Not satisfied The sole cut in the front sticks out too much and I've already stubbed it and it fell apart within a few weeks.

I bought 12W but they are not wide enough compared to other brands

The shoe runs narrow. The wide did not fit my husband. Good looking shoe.

These Gold Cup boat shoes were available about 1-2 years ago and they were so nice I bought two pairs. Now my first pair are well worn out and I'm on my second pair. Why did you stop making them and when will you begin again? Also the handmade brown boat shoes made in ME aren't even close to being brown, try making them in the same color Brown you make your Gold Cup boat shoes in and watch your sales soar. I've been wearing Sperry's for 40+ years and in the past 10 years the quality and color combinations have gone down hill. They were designed as tuff long lasting boat shoes that were worth their cost, now, save the franchise before it's too late.

Bought two pairs of shoes, Gold Cup-inner padding curls up -had to glue it down, and the Original Boat Shoe, the soles seem pretty soft. I am hard on my heels. At the rate it wears down the sole it will be worn out well before the shoe dies. Overall I really like them but improvements are needed. They aren't cheap.

Why don't they make these in white? I'd buy ten pairs....

Received a gray pair of the Seersucker AO version and thought the shoes looked great. Trying them on, I found them too short and tight for the 10 W I'd ordered. Made my return, without any problems.

After looking at my Sperry boat shoes (light beige, size10),after awhile and very closely, I noticed that one shoe was bigger than the other. I would like to return them? How can I return them for a pair that are the same size?

Great looking shoes. Unfortunately for me, they did not fit. Too wide and too long. I tried adding heel pads, but that didnt help. I teturned the shoes.

I've been wearing this brand of sperry nonstop for about 15 years nowsame shoe, color, etcalways getting about three years out of each pair. That's a long time, especially because I wear them daily and do almost everything in them. But something changed. I got a new pair last October and in under a week the sole of one shoe had come apart. I got a new pair and it lasted less than four months before the exact same thing happened, but to both shows this time. I'm disappointed. Order #W1048588976

The shoe is smart looking. As one observer stated, "You can get into the country club wearing those." My negative to the shoe is the insole separated from the show after only a few months. I would not expect that from such a quality and expensive shoe.

Inserts not glued well. Had to bring to show maker. Also, trim around shoe not affixed properly. Had to get a replacement pair. Need to do better

Unfortunately, the lining got unglued after a few days of wearing.

Insole's quickly became unattached, came with a mark along the top. Cant be worn daily or they are wrecked easily. Other than that, great pair of shoes.

too wide - doesn't stay on my foot properly. I have two other pairs the same size that do not have this problem. It show inconsistent quality control. I guess I'll have to go to Gill

Have worn Sperry boat shoes for 30 yearsso maybe 12-15 pairs. The insoles on these came loose in two weeks of occasional wear ( didn't even get wet). Uncomfortable and hassle to put on now.

I've worn Sperrys for many years. They are not the same shoe.

I've been wearing top siders since I've been about 10 years old and I've noticed as of recently the shoes are going from lasting a few years to barely being able to make it through a summer. The pair I just bought two weeks ago is no exception. The soles of the shoes are already falling apart. I've had to super glue the front part of the leather back down. Overall comfortable and stylish, but quality is lacking. Will be looking to other brands for future boat shows.

They are perfect! No break in period needed. Soft and comfortable Would have given them a 10 plus except 3 pair of socks did not come with as was advertised. Spoke with Sarah in Indiana who said she was shipping them out. That was over 3 weeks ago .

Ordered extra wide in the past with these shoes. I guess extra wide doesn't mean the same thing anymore, because these shoes are extremely tight on my feet. Hopefully will losen up a little bit with wear. Hopefully.

The shoes do not fit as a "wide" shoe has fit in the past.

Sperry use to offer this shoe in wider sizes(EE and EEE wide). The present extra wide size offered is not really very wide and varies from shoe to shoe. In the past I have purchased multiple pairs in a year rotating the older shoes to yard and beach shoes. The last two pairs of the now "extra wide" varied so much that while I was able to barely get one pair on, I was forced to take the second pair to a shoe repair shop and have an added strip of leather inserted to allow the seam to be opened enough to be comfortable. I have worn the same style and color for over twenty years and wish Sperry would again offer a real extra (extra) size option.

I have been wearing Sperry's for about 40 years. The last several pair have had at least one rivet come out. I see no other quality problems. Sperry, you need to fix this issue.
