I am very dissatisfied with the level of customer service that I have received . Your ugg cleaner ruined my California poppy tasman slippers . i called customer service to see what i could do to fix my shoes and I was told by one of your representatives that my shoes would be replaced at no cost to me . since was Ugg's product the ruined my shoes .I sent my shoes into ugg for the exchange . now I'm being being told that I have to cover the difference in pay because I used a coupon that I received from ugg and I can't even get my coupon back .So now I don't have my shoes or my money . I buy Ugg's year around for my family after this I am reevaluating where I spend my money .

Have only worn these in my apartment since I received them for Christmas and the stitching on the heel has come undone. Pretty disappointing since I have another pair that I purchased in 2012 and they're still in great condition with much heavier use.

Wear around the house and outside for very shor jaunts!

The size ots to big

The slipper's are too small. They were a gift for my daughter, Can I return and get a larger size? When i ordered I was told they ran big. She wears a size 8 1/2 , I was told an 8 would be fine. She needs at least a size 9, how do I go about returning?

I have been buying UGG Tasman slippers for as long as they have had them. They are the best slippers for feet that suffer from plantar fasciitis and other feet aliments. However this is the first time I have purchased the black ones. The color of the lamb's wool inside the slipper is black, and the dye turned my feet black! Both the soles and tops of my feet were black after wearing them for a few hours. It took some scrubbing to get the dye off my feet. So beware of the colored fleece inside the slippers. I will be sticking to the camel colored ones, and the other ones that do not have a dark dye color. Frustrating, cause I really like the slippers.

Poor quality compared to old version of which I own three pairs. No comfortable footbed just a hard piece of plastic. Like most companies Ugg is cutting corners and it is showing in the quality of their products. It's a shame as I will have to look elsewhere for boots and slippers.

The slippers run small and fit snug not comfortable maybe in time the will stretch I bought them fit my husband fur a Christmas gift he wears a 10 in everything and if I get an 11 they will be way to big there not true to size

As a gift

It rubbed against my heel, I started using it as a slipper, stepping over the end that was bothering me. In two months, it completely lost the inner fur lining. My toes were cold in them. I have UGGs boots, slippers, my little girl gets a new boot every year, I love all Ugg's products, with exception of this item. I should've returned when I first tried them on, and it rubbed the back of my heel.

I received a pink color instead of the one I asked for

It was a Christmas gift I personally don't care for the look of them and feel they are expensive I tried a pair on they weren't that comfortable in my opinion

They're cute but not all that. If I would get these I would get the BLACK pair. And I got the right size but the kinda fall off my feet in the back but my toe touches the top, it's weird. Just over hyped. If anybody wants them off me grab em. I didn't think ugg would take them back.

Got them during UGG closet sale. I'm upset that they don't fit right. They stay in place comfortably until I start walking in them then the back starts sliding off my heels like I'm wearing flip flops. It's annoying.

I have four pair of Uggs, this shoe could not have been a true Ugh product.

While the product is good, I was unable to exchange the shoes for a larger size. We therefore have to return and repurchase which will take longer.

The opening was too small. Once I got my foot in with a shoe horn it fit. I bought a pair for my whole family, 10-18 years and the fit was the same for all of us. I will be returning my order.

I bought the item for my daughter for Christmas. It came quickly, so that was a plus. My daughters foot is bigger than mine, so I tried it on to see if I should wrap it or not. I could barely get my foot in it, so sizing runs very small. I started an exchange online, printed off the return slips and mailed the shoes back. We are going on two weeks now that I have not received my exchange pair in a bigger size. It shows they did create a shipping label for the new pair on Dec 1st, but they never actually gave my order to the shipping company. I have paid for these shoes and would like to actually receive them. They are a gift for Christmas and at this point it doesnt look like Im going to get them in time. Very disappointing.

I try to return but was giving the running around I am disappointed with ugg and to be my first pair of ugg not satisfying at all

These Tasmin slippers do not look genuine. There is no trademark "R" after the Ugg name, the sole of the slipper is quite stiff and does not bend, and a side by side comparison of the fur with the fur in a similar pair of ugg slippers I own shows that it looks nothing like the fur in my other pair. Also, I have worn this style of UGG slipper for at least 20 years, buying a new pair every year or every other year, and the fit of this pair is slightly too big. Usually it is a bit tight at first and allows for the fur to settle, making it a perfect 7 to my size 7 foot. These went back.

I looked at other reviews and bought a whole size up, but still was too small. Returned. Loved the rose color though.
