The fit and size are great. The material is smooth. I like that the Birkenstock foot-beds don't take up much space in my shoes. I used to purchase Superfeet and although those foot-beds are solid, have excellent arch support and last a long time...they take up a lot of shoe space.

These didn't work no matter what boots and shoes I tried them with. I could still feel the neuromas in my feet. I'm better off buying the full birkenstock sandal.

Cleared my plantar fasciitis in a week! Other softer, more comfortable brands of insoles only brought temporary relief. This rigid insole isn't very comfortable in the beginning, but you get used to it over time. It's constantly stretching the foot in a proper way that allows the healing to happen quicker. I can't wear these forever, but they are a game changer if you suffer from plantar fasciitis.

I love my birkenstock shoes and the arch support so thought these would help with the flats that have such little support. They do help a bit but because they are not full length I am aware of where the footbed ends and find it a bit annoying. It also has a tendency to slide forward. They are better than any other footbed I have used.

I usually wear an 8 or 8 1/2 size shoe. However, with these arch supports I wear a 40 regular width after having been fitted at a shop. I've worn these for years due to plantar fasciitis. I have several pairs so I don't have to keep switching in and out of shoes. They've kept me walking and hiking for a long time. When the fit is possible, I like to place a thin insole on top to soften just a bit.

I have used these arch supports for about one year. They are sturdy and keep their shape. They provide good arch support. I can wear my sneakers and walk around for several hours without experiencing arch or ankle pain. They fit in many different types of shoes. The only downside is that they feel a bit narrow when you first get them and they take a few weeks to break in, just like regular Birks. I recommend them.

I love the Birkenstock Blue Footbed Arch Support. Previous to buying these (I bought two pair), I used an expensive orthotic insert made by my podiatrist. I have flat feet, and haven't found a need to go back to my old orthotics.

Excellent for those who have extremely high arch. The inserts balance foot like no other insert available. I have a Cavus foot type w/CMT. (iterated). It is almost impossible to get a good fit with custom orthotic with this foot type (per honest podiatrist). These have made life on my feet bearable for over 30 yrs. You will not find a better insert if you have a very high arch. Durable & clean easily. Worth every Penney.

The best arch support! I’ve been having so much trouble with my sneakers and pain that wouldn’t quit on my right big toe joint. I’ve used so many different inserts so decided to go back to these which I’ve used in the past. Come to find out, I had one of these on the left shoe but not the right! Pain subsiding and I believe it will be going away again. Probably will never stop using these now. I have a wide foot and used the “regular” width, the widest, in my usual size, and it was perfect.

Wonderful arch supports that will fit in any shoe, and are thin enough that removal of most foot bed liners is not required. They are made strong and provide excellent orthotic support. I have a pair of custom made orthotics, cost $500, and these are just as good!

I LOVE Birkenstock sandals, but I have a heel spur, so I need an elevated heel. This Orthotic has the amazing support of a Birkenstock footbed, but you can put it into any shoe. LOVE that! The only reason I didn't give 5-stars across the board is my left insert slid forward, just a bit, and felt awkward. I adjusted it, but it wants to slide forward. The perfect solution would be a full-length style; the front doesn't need much substance, but would work to fill space, so it couldn't slide at all.
