Comfortable wide width heel - If you have trouble finding the right width for a dressy heel, look no further, this is the best one I've found & I've been looking for a while.

"W" Sized Shoes - I wear a 6.5 size shoe. The "M" size is too tight but when I order the "W" size, the shoe is too big (long). I ordered three different shoes until I realized it is not the shoe but the sizing. Next time I will order a 6W and see how that feels.

This shoe dug into the sides of my feet, on the top of my foot, so they're going back to Zappos. Otherwise they seemed to fit well. They didn't seem to have much support though - I ordered 6 different navy pumps at once in order to choose 1, and these had the least support in terms of the ball of the foot, of the whole lot. It's an attractively shaped shoe though.

Close Enough - This is a beautiful dress shoe, but a little bigger than a 9 WW usually fits my feet. The toe pinches a little, but I don't wear them more than a few hours.

I love the look of the shoe, classy and versatile. Upon first wearing - it felt a little stiff. I hope it relaxes.

Nice looking, business-like shoe. Fits well overall, but a little tight on me right across the top of my foot. But that was only after a lot of walking.

I ordered a 13 wide, but I realize that this is a mistake... I'm a normal. This is why this review could be inaccurate for others. My only complaint about the shoe is that it looks silly on top, because there is a half-inch space between my foot, and the upper, but not on the sides, like I would expect, but on top. So you can see a shadow on my feet. So the actual width seems fine. The comfort of the shoes is actually great.

Look great but run small - I've always had good luck with this brand before, but I was surprised by how tight these felt, especially towards the front of the foot. Also, the navy is very dark, almost black -- not a bad thing, but I had to compare it to something black to see the difference.

Comfy & Conservative - Feels great out of the box. Nice lower heel height. A bit too conservative.

Nice shoe, fantastic service. I've only worn these in the house so far, but they feel comfortable and they are very accurately sized. These shoes are not trendy, but more styled to go with anything and go anywhere. I wanted a rather plain pump... no frills. I was tremendously impressed with the outstanding service by Zappos. I was a first-time customer, but it won't be the last time!

Comfortable Pump - These shoes fit the bill for what I needed - a comfortable pump for business when a suit is required. I did follow other's advice and ordered a half size larger. I particularly like the squared toe. I find heels with a pointed toe to be cramped and uncomfortable.

Decent shoe - Haven't worn them a lot yet, but the comfort is okay - I wonder about the quality though - looks like there's already tears in the lining on the top side edge. I bought these to replace Naturalizer’s that I could no longer find.

Blue high heels - The shoe looks good... a little more narrow than I expected, but doable. Would prefer a narrower heel, but the shoe is overall good, glad I have them.

Runs large - Be warned- runs slightly large and tends to slip on heel (wish you had 10.5 wide). Overall a lovely professional shoe.

Review of Viva - This shoe is comfortable and well-made. Looks great with a variety of styles and easy to wear all day. It is hard to find 10 1/2 wide and this one is perfect.

Ros Hommerson Viva - Plain, but comfy and versatile. Great for anyone with a wide foot looking for career/dress shoes.

A Narrow Shoe - This is a gorgeous shoe, great color, quality leather, nicely padded footbed, and a great heel height. However, it runs a half size small and the toe, although the description says "rounded", is quite narrow. I do not have wide feet (medium/narrow) and I had to return them for 1/2 size larger to get them to fit comfortably.

Nice black pump - I first ordered a narrow but had to send that back and get a medium width. Very happy with the shoe...just a nice basic black pump. I may order in other colors.

Comfortable, nice shoes - I have worn these shoes to different events where I have been on my feet for hours and they have been very comfortable from day one. My little toes are kind of elevated so often that I have trouble getting shoes that accommodate them. These shoes did a great job; no hurting at all. I wear them with slacks; I wish they were a little bit more interesting and dressy to wear them with skirts, but this is just matter of personal taste. The shoes are nice.

Just what I was looking for - I wear a size 4 1/2 and have a great deal of trouble finding business shoes in my size. I was delighted to find Zappos carried small sizes and have been extremely happy with my new Ros Hommerson Vivas. They look great and fit true to size. A little more cushion and a bit more arch support would make these shoes the best I've ever owned.

Classic shoe - Looks just the way I expected - comfortable sole, width was still a little too narrow for me.
