If you have a wide foot this is not for you I wear a women's 10. So I got a 9 mens and it still wasn't wide enough had to return.

I've ordered these TWICE. Once in my regular size, 7 and it fits but it flops off my foot. So I thought to go a size up, since these don't come in half sizes. I bought a size 8 and they continued to flop off my feet! I even had my mom try them on and same thing happened. I'm done with this style. I'll stick to the fluff yeah's and original boots.

I read that these things might stretch out a bit but I couldn't even fit my foot into them. I wear a 9 1/2 and ordered a 10. Once I shoehorned my feet into them, it felt like they were cutting off my circulation.

I brought two pair and returned both.. nice looking however they run pretty small. If it came in half sizes it would make a world of a difference

I only gave one star because my uggs came w a stain & that shouldn't have happened if they're brand new uggs. I had to return them.

I received these Uggs on a Friday and by Sunday the thread on the top of the slipper was unraveling. It's easier to get into Harvard then to get someone to respond either by phone, text, chat or email. Finally got through and then they sent me a return form. It's two weeks now and I still have not gotten a new replacement pair. I thought I would try this route with Covid, but never again

I could not rate these slippers as I don't have them. I take a 9.5 size. The web site recommends a 10. They did not fit. I attempted to exchange for a size 11. Received a return lable. Shipped USPS. Your Agent picked up parcel the next day. It traveled to York. Pa. destined to California. It took 12 days to travel 2 1/2 hours from my home. At that rate it should reach Ca. by Christmas. You blamed Covid. I shop online all the time. Why other vendors from Ca. deliver in 3 to 5 business days. I made several attempts to resolve this. I gave up and got my refund. I am hesitant to reorder if that's the best you customer service can do.

Bedroom slippers. Not soft enough on the bottom. Hurts my feet to walk in them. The box they came in is gone or I would return them. So disappointed.

I have a wide foot I'm a women's 10 but I brought a men 9 and it still wasn't wide enough when I started buying uggs 3 years ago they were wide enough. In the last year I see there starting to make more narrow styles.

The slippers are so snug. My boots fit perfect I was so disappointed.

I bought these for myself and even got a size up just for them to be too small i couldn't even get my whole feet in them

So I've been wanting these for years but priorities always got in the way of it so I just revived a bonus at work and bought these and the boots and when I tell you I couldn't even get them all the way on my foot I was soooooo disappointed the top of the slipper was cutting into my ankle I had to take em off an stop trying I was so sick about that I just ended up giving em to my boyfriend as a gift

These slippers were stained & use when I got them. It's a shame because the color is great the slipper is comfy but you can see they weren't brand new when I got them so I'm trying to return and get a new pair now

I love the style and color but they were much shorter than my others. Such a disappointment.

Not good for my feet

Second purchase of these in black! My first pair I wear to work so decided to get another pair for home. This pair came faded and the strip on top was just stitched weird. Unfortunately I had already wore them because they where the only shoes I took with me so I couldn't return them. I know everything can't be perfect but it just doesn't look like my first pair.
