My Favorite Pumps! Tasteful. Professional. Comfortable. These are best pumps I have ever worn! Finding the right size was a bit troublesome because the sizes of Ros Hommerson pumps vary from shoe to shoe. RH Victory, for instance, was far too small for me in 8.5W while an 8.5W in Viva was a comfy fit. But the trial and error of sizing was the only unpleasant thing about these shoes. My feet don’t ache when I wear these and neither does my back. The heel is not wobbly so the shoe is easy to walk in at a brisk pace. The bottoms are not slippery. I love wearing them on cold days because the shoes are surprisingly warm - I considered buying some in Wheat Kid for summer but I think my feet would be too hot in them during the summer! The leather is sturdy enough to offer some support, particularly for the sides of the feet so you don’t walk over the side of the shoe and injure your ankle. Great shoes, IMO, and I really hope they stay in production. I’d like to repurchase when my current pair start looking shabby.

Love These Shoes - This is the first pump that I've been able to wear in a very long time. I have a very wide foot, with a high instep but I had no problems at all with the fit. My heel did slip out when I walked. I eliminated this by purchasing Sof Sole, Gel Ball-of-Foot Cushions which eliminated the problem. I love these shoes.

Ros Hommerson's Viva - I love the shoes. They are tighter than most 7.5 shoes I've bought. Even so, they are not at all uncomfortable and look perfect for the office. Because they are leather, they'll stretch. In fact I've worn them three times, and they are already conforming to my foot. I would definitely buy Hommerson's shoes again.

The perfect shoe for all occasions - I bought this shoe for an interview, but have been wearing it with almost every outfit. The classic black pump is never out of style and the fit is just right (I have wide feet and ordered this shoe in WW), as well as comfortable. The heel is not too high, not too low.

A great pump! I have such a narrow foot that I seldom can even find a pump that fits so I was still wearing 10 year old (very expensive) pumps. I could not believe how well this shoe fits, how comfortable it is and how nice it looks.

Not true to size - Might be my feet size difference, but this shoe is a big 10W and is not very comfortable. Order small - might be comfortable if it fits right.

Classic comfort - For an every day office shoe, these are great. They are simple and smart looking. They are very comfortable and have a comfortable heel height. If they lack in anything, it is panache. They are good looking, but don't stand out as my favorite dress shoe.

Wonderful shoe but too big - I have the other style of this shoe so I thought I would wear the same size but the shoe is too big. I have the ones with the croc heel and toe of the same brand. I love the brand and will purchase others.

Surprisingly comfortable! I have a lot of trouble finding dress shoes to fit my 12 AAA foot, and these are perfect. I get blisters after walking for long distances, but no more than I get from some of the flats that I own.

Nice basic black pump - This is just a lovely shoe, the height of the heel is just right for me. My feet are so wide that it's difficult to find a shoe that is fairly chic and comfortable. I've tried double wides from other manufacturers, and they've felt more like a regular wide. I was delighted that these fit perfectly, and are so basic they'll go with any type of business clothing.

Great for work and going out! These shoes have a great look and fit. Just be sure of your width. I wear a 6 1/2 or 7 in most shoes but I need a wide shoe so I order a 6W for better fit.

Great interview shoe - I need a classic shoe for a job interview and this shoe was a perfect choice. Great fit right out of the box and a great look.

Viva - The Viva is a little tight across the toe because I have a very narrow heel. If I get a medium, which would be better for the toe width, then I get slippage in the heel. Otherwise, this is a lovely looking shoe!!!

Perfectly Fitting Shoes - Ros Hommerson - I am enjoying my recently purchased Ros Hommerson's shoes very much. I have narrow feet and it has been difficult finding a dress shoe that fits comfortably and looks good. I will be purchasing more shoes from Zappos.com in the near future. Great basic work shoe - Perfect no frills work shoe. Comfortable. Fit right out of the box. I like the heel on this one. It's not dumpy-looking, but substantial enough for comfort and support. I actually bought two pair of these. They are my every day office shoes.

Wonderful basic pump for wide feet - I have an exceptionally high arch and a very wide, short foot. These elegant, well-made shoes were comfortable the moment I slipped them on. I plan to buy more of these classic pumps.

Nice looking - I needed a shoe to go with my Easter dress. This one fit the bill. Looks nice and is comfortable.

Great work shoe - This is a beautiful shoe for work. I'm required to wear heels in my job. These shoes are very comfortable, but I had to add inserts and something for heel slippage. I also added extra arch support. I normally thought I wore a 6M most of my life, but in this job I needed an extra wide shoe as I'm on my feet all day. The 6WW seems to have extra length, so I've needed to add the inserts to keep them on my feet. After going to a shoe fitting specialist, I've discovered that my real shoe size is 5WW, but there are basically no heels made in that size. I would REALLY like to see these shoes made in both 5WW and 5 1/2WW!!

Comfort! This shoe is comfortable from the first wearing. Although it's plain, the classic styling makes it versatile. And, of course, Zappos service is excellent.

The perfect professional looking pump - As a professional business woman with a rather large footprint finding a comfortable shoe can be difficult. At Zappos, the Ros Hommerson collection has met my needs to the fullest. Size selection and the BEST shipping on the internet will keep me as a steady customer. Please add additional sizes in 13WW.

Terrific versatile shoe - I've had these shoes for a year and worn them 3-4 days a week to work. They still look great. They were tight at first but adjusted to my foot quickly and still fit like a glove. I never have any foot stress when I'm wearing them. The heel is the perfect height. Be sure you buy the right size.

These shoes fit my feet as if they were made especially for me. I don't remember ever having shoes to fit so perfectly and be so comfortable.

First time buyer - I just received my first pair of Zappos and was very pleased with the prompt service and free delivery, round trip if necessary. These Ros Hommerson's Viva shoes fit well as soon as I put them on. With size 11 1/2 shoe, it is so difficult to find shoes in local stores. These have a great heel, not too thin and yet they don't look like "old lady" shoes at all. I wish they came in a larger variety of colors though. It is a great basic classic pump.
