Ugg quality has seriously slipped...instead of flashy collaborations, return to your origins! These slippers feel like they put thin uneven lint over cardboard..appalling quality

Was given a date for shipping that was pushed off twice. Still didn't ship. Very disappointed!!

The quality is poor and I don't know if it's because of product demand, but it definitely was disappointing.

I ordered in March and now they say not till May 21st. If I would have known that I wouldn't have bought them here -

Haven't received Slippers yet. Ordered nearly 4 weeks ago, item is still on back order.

It's too big, o didn't realize it because I had socks on.. I'm so upset with myself! It looks like a big NOAT on my feet.:-( I purchased a Men's 11 I wear a woman's 10.5 I'm so hurt because I can't afford to. I another pair at this moment.. a shoe waisted.

Umm when will the sizes be back in stock ?

I ordered the black slipper and loved the fit, durability and how warm it keeps my toes. However when I wear them without socks, I take them off and I can see my feet are black and stained from the slipper. Another thing that can be improved is more cushioning/foam inside the slipper. They are not uncomfortable but very flat, no arch support. At this price point I was really hoping the slipper was perfect and rate it 5 stars, but the staining is a major deal breaker.

Bought these for my wife in a size 8 (her normal size). They were too big and the size 7 were not available.

I know they were on back order but I still should have had them two weeks ago.

The fit is not accurate. I purchased black and they have faded on my jeans. Not a good quality.

Ordered these slippers in the berry color when I noticed my size was in stock. Transaction went through, with a confirmation number, but never received a confirmation email. Over a week later, the transaction was canceled off of my card. Never heard from Ugg. Probably will not be ordering from them again.

i was told i was getting my order before valentine's day and that it was gonna ship out on the 8th of february, it's the 24th and i have no shipping information at all !

Hi. Sorry to post this but I sent a note to your Customer Service and never got a reply. I returned these because there was NO WAY they were a regular width- they looked like boats on my feet. Bummer cause I really wanted them

I am very dissatisfied with the level of customer service that I have received . Your ugg cleaner ruined my California poppy tasman slippers . i called customer service to see what i could do to fix my shoes and I was told by one of your representatives that my shoes would be replaced at no cost to me . since was Ugg's product the ruined my shoes .I sent my shoes into ugg for the exchange . now I'm being being told that I have to cover the difference in pay because I used a coupon that I received from ugg and I can't even get my coupon back .So now I don't have my shoes or my money . I buy Ugg's year around for my family after this I am reevaluating where I spend my money .

Have only worn these in my apartment since I received them for Christmas and the stitching on the heel has come undone. Pretty disappointing since I have another pair that I purchased in 2012 and they're still in great condition with much heavier use.
