Sized wrong

Not what I thought. It is way too narrow for wide feet people. I ordered a size up and it still didn't fit.

The materiel is really poor , they broke the first week of having them

These aren't like the comfy uggs we love

Bought as a gift, too small and now past return date, and out of stock in larger size

Slipper for right foot is defective . Uncomfortable where toes meet the front of the slipper. Didn't return product because didn't want to go through the hassle. Disappointed with Ugg. Had bought another Ugg slipper in past and had no issues.

The very narrow opening on the top makes this slipper uncomfortable, even painful to wear. That was trying the pair that was my wife's normal size. Presumably, a larger size may have allowed getting the slipper on, however then it is impractically large. Trying other brands.

My size is men's 7 1/2 both in shoes already owned and per your measurement instrux. You do not offer half sizes, so ordered men's size 8. I could only barely and very painfully get my foot into the slipper, so I returned it. Also the material is not as one assumed sheep fleece but some man made material. ikkk So not only is the product unacceptable, your entire system is oblivious to its own order status. Further, you REQUIRE at least one star to enter this review, which IMHO is not merited OTOH, credit where due: my refund was promptly credited. Thank you.

I won't use these.

I bought these because they looked super comfortable. I was not impressed. I didn't like the fact that the heel kept riding up on the shoe and it was so tight around the ankle. I actually returned these be a use I was just not feeling them. For anyone with foot problems this is not the right shoe

I've been wanting these forever! I am a 9.5 in women's and the 10s are too big, my foot slips out the back and the 9s are too small.. please make half sizes I'm begging!

Too narrow. I couldn't even get my foot in, and I sized up.

Not impressed, they are stiff and smaller than advertised. Not comfortable at all. They were shipped slow despite paying for expedited shipping. CS was dismissive, didn't even try to help. Basically this is a bad company and I'll never buy their junk again.

Size 7 was too small and company unable to exchange for size 8.

I ordered these shoes a little less than a month ago, one of the shoes soul is coming off of the bottom and I haven't been rough with them or worn them anywhere other than around my house super disappointed.

I have been a loyal costumer for years. I decided to purchase these slippers a size up because they typically run small and they were way too big. Then i completed an exchange for a my original size- these were way too tight. There is absolutely no in-between and now I am out slippers.

Simple review. If you have wide feet... DO NOT BUY. It's simple as that. Don't purchase only to be disappointed.

Called customer service and advised to go size up, after a few wears the shirt buckles at the toe and it looks like it's smashed in.

The slippers are much flimsier than I expected them to be. Very thin. The stitching looks like it was done poorlyit almost comes to a point at the toe area of the slipper. Wore them just to try them on and the outer material was already wearing/shedding. I sized up and they were too big but a smaller size would have been too small. You can't easily slide your foot in but once your foot's in, they're not very snug, even with socks on. I wear a 7.5 in converse and I ordered a 9, but half sizes would make these so much better.
