These inserts are a game-changer for me! I use them in all of my shoes (except my Birks), and it eliminates my foot pain. Love them!! Because of the steep price, I just have one pair that I swap out, depending on my shoe choice of the day. Takes one minute and saves money. I've been able to use these in a variety of shoe styles with no issue. True to size for me.

For Birkenstock inserts, I expected better, but these aren't bad. They're not nearly as high in the arches as actual Birk shoes, but they're decent, though it may take a few tries to get the sizing correct. I only wish these were full-length rather than half, because the slope from the insert to the front of the shoe isn't the most comfortable and means they only work in really flat shoes. Any kind of heel on the shoe, even just half an inch, puts the slope of the insert higher, which makes for your foot sliding forward when it shouldn't. I kept one pair of these, but ultimately have found Vionic inserts, though less supportive, more usable.

These are awesome for my AAAA narrow feet. I've thrown away the cushy cushy ones readily available at most marketplaces. These are so far superior they are defiantly worth the price. They make almost every shoe fit better which in turn perks up the shoe style by the pep in my step!

I have problems with shoes because I am older, with arthritis in my feet and ankles and have wide feet with high arch. I have always loved Birkenstock sandals so thought I would try these insoles first. These help but something that covers the full footbed would hopefully work better for my needs. It feels annoying when I walk with these ending in the middle of my foot. It doesn't hurt when I walk, just does not feel right. I will try the Finn Comfort or Naot, maybe that will work better.

I seem to get plantar fascitis if I don't wear these inserts or my regular collection of Birkenstocks! I ordered a pair of the blue inserts a full size smaller than I usually wear and they fit perfectly inside my shoes such as regular flats, ballet flats, and sneakers. I am able to stand on my feet and walk miles with these inserts!

The fit is good. I am able to use these inserts in almost all of the shoes I own to make them more comfortable and supportive.

So many shoes do not have any arch, so these come I handy to put in any shoes. The only downside is they are expensive.

Absolutely perfect. After months of constant foot pain, a cortisone shot, and a round of meds only to have the pain come back, foot doc recommended custom orthotics. Insurance wouldn’t pay for them. Ordered a few other types of insoles and these are the only ones that give me relief! Pain free as long as I keep using these. Can last on my feet much longer and they were far cheaper than custom!

I bought this Birkenstock Firm (Blue) Arch Support to use in my Sperry Boat Shoes. I usually wear Birks, but occasionally one wants another style for function, fashion & fun. With minor modification of the boat shoe 1/2 lining, I can slip the arch device into the shoe bottom, then re-cover with the lining, securing the lining mid-sole with some strong tape, to prevent lining slippage. I was also able to insert these arches under my Converse sneaker full lining to provide support in those. These inserts are pricey, but they are the real deal & won't collapse quickly like foam arch supports. This is my second set; my house is at 6's & 9's due to having a new floor installed & I cannot find the other set, which are still serviceable after 3-4 years. I've had Plantar fasciitis twice & I have heel spurs now too; so I am in no hurry to have a repeat episode. Invest in your health & comfort: buy these for painful feet & heels when you need relief for arch disorders. The Birkenstock people know their business better than anyone and this arch set will pay you back in 'feet happiness' for a long time.

Well worth the money. I have foot pain because I was pregnant and was wearing shoes with poor support. These inserts are amazing!!!! When I wear them I no longer have pain. I wear them in my loafers and in my running shoes. They’re amazing!!

Turns any shoe into birk comfort! I don’t wear any shoes without these inserts!

I had high hopes for these inserts. My health insurance cut back on their orthotic benefits this year and I was hooding to avoid a $500 investment. I adore my Birkenstock sandals and have purchased at least six pairs of them from Zappos. These inserts were in no way comparable. They fit my running shoes just fine (I ordered my usual Birkenstock size) but after that it was all downhill. The arch wasn’t high enough for me and there was (obviously) no cushioning under my metatarsal heads, which I need. I tried them under and over the removable insoles in my running shoes and without the insole all together and couldn’t get comfortable. In fact, after a couple of hours of trying I began to have knee pain. Not a solution for me but I still love Zappos. This company has changed shoe shopping for those of us who don’t fit in the usual size 5-10 world.

Excellent for adding much needed support to work flats, feet didn’t hurt at the end of the day. Definitely recommend!

I was really disappointed by this item. I love Birkenstocks and wear them all the time. These Arch supports are no where near as comfortable as their shoes are. Had to go back!

I wanted to ask a question but clicking "ask a question" did not work. These supports seem a good fit for my feet but they keep sliding out the back of my clogs. Does anyone have a way to prevent this?

Love Birks but miss your sandals in the winter? Turn every shoe into the comfort of your sandals. Life saving for me.

I realized after I ordered these that I had donated all my flat shoes and these don't work in heels. I would have liked to compare one size up because the arch was comfortable but they seemed just the tiniest bit short. I decided to return since I have no shoes to put them in! I ordered my regular Birkenstock sandal size.

My feet are extra narrow (quad A), these in narrow work fabulously for me just the firm support needed. Too many are made too cushy for my feet to endure long. Bought same size as I have of Birkenstock sandals.

I have worn these arch supports for over 15 years and have only had to purchase 2 sets. I have been a Physical Therapist in the US military for over 20 years, have seen over 50,000 patients and I run a chronic pain rehab program. These arch supports are what I recommend for all my patients to be worn in their combat boots, running shoes, and dress shoes. I recommend that you only purchase 1 set and use them in all your shoes...this prevents loss. I have ordered and prescribed almost all other arch supports known to the industry and can honestly say don't waist your time trying to find the best one...it has already been made. Think about this...Birkenstock has been making shoes since 1774 and that is longer then the USA has been a nation! That is over 240 years of German engineering and you can't get much better then that! FYI...I do not own stock in Birkenstock or sell their products, I just want to help people feel better and stop wasting their money on other arch supports.

I am very happy with these insoles - they are more flexible and have a slightly lower arch than the Birkenstock sport arches that I also have - but that makes them an easier fit in many of my shoes. They are great for flats - and you can't really feel them once they are in - and they stay in place very well!
