Where have I been?! Sheesh... I am a big time fan of Van's now. I bought my first pair in November (they coincidentally fell apart at the sole; Zappo's exceeded my expectations and shipped me a new pair at no charge -- basically, "Exchanged" them). I wear them all the time and I'm on my feet with my PT job 10 hours a day and I have literally NO FATIGUE when wearing these. Huge staple for my wardrobe and certainly will be replacing them when they wear out. Just a tip -- DON'T WEAR THEM DURING A TORRENTIAL DOWNPOUR! Lesson learned...

I’ve had these kicks (black on black) for a week and have worn 4x. They’re a bit too big but still wearable with the right socks. No real arch support; knew that before I ordered so if that is important to you, you’ll have to do inserts. Love the style, so sleek.

Much more comfortable out of the box than other models of Vans low tops- the fabric is flexible and soft, and padded around the ankle. Construction is a bit shoddy, the shape of the toe box is noticeably different between the two shoes in the pair I received

Fit ok, but seems to run small and takes forever to break in. Nice and stylish look though a made a bit cheap for the cost.

I wear an 8.5 women’s in every pair of vans I own and this ones run a tad small probably about a half size If I’m guessing

I preferred classic style sneakers to the crazy designs new ones have so I'm glad that Vans still makes these. They are comfort and last well.

Fit was about 1/2 size smaller than my son’s typical size, moderate arch support, he said great style and I like the value!

Perhaps this is an issue in unisex sizing, but they were definitely too short. Going up a half size did the trick.

Overall Van's are a narrow shoe. If you normally wear a wide, then don't waste your time with Van's. I can normally wear an 8.5 W, and if a shoe doesn't have a wide I can go up to a 9. But I can't do that with the Van's. The 8.5 is way to small, and the 9's are way to big.

These fit like a glove! So comfy other than the face that after 3 hours of standing my heels were aching. The soles could be thicker and squishier.

Shoes arrived with no shoe strings

My first pair of Vans. Very cute style. Don't make my size 10 feet look bigger than they are. I bought them hoping to use them in my rotation of walking shoes for our trip to California this spring. I have a wide toe, but narrow heel. These fit without squeezing my toes, but my heel doesn't slip out when I step. Hoping to avoid the rubbing on my heel I usually get with sneakers. They are nicely Cushioned inside, but no arch support. These fit to my foot already, so I don't think there is room for an insert. Very excited to wear them.

Feel a little small. But then again i have hoofs.

About what I expected

Very pleased with the shopping experience with zappos! Accurate product description and speedy shipping. This shoe fits great; gave 4 stars only because of the bulky seam on the sole caused by a lap in the rubber on the heel

Awesome shoe look great when I wear them, the leather at the heel sometimes sticks to my skin which will cause slight irritation if I wear them for 2 hours, I say slight but it's enough to leave 4 stars for me.

Love these shoes! They did feel a little narrow in the toe, but I’m hoping the canvas will stretch some as I wear them longer.

Cute classic Van. Made in Vietnam. A little tight in the toe box - not sure if it will stretch over time.

Very narrow shoe. I don't have wide feet but these squeezed my feet incredibly hard. Also very pinchy at the heel.

I really liked the look of this shoe, but it wasn't right for me. The inside edge of the shoe rubbed my pinkie toe too much. It is a stiff shoe also so I can't imagine wearing it for any length of time. Fits true to size for a unisex shoe.

Solid shoe. I prefer Vans slip ons, particularly with the UltraCush or UltraCushHD sole. These hold up well and what can you typically expect of Vans.
