The quality was not as it used to be and I was so looking forward to the slipper/shoe as I broke my leg

Very warm and comfortable! I read the reviews and ordered one size up but they ended up too big! i had to exchange them for one size smaller. I ordered 8W and needed 7W. I have narrow heels so even with 7W my heel slides out a little. It may also be because the heel is slightly lower than a normal heel. The width in the front gives me the room I need.

It ripped after my 3rd wear

The lining is not attached very good so it slips down when wearing

I have many pairs of Ugg slippers, sandals and boots. This particular slipper did not fit. My foot was sliding off the back. Very disappointed! Returned them

Bought size 8, my usual size, and they were too small. Sent them back and exchanged for a size 9 and they were too big. I think 8-1/2 would have been just right. Disappointing because I've been wearing UGG boots/slippers for years.

I wanted to love the shoes ,but that wasn't my style. The shoes had not comfort nor arch support.

This pair of slippers are way bigger than the last pair i bought my husband. He had to put an insert in them to be able to keep them on.

I was highly disappointed and I wanted this bad. I wear 8.5 got 9 and they were still tight and looked like boats on my feet. I was sooooo sad

Great for 2 weeks then wore out.

Run small wasted my money

I don't know about these shoes, they are very illfitted. I bought a pair of (Men's) Tasman for my daughter and they fit way better than these (Women's) pair. This is the second time I am returning these. Very disappointing!!!

I'm a 11.5 in mens and I went in the store. I went a size up to 12 and it was way too big, I went down to 11 and it still felt too big so then I went down to a 10 and it felt tighter but a problem that I had seen with all the sizes I tried was the slipper felt loose in the heel area every time, it feels as if the back of my foot was going to fall out the slipper. Such an uncomfortable feeling and honestly saddening because I hear so many ppl love these but I just was not satisfied at all. Again it is only the back of the slipper that gives this loose feel while the rest of the shoe is secure and firm but it emphasizes that unease in the back.

Not enough rubber bottom. Foot unstable. Bought as a gift and they tried them on for a minute and back in the box . Not enough time to return. Beautiful slipper otherwise just not functional.

I was so anxious to receive these after several months waiting due to backorder. When I received them I immediately tried them on expecting these shoes to fit like a dream as many reviews say. I was soooo confused and disappointed that these are the weirdest fit shoes/slippers and can't figure out how anyone would find these comfortable when the ridge on the back part of the shoe sticks up at a very awkward level to be painful on the heal. They were not too big or too small in length either. They fit perfectly inside the the shoe and if it weren't for that stupidity odd levelled ridge at the heal these MAY have fit wonderfully. Although, when attempting to walk a few steps with these on they flopped like flip flops if you know what I mean, so I don't know. I had my daughter try them on and she also didn't like them. Btw, I am a woman and have size 8 womens feet, narrow and low arch. 5'2 135 lbs. I don't wear insoles or arch supports. Never had an issue with any other Ugg shoes or boots! UGG seriously, fix your product!

The colors are nice but the way they fit it very weird I sized up twice because the back of my heel was showing. After sizing up, the heel would still show when I walked

I bought this product only to find out the fur was matted on the inside and it had already came with a scratch

I love UGG. Unfortunately the opening for the foot was not big enough for my foot? Strange I know. I even purchased a size up the second time around and still had the same issue. I was able to very easily return the second pair since they were purchased through another source. These however, I still have in my possession because it's too difficult to jump through the hoops to return them. Anyway, not happy. I usually a wear 9/10 depending on the shoe or slipper, these have been the first to not fit. I will not be buying again.

I debated about buying the slippers and finally pulled the trigger. I was very disappointed when I got them they didn't fit and I've bought Uggs before. I think they need to better with sizing of these slippers.
