Not good fit too loose like a flip flop

you sent the wrong shoes !!!!!!! I ordered soft bed shoes .

This box arrived damaged - it literally felt apart when when lifted it out of the shipping bag - and the leather was scuffed and scratched up.

They were delivered by Amazon and one of the buckles was defective. It was apparent that someone else had ordered and returned them for the same reason. Additionally, the newer "wide" Birkenstocks are visibly narrower than the older versions. Unfortunately, the quality seems to be suffering since the company went public. I've been worn & loved Birks for almost 40 years and will NOT be buying another pair.

You sent me the wrong color. I ordered the oiled leather and I got some gross rose gold shoes.

Wrong color was sent

The description said the shoe had a soft bed but the shoe bed was a hard bed. I need a soft bed.

Size and width were fine. The problem was the footbed. I've been wearing Arizona Soft beds for more than 10 years. In November I ordered a pair when they came the beds felt a little hard but i tried them after a week my foot was killing me i stoped wearing them and went back to my old pair. Thinking it was just that pair I ordered another pair. It was the same. The padding on the sole was almost non-existent, it felt like I was walking on rocks. Don't throw out your old ones until you try the new ones.

This was the second time I had to reorder this shoe because they keep sending the wrong size. The size stated on the outside of the box doesn't match the shoe size that is in the box. This is extremely frustrating.

Delivery came with 2 shoes of the same foot.

These slip-ons weren't as comfortable as I thought they would be. Did not like the worn leather look around buckles and top of straps.

This shoe was returned previously as it is incorrectly sized. Box is damaged

Could not get them on because they were too narrow!!!!!!

Item looked used. Footbed with feet imprint. Arrived in nonbirkenstock box from Amazon. Leather looked worn.

FYI, this was TRUE GRAY! Completely false advertising. LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE COLOR IN THE PHOTO. Super disappointed. Love Birkenstock though. Returning this.

It Was Terrible

The most important thing is the fit. These are too small for someone with wide feet. Secondarily, this is a woman's style, not a mans style. I realize many men are wearing women's style clothing these days - these are along the same lines. They are shaped in a triangle, with a very narrow heal and wide toe. Not at all something I would wear. Third, they are uncomfortable. They are hard as rocks - no cushioning at all.

Customer service is horrible.

Zappos customer service horrible. Sent me the wrong twice in a row. 10 business days to get a refund.

This wasn't even what I ordered! You sent me some bedroom slippers!

Felt large all over even with buckled as tight as would go, just felt awkward on my feet
