My husband has an issue with overpronation and these have really help him. He's been wearing them in his work boots for years.

Disappointed - first pair had a stain (used?). After waiting months for restocking, second pair arrived without a box (thrown into envelope as is) so no way to check but definitely not the size I ordered. Will look elsewhere for these.

I had plantar fasciitis years ago and it really hurt. These blue inserts cured the pain. I wore them in quality leather Allen Edmonds wingtips for years to work. Now I have inactive bone spurs caused by the disease but these orthotics stopped the pain and inflammation totally. NOTHING is better than these, and they are made of material that lasts FOREVER. I still have them, 25 years later.

I've spent close to $1000 on insoles, shoes and custom orthotics to help with plantar fasciitis. Nothing helped. Doctors. PT. Figured I'd give these a shot. Ordered the narrow width to go in my narrow Brooks. I did put them on top of the insoles that came in the shoes. Perfect. I'm back on the treadmill. Walking with no pain. I didn't think I'd ever see this day again.

These Birkenstock inserts are great and fit perfectly. I get a size smaller then my Birky sandels.

These are great! They fit inside of all my shoes and can be transferred from one pair to another. They're very sturdy - no give, no bend. The back is very low and can fit inside of just about anything but sandals. The support is excellent.

These are so good, I just wish they were a little longer, but I realize they do this length so they'll fit in all shoes. They give such good support to anyone who has plantar issues.

The heel felt fine, but the arch was uncomfortable. It feels like something is hitting the middle of my foot. I wore it for a minute and knew if I wore it any longer the middle of my foot would hurt.

i think i prefer full length insole supports. these are also not enough arch support for my feet. these are the Sport blue insoles. i heard the original blue half shell insole has a little bit higher arch and most people will prefer that one. i cannot say as i have only just now try this one. i won't keep or even try out. i can tell it's not enough for my very busy feet.

Excellent support when walking in my sneakers. I used to wear doctor prescribed orthotics, but these have been my choice of arch support for the last few years!

Ace arch support for any shoe, these are 100% reliable and indestructible, last 5+ years, and make unusable shoes into pure comfort. Expensive but worth it.

Hard insole. I have a neuroma and it helps lessen the daily pounding on my feet.

I was surprised to find these, I haven't been shoe shopping in years! I mostly wear Birkenstocks and this Footbed arch support is great. I have very high arches and very few shoes. I've been able to pull our a few pair that have been sitting in the back of my closet and wear them.

These arch supports really work for me and allow me to take long walks with no discomfort

The insole has a ridge running along the outside of the foot that dug into the bone. It fit easily/properly in my running shoe, but the shape was so elevated compared to the front of my foot that it also dug into my arch. Not comfortable at all.
