Bought these because i needed white shoes for a halloween costume. Im always nervous about white shoes, but man this tumbled leather is top tier. Its flexible, durable, and easy to clean. On top of all of that, it looks great!

Was looking for a basic, versatile shoe for dress shirts but also tees. I've worn these so many times already! Nice clean style, versatile, great quality, and much earlier to keep clean compared to canvas. Very comfortable!

I've worn these sneakers as my daily footwear for more years than I can actually recall & I just ordered my 5th pair. I like the clean unadorned design for two reasons:
1) I have four pairs of white Levi 501's & they're what I wear almost every day. My white 501's are just as unadorned as these sneakers from Vans & together they're a perfect match.
2) For me, it's always been all about the shirt or t-shirt. What I'm wearing from the waist down should not compete with the shirt/t-shirt that I'm wearing. To that end, the pure white 501's & the pure white Vans serve as a sort of plinth for what I'm wearing above the waist. Look at me, not my sneakers.

This is my second pair of Vans sneakers. They are well made and versatile. They fit pretty well. My only suggestion would be to make the insole removable so I don't have to go up a size to put in my own arch supports, as these shoes have no shape or support to them. If I could seat my own insoles directly on the bottom of the shoe, then my heel would sit down where it should be and not slip.

Love these! They are exactly what I wanted... A classic white deck sneaker. I'm astounded that they were so difficult to find. These were a smidge wide for me, but I'm guessing that's because they are "unisex" type shoes. I put an thin "Odor Eaters" insole inside since I plan to wear the sneakers without socks, and can throw away the insole when it gets a little smelly. The insole took up some of the extra room and they fit nicely with the extra insole in place.

Unfortunately, this shoe was actually a half size too big for me. Otherwise it felt fantastic. The width was nice (I have narrow feet). The sole was pliable. The canvass was light enough to keep my feet cool. If a half size smaller was in stock, I would buy it in a heartbeat.

The shoes look good. They're a little stiff and I'm hoping they'll get softer as I wear them. That being said, the first day I wore them, they rubbed onto my toes. Mind you the fit was perfect.

Bought the shoes for my daughter for her birthday. They are just what she was looking for. The sole is the gum bottom. She did notice that a little of the brown sole did end up on the canvas portion of the shoe. It's not enough to stop her from keeping them or wearing them. Shipping was fast! Love that!

Good size and fit. Took one star for the inside of one shoe because it has ridges and doesn’t feel flat. I can’t feel it when wearing, only when I put my hand in the shoe, so not a big deal.
