I use this shoe for work and for casual living. It wears well and I believe is fashionable enough to wear out casually, but tough enough for work.

Everything I wanted in a shoe

Just add Dr. scholls and you get a really great shoe.

I use these shoes for work im in construction so im walking climbing etc so the shoes are great for that as well as meeting clients submitting plans at the city these shoes blend right in great product

Just get the job done. Solid, heavy, makes ya taller. Great Fall / Winter shoe. I've had pairs of Sketchers before, and this feels a little narrow for the wide width. That said, maybe i just need to break them in. May have tried a 13 instead of 12.5 - my foot hasn't changed, so maybe it's the type of shoe/boot. The oxfords Alley Cats fit fine in the same size.

I have 5 pairs of Skechers shoes, 2 work and 3 casual. wouldn't wear anything else.

This is the 3rd pair of the Mariners I have owned over the past 10 years. Good shoe! The shoe strings wear out over the first 8 months or so but the shoe's sole will last and last. The leather upper as well. I still have one pair that I just use for "Dirty Jobs" as they have gotten pretty scuffed up over the past 5 years.(my 2nd) The first pair was holding up well until a dog chewed one up. I think that it's the best Skecher model made. For me me anyway, I always fear that they'll stop making the Mariner but they have'nt yet.

I buy a new pair every year, they're that good and reliable.

Mariners are comfortable right out of the box. I walk a lot during my job as a fabrication plant inspector, so comfort is key.

This my forth pair of these particular shoes and I'm quite pleased with style and fit. I use them for work and they haven't let me down yet.

material is stiff and is taking some time to break in, not an all day wera shoe at this point.

Durabilty and comfort for everyday wear as well as decent looking.Good value for the money.

boot is good but I liked the old Raiders boot better. Wish sketchers would bring it back

I work on concrete floors all day, and walk on the job somewhere between 6 and 9 miles a day. I ordered these Mariners in my never ending search for some confortable shoe. I ordered according to the size chart that I printed out from web page. These are the most confortable shoes I have tried yet. However they seem to wide or to big and might be better if my feet didn't move around in them as much. I plan to contact factory for some advise. These are a good shoe, and worth the cost.

I wear my Skechers Mariners almost everyday to work. This is my 4th pair, I love the style and comfort.

I haven't had these shoes long so longevity isn't something I can comment on. I am pleased with the comfort and fit of this shoe. I like the looks as well. Definitely will consider another purchase when the time comes.

the shoes are great except the shoe strings un raveled on the ends the first week i had them..the shoe strings need some attention

Very comfortable casual shoes. More lightweight than other Sketcher shoes I've owned. May need to treat these shoes with waterproof or protective spray before wearing.

This is my second pair of similar style of Skechers. Was very pleased with wear and comfort the first time. Am anticipating the same results the second time.

I love the look and the fact that there waterproof.

Great shoe for the money and they look good too.
