn the shoe and they have been excellent over almost 8 hours. I wear an 8 medium and they feel very true to size and were comfortable right out of the box. If you are looking for a classic pump, this is a good shoe to consider. I'm glad I chose it.

Not too bad - I bought these in black leather, and the heels are a little high for me. The inside is cushy but I have so many foot issues, they still were not all that comfortable. The leather looks higher end in the photos; it is just regular leather though. I hoped these would be workhorse pumps for business, but I think they will just be "two hour" shoes for me. But I am keeping them though.

Nice office shoe - The Viva shoe is very comfortable with not too high of heel. The heel is high enough to look dressy with suits, and pants. I usually order a 7-1/2 but I got an 8 in this style and it fits well.

Good value, classic work pump - Needed a shoe for a conservative job interview. This shoe fits the bill. Not too high, not too stylish - but not dumpy either. Good fit and easy to wear with a minimum of breaking it in.

I have been looking for this style of shoe for a very long time. I ordered to pair in different sizes. The first pair was too big so they were returned. I thought the second pair was more comfortable until I put them on first thing in the morning. I found that they were too tight across the instep and my toes were squished together. I was so disappointed because that was the style I really wanted.
