My Experience With Zappos - I am very happy with the New Balance 992 in the cool Grey. I was a little hesitant about ordering the shoe on line but I am totally happy with my experience and with the people at Zappos. The delivery was fantastic. This a GREAT SHOE.

Quality Running Shoe - Great shoe for long distance running. May feel like it has no arch support but is fine when you hit the pavement.

New Balance M992 - I am a loyal fan of New Balance sneakers. I have major feet problems, so I must try to find shoes or sneakers that fit just right. I think that theM992 feels like slippers on my feet and I can wear them all day.

Great service and a great shoe - These are my second pair of New Balance M992 and they are just as great! I really do like doing business with Zappos, they strive to keep their customers happy. The no shipping both ways keeps me coming back too.

Great Service - Amazing that I got the shoes the very next day! The shoes are a great fit for my wide 4E feet and feel like walking on a cloud.

Comfort - I use this shoe for walking. I have no shin pain after walking 2 miles or more. This was not possible with my cross trainers. I used to suffer the next day.

Great shoes, worth the price! These shoes are great; I have always been a fan of the 991 which has now been replaced by these. They fit great, feel great, look better than the 991 and last for a long time. They're also made in the U.S. My favorite pair of sneakers!

Looks aren't everything - I have been running in this shoe for years. Nothing compares to it. I am very heavy on my feet even though I only weigh 180. The support and cushion is great.

Gray NB M992 - Great replacement for the M991s I've worn for years. Given my narrow foot, it's nice that a narrow shoe of this quality, feel, and performance is available.

Casually Fit - The fit of this shoe is very comfortable with a wide range of sizes including widths. I really liked the look that has a casual yet sporty appeal that can go with practically anything. The color is very neutral that will go with jeans or shorts. It is not as light weight as some of the other running shoes of course, but not that noticeable.

Best shoe ever - Fit, appearance, comfort, quality of construction, value and service. All of these top notch. Five stars across the board. Thank you for being a company I can depend on. The manner in which you help customers locate their specific needs is terrific. Your screens are easy to understand and use. Why won't we have more companies like Zappos.

Best pair of athletic shoes out there! I am a 6'5 man and I have owned both the 991's and 992's in size 13. I have only purchased two pairs of these shoes but both last easily 1-1.5 years each. They are not only durable, they are also the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. Futhermore, ordering these from Zappos in the exact size AND width I needed are ideal! Nothing could be easier!

Good all around athletic shoe - Nothing flashy, but an excellent choice for general fitness. This is my third pair, and I have worn the others out with a lot of road work without any foot problems. Only complaint is that the inner liners wear quickly.

One of the best pair's of sneakers I've ever owned - These are fast becoming my favorite sneakers. I got them in black, 14 EEEE. I'm thinking of buying another pair in a different color because I love them so much. Very supportive and comfortable, and one of the most stylish models of N's available. They'd be good for running, but also for a casual look going out, or for work... they work in any situation. I hope they never discontinue these! I know the price tag is steep at over $120 but they are well worth it and you can't beat Zappos service and guarantees.

New balance m992 - great walking shoe and looks great with levies felt good right out of the box.

Great fit for narrow feet - I have a narrow feet and New Balaance M992s fit great. I wear these shoes everyday.

Wonderful - Lightweight, true to size, in fact sufficiently roomy so there's no temptation or need to move to an EE. I have some shoes that press in. The 992 is not one of them--I'll buy another pair when the ones I own wear out.

Best Running Show Ever - Have put well over 2000 miles on the 900 series New Balance. The 992 has significant improvements in the heel. My only request, now that you are offering this shoe in white, would be using a lighter color accents - like GRAY or WHITE instead of the current " DARK BLUE".

You might look like an old man, but you'll feel great - I had to buy these after my 991s finally bit the dust. I love these shoes and wear them everywhere on the weekends. I used to work at a Bed & Breakfast and wore the old shoes out walking around all the time. They provide excellent support and go well with all casual weekend gear, especially once they get a little dirty. If you're hesitating on purchasing these because they're expensive or look like orthodics, just buy them. They are worth more than they cost in comfort alone and I've seen many different kinds of people wearing them, from teenagers to old men. Can't go wrong!

Ruby M. loves New Balance's M992 SHOES! I have a very large & wide foot. This is the only walking shoe I can wear. This is my 3rd pair. I hope they keep making this one forever!

good for arthritic ankles - Good choice for foot support. I use them for work, which involves a lot of standing and walking.

Love the shoes - I walk 3 to 5 miles a day. The very first time I wore the shoes, it was like I've had them for years. Usually there is a somewhat painful "break-in" period, not so with my New Balance. I've loved them from day 1.
