I love the way that birkenstocks feel, but HATE the look of them. These are my perfect solution! They somehow feel exactly like the birkenstocks I own, AND they fit snugly inside all of my "cute" shoes! Even my keds!

I wear birkenstocks whenever I can. I have a lot of knee pain when wearing other shoes for a long period of time. With these insoles I can now walk without pain in boots and tennis shoes. I put these in all of my shoes, especially my heeled ankle boots. These are great and do not make my shoes feel too tight. I wear the same size as Birkenstock, typically a 38 (I wear a 8-9 in other brands but need to size down for Birkenstock).

These arch supports really are the bees knees... They help with making any shoe feel like you're really wearing Birkensrock shoes. Highly recommend getting at least two pairs for those two pairs of shoes you wear constantly.

Way better than super feet. Has a very high arch which helps tremendously. My left arch was killing me for a week, and after wearing these for a few days I felt much better. The size 12 fit my 11.5 shoes, so no worries on that account. I will be getting another pair as I really miss the arch support in my other shoes.

Perfect fit as well as pleasant to wear. I was wearing a different arch support but experienced fatigue while wearing them and pain afterwards, so I switched to an arch support that I knew worked--my Birkenstock sandals. I ordered this footbed in the same size. Now my casual shoes are just as comfortable and pleasant to wear, even less fatiguing during and not painful afterwards. Also, the shipping from Zappos was extremely fast. My Birkenstock sandals have held up well, and I expect these to also. So far, so good.

I've been wearing Birkenstock sandals since the 80's. I'm a hairdresser and on my feet for up to 12 hours a day. The sandals were the only foot wear that would support my feet, legs, and back for long periods of time. Believe me, I've tried many brands and styles and always came back to my Birks. When I found that they made insoles I was ecstatic! Bought them, put them in my cute boots, and voila! I have the same Birkenstock comfort in all my flat shoes!! It's so great to be able to wear different styles with out compromising my physical health. Thank you Birkenstock!

Very comfortable inserts. Made my husband's old work boots feel brand new with inserts in.

These were the best over-the-counter orthotics I've ever seen. I hated to return them, but I had to because they were too hard a surface for my feet, but I have a particular medical problem that contributed to that. I was dying to keep them, because 1) best fit of any I've tried, 2) really easy to move from shoe to shoe, 3) far and away best arch support. If they had a slightly cushioned version, I'd be buying it and using it every day!

These inserts make Converse All-Stars wearable. I love my Chucks, but the lack of arch support is a serious problem. The 3/4 length of these inserts is perfect: they provide plenty of support under the arch, but because they don't extend under the toes, they're compatible with Chucks' low toe box. I wear a 42 in Birkenstocks, and these inserts ran true to size for me.

These orthotics have the best arch support of any I've tried, and they are very easy to put into and take out of different pairs of shoes. Unfortunately I have to return them because the surface is very hard -- too hard for my feet after wearing them just for a short time.

I bought these because I love my Birkenstock sandals and needed the same arch and metatarsal support in my other shoes. I had such high hopes and *knew* that these would solve my issues, but unfortunately they didn't. The metatarsal support is great, but the arch support is not as firm as in the sandals. Since I need firm arch support, they will have to be returned. If you need metatarsal support with less firm arch support, these could work great for you though!

These fit nicely in my loafers and flats, and make them much more comfortable. I love Birkenstock shoes for the great support, and these inserts provide similar support in my other shoes. I also like that they don't slide around in my shoes, unlike many other arch support inserts I have tried in the past.

I've tried orthotic after orthotic and over time have spent a ton of money on customized ones. These beat all the others, and absolutely every over-the-counter one I every tried. Best support. Fits into shoes without the need to cut to size. Readily moves from one pair to another.

I was having severe pain due to plantar faciitis in my one foot. It was miserable for weeks. I saw my family doctor and she said to try the Birkenstock inserts. I hobbled into a local store, put the inserts into my running shoes, and walked out of the store without even a limp. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! I have been wearing them now for about 4 weeks and have less and less plantar faciitis pain every day. I have biked more than 400 miles since, using the inserts, without much pain at all. Highly recommended for anyone trying to deal with painful plantar faciitis.

This is my second time getting PF and my doctor tried giving me some inserts that were hard as a rock. I knew that hard inserts were no good for me so I came home and found these on Zappos. I followed the instructions and slowly built of the time wearing them for about a week. After the 1st day the pain was less. Now it is almost completely gone! Thank you Zappos and Birkenstock.

It is a miracle! THANK YOU ZAPPOS! I have the worst feet one can imagine. Because of fallen arch, my right leg is shorter than the left one, so beside flat feet i have try to equalize it. BIRKENSTOCK I CAN WALK!

These are fantastic! Just now replacing my original pair after 8 years. I wear them in all my non Birkenstock shoes: running shoes, boots even ballet flats. I have plantar fasciitis, a bunion and a pinched nerve in my left foot. 25 years ago when I was first diagnosed with PF, my podiatrist recommended Birkenstocks. I've lived in them ever since. The bunion and pinched nerve were the result of a 6 month shot at Alegrias. I'm a baker and must stand long hours on concrete floors. After having the pinched nerve diagnosis, a second podiatrist recommended Birkenstocks! I just smiled, went home and threw the Alegrias in the trash. I will never wear anything else again. Lesson learned. When I wear these inserts my feet remain pain free. It's nice to be able to wear different style shoes once in awhile. While these are pricey, in the long run they are more cost effective than the drug store inserts that don't last as long. I have been amazed how long these have lasted me. I've tried other expensive orthotics as well and haven't experienced the level of support and comfort. Highly recommend!

These worked better than custom orthotics for me. They helped completely stop the heel pain I was experiencing. And for a fraction of the cost of custom orthotics!

I can't believe how great these inserts work for me, I can't seem to find any shoes that have the support I need since Orthaheel quit making their sandals, so I was so very happy to find this insert so at least I can have comfort in my sneakers. I would love to know if Birkenstock has a shoe with this same arch support as I would be very interested in checking them out. This insert is very pricey, but what price can you put on being pain free? Love them!

As far as I can determine the insole is made of silk and cork, all natural materials. The arch support is the best I've ever experienced. Highly recommend.

I'm 72 with new lower back and leg problems exacerbated by poor arch support in my shoes. I bought these after high recommendation from a friend. They've made all the difference in my recovery. Physical therapist gave huge thumbs up. I won't be without them from now on. Easy to remove and insert from shoe although I think I'll get another set soon just for walking shoes.

These things are great! I work 12 hour shifts and I'm on my feet most of the time. I've worn these for two days now and my feet don't hurt at all.

These arches are amazing! I have very flat feet and I love wearing Birkenstock sandals so I decided to try these out, great arch support and even more comfortable than my custom made orthotics. They really give me a bounce in my step! I highly recommend these to anyone who needs great arch support! I was able to fit them in my running sneakers, Fashion sneakers, and even my tiny ballet flats!
