Nice pump - These shoes fit a void in my wardrobe. They seem to run a little big (about 1/2 size). My heel slips out easy (especially when wearing nylons). I added some heel inserts and they fit great. The shoes go great with suits and skirts. The heel height is perfect and I can wear them all day with no pain. I recommend these to anyone looking for a basic career pump.

Bought it twice. I liked this shoe so much that after I had worn the first pair for a year I purchased a second pair of black and a pair of navy also.

Great work shoe - These are probably the most comfortable heeled shoes I own. They are perfect for work - your feet won't ache by the end of the day!

Excellent - I was looking for this kind of shoe for a long time without success until now thank you very much. It was a little bigger but feels comfortable.

Size 5.5 - As a person with small feet I have basically no choice when I shop at most stores. This shoe was just the basic pump I was looking for with a moderate heel. It looks just like the picture and looks great with either pants or a skirt. You can't go wrong with this shoe.

Ros Hommerson Viva- Comfortable from the minute I put them on. I wore them for 12 hours the first day.

Great pumps! These are great pumps with classic styling and the perfect mid-size heel. Also a great value for the price. I have them in navy and black, and am thinking of ordering an extra pair to have on hand when the others wear out.

Viva - Have just received this shoe so it’s 'early in the process'. However, at this point I am surprised and pleased. The shoe has a surprising sense of stability, 'give' and dare I say it comfort. Thought the toe-box might prove too narrow from the photos (also have a bunion problem on right foot) but given the flexibility don't believe that's going to be a problem. If all continues as at present, I would definitely buy this shoe again for business suits.

Comfy Comfy Shoes - This is my third pair of Ros Hommerson pumps. I can wear them all day at work and still feel as though I were wearing flats. I love them so much, I bought the three colors available in my size. I wish there were more.

Wonderful dress shoe - I really enjoy the new shoes I purchased. They feel wonderful on my foot. They are just a bit too big because I wear a 12. I tried the 12 but it was a bit tight.

Very comfortable and classic shoe - I needed a really nice conservative shoe for the office and general occasions and, therefore, chose the Ros Hommerson's Viva. The fit was great, I feel they are still very stylish, due to the design of the heel and they are comfortable and feel solid when walking for long periods of time throughout the day. They are truly a favorite of mine when I need a pump to go with my outfits.

Kudos for your shoes!! I have been to so many department stores trying to find the right shoe to fit without success. However, I have purchased two pairs of shoes from Zappos, one of which was Ros Hommerson's and am delighted and excited that I have found a source to buy the most comfortable shoes for a reasonable price! Great Shoes for Larger Feet- At last, a stylish pump that fits! These shoes are WONDERFUL, particularly if you have large feet. They are wonderfully padded and hug your foot like a glove. I have problems with pumps gapping; these didn't. These shoes even make my size 101/2-11 feet look trim- a true feet feat!

Perfect work shoe for the wide foot- I have a wide foot. I ordered WW. I love the way they make my foot look petite. They kind of curve around the larger part of your foot, hiding the width. I normally wear a 7 and could have used a 6 3/4 if there was such a size.

Home run - I bought these based on customer reviews, and I couldn't be more pleased. Very comfortable (1-2 wears broke them in perfectly), and classic in style. Great work shoe--goes with everything. I bought 1/2 size up with no regrets. Highly recommend these shoes for active, professional women.

These are fantastic! With size 11 feet, nice shoes for business and court are hard to come by for me. These are not only very attractive, but very comfortable. Not too high a heel, but high enough to feel a little sexy. The leather looks really nice, even though they are affordable. My foot feels supported, and at the end of the day the balls of my feet aren't crying out in agony. I really love these shoes. And, as always, Zappos' service was fantastic, quick and easy to use. This time, however, I didn't need to use the customer service b/c I was in love from the day they arrived!

Very Comfortable - These shoes are very comfortable, excellent for all day wear, and very sharp looking.

Viva - They look and feel great! I have an odd size, 11.5 W, and I usually have to compromise, but Zappos had it, and the fit is terrific. Service was also great. My shipment arrived on the second day after placing the order. To say that I'm satisfied is an understatement.

Charming pumps- These pumps feel very comfortable. I suffer from bunions and in these shoes, my feet feel good.

As a college instructor, shoe comfort is everything to me, as I am constantly running between buildings and classes. This pump not only feels good throughout the course of the day, but looks professional as well. I purchased them in black, navy, and bone, and call them my "Teacher Shoes."
