This was my third purchase of this slide and this time I was very upset that I spent so much money and got the most popular color that makes this slipper special ( chestnut) but the color was really faded and not at all the traditional chestnut?

As trendy as this shoe has become unfortunately I had to return them. The rim of the shoe dyed my ankle black and at first it was a bit hard to remove the stain. I did wear socks with them but they did start to slid as I was walking and when I realized my ankle had black dye.

Never ordering from uggs again, they sent me these Tasman slippers that looked like there were worn a few time. Gross

Used as daily in-house slippers, and given I work from home, was looking for a good pair of slip ons that don't come off easily because they're too small but that also are not so big. These are heavy and clunky and have become more so after a few days of wear around the house. They are super wide after a few days of wear and a smaller size would not have helped (would have been too short in length/heels hanging over edge). I should have purchased a different pair of slip on slippers.

They are very soft and comfortable but need an 11 1/2 or 12 because I have to force my foot in them. The lining around the ankle is too tight.

I'm really disappointed. I bought a size 10 first, and they slipped off the back of my feet. So I exchanged them for a 9, and THEY slip off my feet. I can't be an 8 and I also dont want to go through the exchange process again.

These are cut way too small! I've never had this kind of problem with any kind of shoe before, nevermind with Ugg. I've always worn a size 6 in Uggs, so that's what I ordered. When I tried this slipper on, I couldn't even get my foot into the opening it was so small. Surprised, I held it up to my Ugg boots and was shocked to see that it was even cut about an inch smaller. There's no way my foot would fit in the slipper. I really wanted these slippers, so I exchanged it for a size 7. I'm disappointed that even the size 7 is too small. I can barely squeeze my foot into the opening, and it's way too tight for me to even attempt to try breaking them in. I don't want to have to keep playing the exchange game so I'm returning these. I wish these were cut like all of the other Ugg shoes, and I don't understand how Ugg could make a shoe that was so significantly different in size then their other products.

Took 11 days after getting tracking number. Received two different sizes. Customer service rep could care less and kept trying to rush me off the phone. She said she would send me a new one, but never even put the order in to do so. Now I'm just stuck with two different size shoes.

The shoe looked wonderful and the material was very nice. THE PROBLEM....The shoe was too shallow. It was the correct size but maybe because of the inside fur, whenever I walked a few steps, my foot would slip out of both shoes. Weird!

Love the style of the Tasman, however I spent the "extra" on the leopard...BAD decision. NOT worth it! Within the 1st 3months the Leopard "hair" wore for no apparent reason and the slippers have random bald spots...looks horrible!!! I tried resolving this with Ugg and was told numerous times that it "might" be covered under warranty, however I'd need to send them in for them to determine if it's a defect or "normal" wear and tear. All while waiting with NO slippers OR I could purchase another pair while I wait for the decision to be made. If defective would refund me, if not defective....looks like I'd have 2 pairs of slippers for $200 in 3 months. Get the regular Tasman, you'll love them...DON'T waste your time with the Leopard...I give the slipper 5 stars, the leopard Negative 10

The slipper lost its firmness after a few wearings. I am referring to internally the form of the inner lining of the slipper

I received my slippers and had to return to get a smaller size. I usually wear a 7 1/2 and followed their advice and sized up. Not a good idea for me. I had to get a 7. Thrilled when I received the replacement and found them to be extremely comfortable. After wearing them for a day, I returned home and found a dark black circle around my foot from the dye. This happens every time I wear them. Since I have worn them outside and have discarded all the packing and receipt, I probably can't return for a different color.

This was my third pair of Tasman, first two pair were the tan color. I decided to switch it up and ordered the black, bad choice, the black shearling stained my feet. Returned and will order the pink. I have been wearing this slipper for years, love them. UGG, either fix the shearling on the black to neutral or discontinue it. Other reviews with same issue, please listen to your customers.

Not sure whether it's because these now are made in China. But I am incredibly disappointed in Uggs, and think they no longer are worth buying. I've been buying and wearing Uggs slippers for years. I just bought these, and after less than 1 month of moderate use, they are literally unusable. While these in the past remained comfortable for long periods of time, requiring minimal fuss and the occasional replacement of an insole, this no longer is the case. The now-flimsy insoles are bunching up and causing discomfort, AND they are not replaceable!?!?! WHAT HAPPENED, UGGS? And Zappos, you need to do your diligence and consider not carrying them.

My husband wears a size 9. Always. In everything. He couldn't even get this size 9 on his foot. He literally couldn't get it on. He took off his sock, still couldn't get it on. We're going to try a 10 ... We'll see how that goes.

It's really disappointing seeing that the men's line carries more than double the amount of colors for the Tasman. My favorite color was chocolate and that amongst other colors seem to be exclusively only available in men's sizes.

when I called customer Service the employee was very rude and told me the slippers were made in another country and they had no control over the material use. I am sad to know that you as a company compromise the quality you have always had.
