I loved these slippers from the moment I tried them on - they were absolute comfort. Being able to order them in a wide width made them even more comfortable and I found myself wearing them all the time around the house with the exception of summertime. I was rather disappointed that around 10 month mark the lining on one of the slippers wore down to the leather sole, by 11 months even the leather sole started to wear through and the side of the slipper completely blew out leaving a big hole between the upper and lower parts. I'm sure it's because of how my foot wears in the slipper and how I walk, but I was hoping that for a pricier pair of slippers they would have lasted a bit longer.

This is more a review of Zappos, as new customers. My spouse and I both bought slippers because of the policy that we could return them free if they didn't fit. It took her twice, and him three times, to get slippers that fit us right. But returns were flawless and we ended up getting great slippers. Now, we know what to order. Zappos made long-term customers out of us. Outstanding!

Bought these slippers for my daughter who wears an 11 and is fairly wide in the toe box. They fit perfectly and are warm and cozy - lining doesn't mat or crush like other slippers.

The slipper is very warm and cozy. The bottom is a little stiff, but is loosening up with wear. I would recommend going down 1/2 size when ordering for best fit.

Again, Zappos hits the mark. This is my second pair of scuffs and I love, love, love them. The ordering process is seamless and within a day or so my scuffs had arrived. I recommend them for those that love comfort and cuteness.

I have owned several pair of Ugg slippers but they wear out just like any others, but are way more expensive. These are just FINE! Can't tell difference.

Truly the best EVER. My hubby bought me a pair for Christmas. I've always had the thought that slippers, are well...slippers, right? These are so amazing I actually can't wait to slip them on. So much so, I just ordered the moccasins so I can wear them out. Yup, I'm going there!

Just received a pair in Navy today and already I love them. I wear a 7.5, wide and these scuffs are an exact fit, which is to say my heel sits almost to the edge, with room to wiggle my toes. There is a slight wedge that does not bother me. Insole feels lightly padded and comfortable. It is also removable for washing (detailed directions for this are on the box). The sole seems hardy enough to withstand a walk to the corner on city pavement, if desired, but probably not more than that--these are still slippers after all ;) Nicely made, very cozy and can't beat the price. Recommended.

I love these slippers. I strongly suggest you buy them they are absolutely wonderful. I read the reviews and did order a bigger size than I normally take. I am not sorry I did that - they fit perfectly. I cannot say enough good about these slippers.

Love these slippers. I get a new pair every year or two. Just sent a pair to my mom, and she loves them. She wears an 8.5, and the large was a good fit.

I bought these as gift for my wife. She loves them. They're snug and soft. What can I say? If she's happy I'm happy. My wife says you have to size up for a good fit.

LOVE this scuff! After work I can't wait to take off my heels and let my feet say "ahhhhh" and that's just what they do after slipping into this scuff. They are warm, comfy, and have a great sole. LOVE them. I'll take another pair for Christmas....hint, hint.

These are beautiful and warm! They are not a true size for me. I am a size 7W. These felt too snug and small for a medium width.

Love these cozy slippers. I wear a 7.5 and ordered 8-9 and they are perfect. Half the price of Uggs and quality is just as good. Love the pink.

These are warm and soft. They have a great rubber sole. They can be difficult to keep on when walking up stairs. They are great overall slippers.

Oh wow! They just arrived in the mail - very quick delivery - and I'm pretty sure these old friends are going to be my Best Friends this winter! Fit wise, I wear a 7.5 - 8, and my feet are somewhat wide, so based on other people's reviews, I ordered the LG, in wide. They fit perfectly. I work from home as a writer, but I have to go outside to get to my studio. These are Perfect for the short walk down the path, and they will keep my toes cozy warm during the cold winters. I've been wearing UGG moccasins the last couple years, but they were never quite perfectly comfortable. These are dreamy! Thanks, Zappos, for carrying a great product, delivering it quickly, and charging a fair price!

I'm an 11 and they are still too short but just a tick off. Inside and out, they feel just as plush and lovely as the UGGs for 1/2 the cost. I work from home a lot so my slippers see some serious action and need to be replaced more often which prompted me to choose the less expensive option. I have already worn them for a couple of days and the lining seems to be adjusting to my foot allowing for more room. I think for the price, they are great and will likely make them my annual slipper purchase.

This is my second pair of these slippers. I love them. They are very soft and comfortable. They have great non-slip soles. I found that they do run a bit small. You may want to order up. My foot is a double EE and these slippers feel great in the width. I ordered the wide. As always, Zappos has great shipping and their staff is very nice and helpful.

These are my first backless woman's slippers. I wasn't sure I would like them. I chose these because they are offered in wide width. I am so glad I read the reviews and ordered a size up (XXL-W). I normally wear a 10W and the XL-W would have been too small. I think the reason it "runs small" is because the lining is so thick. I ordered the Dark Brown and it is as pictured. I am ordering the Pink as well. So my funny story is: I have had cold feet for a week now and usually I just wear thick socks, but I decided I wanted some slippers. When they arrived, the package had been riding around in a warm delivery truck and when I tried one slipper on, it was so warm and cozy. But it hurt the top of my foot! I tried the second one on and it hurt too! So I took one off to find what was causing the hard edge I was feeling...and dummy me didn't realize there were cardboard inserts from the factory to help keep the toe shaped (they are usually visible in other shoes). So take the cardboard out before wearing! Anyway, I put them on yesterday and goodbye to barefoot until next Summer. I'm happy with my purchase.

Fantastic slippers. This is my second time ordering. Loved them to death the first time, more than justifies the price, and lasted for 3+ years. It seems between the first order (more than 3 years ago) and this one, the sole changed. This means that, for me, the size feels a bit smaller now than it did before - I border two sizes, and ordering the smaller of the two is now a tad too small (but not so bad that it's worth returning).

Very comfy and cute, but run small. I usually wear a 6 or 6.5 so ordered both the S (5-6) and M (6.5-7.5). The M fit me perfectly! I think a size 7.5 foot would hang off the back heel.

These definitely run small. I normally wear a 6.5-7.5, depending on the shoe, and had to send these back to get the Large, which is almost too small too. If you actually wear a size 8-9, go up a size.

Ordered a size up based on other reviews, glad I did because they run small. My only complaint is that they are somewhat heavy and a little cumbersome in design, you walk a little flat footed until you get used to them. For anyone unsteady on their feet, these could be a problem.

I have a great deal of trouble finding wide ladies slippers. I have a wide foot and regular width does not work for me. I saw these in wide and decided to try them. They are wonderful. The wide is perfect for me. They have excellent fleece lining and a good thick sole. I would buy them again.
