Best thing ever to use in my walking shoes. My arch started to hurt and I just replaced my Birkenstock insert and all better. Been using these for almost a decade now. Love them.

Much needed! Having Plantar Fasciitis and Fibromyalgia any weight bearing is very difficult! Wearing Birkenstocks has been a much grateful need! Searching Zappos and finding that Birkenstocks has Inserts was another grateful find! Bought these...unsure if the width and specific Insert was what I needed was a bit overwhelming...even though if I bought the wrong one Zappos sends next day delivery...I chose these because the other 2 were out of stock and they are perfect! I placed them in my UGG's which were always the support I needed..not anymore sadly...so having spent so much monies on UGG's and now the need for Birkenstocks I am able to continue w UGG"S and insert these Blue Footbeds Arch Supports..would buy the Birkenstock Boots but not reading very favorable reviews as far as attempting to put on...so I'll wait...

My feet started hurting and didn’t hurt when I wore Birkenstock sandals. But I couldn’t where those all the time. Then I got these. Total game-changer. Simply remove the foamy insoles of your Nikes or Allen Edmunds and slip in the guys. Dogs aren’t barkin’ no more!

I was so excited when I found these inserts!! I have had Birkenstocks for a little over 2 years, and love them so much. However, I have been looking for something that I can wear in the winter (besides "Birken-socks") that still offer the arch support that I need. These fit the bill! I can wear them with pretty much anything! I've tried them with my Sperry's, some cheap tennies from Target, and Nike Roshe One's. Basically, they will convert any shoe into a Birkenstock. If you love the feel of Birkenstocks, and want that in any shoe you wear, these are for you!

This is a good arch insert. I have mid-foot osteoarthritis. I'm trying to strengthen all my foot muscles to protect the bones, so am barefoot a lot, but when I go out I wear these. Note... I have a slightly on the narrow side, medium foot, always buying regular/medium width with no problem. I had to "width down" to a narrow to get the feel that I like.

I absolutely LOVE these!. I have been wearing them for years-inserting them in all sorts of shoes to get extra arch support and also tremendous benefit for knees. They don't fit in all my shoes and boots,and not in many dress shoes, but when they do fit, in they go. The deep heel cup keeps the heel firmly in place and knees and hips properly aligned over the ankle. I cannot recommend these enough.

I have tried all sorts of orthotics, both over the counter and prescription. These work better than any others I have tried and fit all of my shows.

This is a stiff insole with a good arch support. Although, since it was 3/4 length, the front of the insole hit me right below the forefoot and was not comfortable. I would go up in size to see if I could get one that would be long enough to go under my forefoot and still have the arch in the right spot. I returned the ones I ordered but want to try to order some bigger ones.

These are the gold standard for arch support in my book. They were suggested to me over twenty years ago when I was suffering from plantar fasciitis. I've had them in all my boots since then and have never had a recurrence.

If you love the feel of a Birkenstock sandal, then these supports can make any closed shoe get the same feel. My boots have never been so comfortable. Love them!

I suggest ordering more than one size to get the proper fit. I wear a size 40 in most Birkenstock and they feel awesome. I have this size in the arch support but it hurts my feet when I wear them. I've suffered with PF for years and can't find comfort. Once again I decided to try these again. This time I ordered 2 sizes down from my normal size in this style and the sport style. These won in a size smaller. The 39's are the best I'll found as of date. I hope they continue to provide some comfort.

I tried a bunch of 3/4 length insoles to put in my flats that don't have removable footbeds, so I'm writing this review to hopefully spare someone else the pain of returning half a dozen insoles...the 'narrow' version of this insole was the winner. I ordered two versions, the 'normal' and 'narrow', and ended up returning the 'normal' width because it was slightly too wide to fit in most of my flats (Sam Edelman, Nine West, JCrew, etc) though it frankly felt better on my foot. My feet are on the wide side of normal, and I usually wear a regular width shoe (some shoes just are too narrow). I have a normal-to-high arch, and a bit of what I think is plantar fasciitis.

I ordered the blue casual birkenstock arch support in both narrow and medium width as my foot borders on a narrow fit shoe. Tried one narrow in one boot and medium in the other boot and have worn the boots without a problem with either width. I will trade out the medium width and wear the narrow width as it fits my boot width wise much better. I will keep the medium width for other shoes and will definitely be ordering more birkenstock arch supports. My normal Birkenstocks I wear a 40 and ordered that size arch support and the arch fits as in my birks.

Everyone needs a pair of these for their feet. These take away foot pain very quickly and keeps it away. I would not wear shoes without them! My wife and I both have a pair, so it works well with women and men. We can't go anywhere without them.
