Great Shoe! I love the understated style with enough of a heel to provide a classy look - and it's a very comfortable shoe. I have a buckling of one of my toes, so using the shoe stretcher; these soon were perfect for both feet.

Ros Hommerson Viva - This is a beautiful shoe, but it is not true to size. I wear size 8 medium. The shoe was too narrow, so I exchanged it for a size 8 wide. It was then too loose at the heel. I put in some stick-on heel pads but it was still not comfortable, and the arch support is inadequate. I was very disappointed, since it is a very good-looking, dressy shoe and the navy color is really beautiful.

Comfortable Heels! This shoe seems to fit to size and was very comfortable from the moment I put it on. This is a miracle for me! Great shoe!

Love these shoes! I hate to wear heels because they are always uncomfortable. But these really feel great. I haven't worn them for an extended time yet, but I think they will be fine--miles ahead of all my other heels. These are not very high, but they look classy and elegant. I love them.

Great Basic Pump - I have a wide foot and thus hate wearing pumps! This works very well. Wonderful quality and good basic pump to have in your wardrobe. Looks great!

VIVA Ros Viva! One of the finest shoes I've ever purchased. The comfort and styling are SUPERB! The only shoes I have ever bought that felt like they were already broken-in for me right out of the box! These "Little black shoes" go perfectly with just about any outfit and can take you from work to a night on the town. They’re just the ideal shoe for all occasions great value!

Comfortable and sleek! I have nearly impossible to fit feet (81/2N) & I'm not comfortable in high heels. These narrows fit like a glove! Super soft insoles, they flex when I flex and the heel refuses to slip! The sexiest mid heels I've ever worn! I've got the black but I'm going for more colors!

Ros Hommerson Viva - These shoes are very comfortable. The size is true to the measurement. They look expensive for a modest price. They look good, wear well and feel super to my feet.

Perfect! I love these shoes! They are the perfect work shoe--very professional look and most important, I can wear them all day with no complaints! They required no break-in period at all. The first day I wore them on the subway and then to walk 6 blocks to a job interview--they were as comfy at the end of the day as when I put them on in the morning.

For a person with a foot like mine, long and narrow with a very narrow heel, I found this shoe to be a perfect fit. I have an extremely difficult time finding shoes that look good and feel good. This shoe is comfortable...I wore it several hours the first time I put it on. It has a style that goes with anything and one I find very classy. The quality is great. I bought two colors in the same shoe and am considering purchasing another one. For me, this is a great shoe.

Comfy work shoe - Very comfy basic work pump but a bit tight. I ordered my normal size, 5B, but could have used a 5.5.

Great shoe! I searched every store and could not find a basic navy pump. This is exactly what I was looking for. The shoe is quite comfortable and the heel height is perfect for me. I recommend this shoe to anyone that needs a basic navy pump to wear with suits, etc. Zappos also got the order to me very quickly. I am so happy a co-worker told me about this site!!!

Very Comfortable, great looking shoe - I have a double wide foot, so I have a hard time finding shoes that fit well. This shoe fits perfectly. I'd recommend this to everyone with wide feet.
