These are wonderfully fitting and comfortable slippers. I've had Ugg slippers before, and I prefer these due to fit, style, comfort, and cost! Also, the inside sole of the slipper comes out for washing when needed. The outside sole of the slipper are non-skid and firm for those of us who run outside while in our slippers. Overall, great fit, great price, great comfort.

Great slippers, very comfortable, and true to size. I ordered a size up after reading recommendations that they ran small, but the size I received were far too large for me. I'm ordering again, in my true size.

The product is outstanding, but buy a full size larger than normal. The Zappos company is even better than the shoe.

Love these. They're nicer quality, offer some arch support, and half the price of Uggs. Plus they offer better colors (like pink)!

So comfortable! These are the most comfortable slippers/scuffs I have ever had. They are soft, yet do not feel flimsy at all. I walk in the door and slip them on every night after work.

Old Friend? They should be called "Best Friend"! I have never had anything so comfortable. Yes they do run a little small. I wear an 8 1/2 and I ordered a LG 9.5- 10.5 and they are perfect. I found the other reviews helpful with the size. They are worth the money. I am very pleased!

Very comfortable! Please order up one size. I wear a size 11B Womens and ordered the XXL (size 11-12) - they just fit.

Absolutely the best! I have bought three, 2 pink and one blue. they are the most comfortable slippers I have ever worn. Ive been looking forever, tried so many since my original love, that I could wash, chose to make most with memory foam. As a big person memory foam doesn't work for me. These are easy to wipe clean with a little soap and water and wipe with a wet cloth to get that little soap out. works great, if you want to do this. wide enough and perfect fit for my large and wide foot. Also are so pretty! Thanks, Zappos and all you wonderful young ladies and gentlemen for being so fantastic! As a company that values kindness and knowledge, I value you. Hm, soft and perfect. I love these so much, they are my second pair. One to step outside in, and one to keep pristine perfect for indoors.

These are the only slippers I will or can wear. I have psoriatic arthritis in my feet and ankles. I buy the wide although in the past the regular as actually worked also. They are wonderful. I have tried similar, cheaper slippers from other stores and though they may look the same they definitely are not. The only complaint I have and it's a small one is that I have to buy one pair a year because they seem to get worn down fast. The part where your heel hits. But as long as Zappos continues to sell them I will be buying. I have on my 4th pair in 4 years.

Probably the best, most comfortable slipper I have ever worn! Soft fleece lined foot bed and interior lining and a sturdy but flexible outer sole that makes this slipper perfect for house wear and venturing outside! Love this slipper!

I tried the Old Friend Ladies Scuff and the Ugg's Scuffette. The Old Friend Scuff had a little more heel, and a thicker sole. It was much more comfortable. As noted in many reviews, it runs smallish. I wear a 7 1/2 and the 8-9 fits perfectly. I don't think it would fit someone who takes a regular size 8.

I love these scuffs. They are comfy warm even without socks. I like the way they keep my feet warm and if I need to walk outside for a moment they have hard soles and will support my feet. I have worn them every day since I purchased them last month. I would highly recommend them if you live in a cold climate. You can be guaranteed warm snuggly feet. Make sure you order the correct size because there is a lot of fur where you put your feet and it can be a little cramped at first...especially if you want to wear thick socks.

Disappointed. I have been looking for a scuff to replace my years old Kirkland signature one. It had a substantial sole like the one pictured here. When I received this shoe the sold is quite flat without any grip. I could have bought the same slipper on Amazon but chose Zappos for the sole. Unfortunately I've been wearing them around the house so can't return them. It's a pretty slipper and it's comfortable, I'm just sure I'll wear through this sold in no time. And for the price, probably not worth it.

These are the best slippers! The lining is so soft and comfortable; they keep my feet warm, but never too warm. Living in Salt Lake City, they are perfect for winter, but I love wearing them in summer as well. These are my second pair, and the material is amazing. The do not wear out very easily and will last a very long time.

I have had these slippers for two years now and they are still in great condition. I usually wear a size 7½ and I purchased size Large (8-9), so they do run small. For the price these are a good buy.

This is my second pair of Old Friend slippers and I love them. I wear a 10 1/2 to 11m so I bought the 11/12 size and they fit great. I do wish there was a little arch support but at the end of the day I can't wait to put these on.

I bought these for my daughter and she loves them. After reading other reviews I ordered one size larger and I'm glad that I did. They fit perfect and she said they are so comfortable. Since she's only had them for a couple of weeks I really don't know how to judge the quality yet. Time will tell but I expect nothing but a good experience.

I got these slippers for my daughter for Christmas, they were on her Christmas wish list. These are the only slippers she ever wants or wears. She wears size 7 and has normal width foot, they fit her perfectly, with or without socks. I have never worn these slippers because I didn't think they would fit me well because I have a high arch, high instep, and fairly wide foot. But I also had never tried them all, so this year I decided to try these on before I wrapped them for Christmas...they felt wonderful. I am definitely getting a pair of these next time I need new slippers, which I hope is soon!

This is the 4th pair I've purchased for my wife in the last 5 years. She absolutely loves them. The only bummer is the inside of them breaks down way before the rest of the slipper. The rest of the slipper still looks new when the inside breaks down.

I had a pair of Ugg scuffs that wore out. Tried Old Friend Ladies Scuffs as a replacement because of the price. I wear them day and night indoors and am completely satisfied. Very warm and comfortable. I usually wear a size 6 1/2 W, bought a 6W and the fit is perfect. When this pair wears out, I will replace them with another pair of Old Friend Ladies Scuffs!
