ROS HOMMERSON VIVA - This is the perfect classic pump if you want something that will stay in style for a long time. I usually have a hard time with heels but these have been very easy to walk in. These were exactly what I wanted and Zappos is the best place to buy shoes from online. They have had the best service of anywhere that I've found.

Fabulous Shoe! I'm a Flight Attendant and wanted a classic-styled conservative looking shoe that would be kind to my feet as I am on them most of the day in my position. These have proven to be my 1st choice to wear while at work! Although, I do still have tired feet after my day ends, but feel wearing a different shoe wouldn't provide the same comfort throughout the day....PLUS, Zappo's is a tremendous place to buy from! I especially appreciate their no-cost return policy and having a full year to make my returns! Hat's Off Zappo's! You have made me a lifelong customer!

Nice Basic Black Shoe - I'm so glad I found Zappos. I have 4 children, and it is VERY difficult to get out to shop, especially for shoes which they find very boring for some reason. You've made it so easy to shop by several different categories so I could find exactly what I needed, and your returns process makes it so easy to shop with you. Great Shoes! Very comfortable and easy to walk with. Originally purchased size 6-1/2 medium but it was to tight. Returned for a size 6 wide...fit perfect.

Viva is Tops - Viva was very comfortable from the first time I put them on. I wore them to a reception and was on my feet for quite some time. No problem whatsoever. I have been completely satisfied with any Ros Hommerson shoe I have purchased either from Zappo or the Villa in Arthur, IL.

Looking good & feeling good - This a great year round shoe. For fall/winter they look good dressed up with navy hoisery. Navy blue is a versatile color that blends with almost anything. It was a wise purchase decision. With Zappos quality service guarantee you have nothing to lose. I ordered mine on a holiday weekend & they arrived that Tuesday. I've been wearing them ever since! I have never seen such a great line of shoes to choose from. I bet you can't shop at Zappos & not find something that appeals to you.

Great Basic Pump - This shoe is really comfortable! It is not sassy but a good basic shoe.

Great basic work pump - It is a good basic pump for work that pretty comfortable. I hardly ever wear pumps so it's as comfortable for me as I suppose it could get. I also get the wide size and it still looks normal.

Simple brown shoes - I searched high and low for simple brown shoes. I became so desperate that I did not even care if they were comfortable. I needed a brown shoe that had a medium or even a low heal. I went to three malls and came up empty. I decided to try online and found exactly what I needed at Zappos. I ordered them and to my surprise they arrived early. These shoes are very comfortable, they look great and I could not be more pleased with my purchase. I will begin all of my shoe searches here instead of running all over shoe stores and malls.

Great shoes. Dressy but good with slacks. I usually wear a more pointed toe but the comfort makes up for a bit of lack of style.

I hate my feet. I have extremely wide feet and bunions. Oh, the pain of wearing heels (added to the pain of shopping for said shoes). Love Ros Hommerson because they actually go on my feet. These shoes are made of a leather that is soft enough to be forgiving of misshapen feet. With a bit of wear and gentle stretching I'll be able to walk in them without handfuls of tissues to sop up my tears of agony! Shoe runs slightly large, so order half-size down. Doesn't rub the back of my ankle, another sore point with most shoes. Shoe feels sturdy in that you're not wobbling as the sides cup your foot securely. 3 pairs tried, 2 going back. Love the ease of returning without being charged. All in all, great buy.

Looking for a nice shoe for my daughter's wedding this month. Although these fit, one shoe had a seam that scratched when I walked. I actually ordered another pair and they are ok. I don't wear heels, but I can walk in these without a problem. Having a narrow foot with very narrow heel, the 11N fit fine. Out of 26 pairs of shoes ranging from 10N to 11N, this is one pair I'm keeping!

Very comfortable and stylish pair of shoes that I can wear all day and not have my feet hurt. The heels were very loud when walking around, but I had them replaced with rubber heels and now they are the perfect shoe.

A comfortable fit for my narrow 6AA foot. Decent quality leather. Hopefully this manufacturer will offer more up-to-date styling since 6AA is becoming increasing scarce to find in the already few brands that previously offered them. Too much of what is offered now had too old a look. This pump combines style, quality and comfort at a good price.

Nice shoe. I would have liked to keep it, but it is cut a bit higher than some heels on the outside of the ankle and rubbed on one foot.

I wear a 7 WW and unfortunately, there's not a lot of choice for a dress shoe in that width. (At least there's more than there used to be!) This shoe is fine - fits pretty true to size and looks good at work. I really wanted a higher heel though. Sigh.

I ordered a 7.5 N and it fit just as I expected. Fine in the toe box but too wide in the heel. However, it is nice for the price and will do when I have to be "business like".

Very comfortable, practical work shoe. Somewhat disappointed that the leather on the top has cracked after only a couple of wearings - typically would not expect that for a newer pair. But they are very serviceable for work. I wear a wide width and find that it fits well, so I will try other Ros Hommerson shoes on that basis.

I thought this shoe looked great and a perfect height. I usually am an easy to fit 8.5 medium width, but had to return the shoes. A little bit tight around the ball of the foot and toes. Maybe a half size larger would have worked better. I will try another brand first before ordering another one.

I liked these shoes. The fit was comfortable, even though I'm a size 5 1/2 for most dress pumps. Little disappointed that the navy looks way more black than blue; was hoping to get a pretty navy blue color. I would recommend this shoe for someone looking for a classic style for work.

I have a very hard to fit foot, 10AAA. At that width, it seems that the fit varies wildly-some seem to run more narrow or much wider than I anticipate. I want classic style and comfort but a lot of times that translates into shoes my mother or grandmother would wear. This style has a nice heel (high enough to be stylish but low enough to be comfortable) and goes well with all business attire. They do not pinch my toes or rub uncomfortably. The price is great for how well made they are (unfortunately I have purchased some very expensive shoes that are poorly made or the materials look cheap) I bought these in navy but wish I had bought black too...I also wish there were more colors and styles for evening wear!

These shoes are not quite as comfortable as the Cynthia style which I had purchased before. They were a little difficult to break in, but since doing so, they are now comfortable enough to wear for most of the day. The heel height is perfect.
