Comfortable shoes, but only after I inserted extra cushion inserts. I was getting calluses at the back of my feet, so I had to purchase the inserts. The shoe laces also keep coming undone.

I have always purchased the same size Sperry. This time they appear to be shorter and narrower than before. I was out of town when the package arrived so now it is too late to return. I compared the soles to my old sperry of same size and these are decidedly smaller and narrower. The quality is good but they are too short and too narrow for my feet. I have no idea what size to try.

I had to add insoles because the arch was almost non-existent, the shoes look fine and fit otherwise.

Because these shoes are usually worn without socks, please flex the leather on the inside and uppers. I'm getting sores from stiff spots that hurt my feet.

I have been wearing sperry size 10 for 25+ years. It seems that sperry's sizing has changed. Two new pairs of sperrys size 10 were way too tight. One pair was a gift that I had to toss and the second I ordered and had to exchange for 10W. Still the fit is not great. Going to have to look at different brands after all these years.

I've worn Boat Shoes since the mid-1960's. Bought my 1st pair in Nantucket and have never been happier with the fit, and the durability.

The style is ss rxpected however I find the shoes leather to be very stiff which affects its comfort. The shoe seems to be quite narrow for a "wide" fit.

These have always been great shoes, but this time the right foot shoe came apart at the toe within just a couple of weeks.

Within a couple weeks the threading that binds the sole to the shoe started coming undone. The sole is falling apart from the main sole and the outer sole. Overall the craftsmanship and material quality has gone substantially downhill. Complete waste of money.

Years ago, I bought a pair of size 11W Docksiders from an outlet and wore the soles off. I missed them, so I ordered another pair. Unfortunately, wide then is not wide now. I cannot wear them with socks as recommended to break them in. I have also been using leather conditioner to soften and stretch the leather. Had I known, I would have ordered extra wide.

Purchased 2/11/23, wore approx. 6 times and toe fell off.

Not the same Sperry i grew up with. Feels like cheaper leather than other models

The permanent cross ties on my new Sperry boat sho did no fit over my instep. Had to have a shoe maker convert to the old design. Needed to get a bigger size

You modified the tongue to save money and the look and feel of the shoe has changed for the worst.

They look like my old Sperrys but the leather is not the same. Looks to 'plastic'

After decades of wearing Sabego Docksides they changed the quality of the leather uppers to a much harder leather. I changed to Sperry Boat shoes and found them very comfortable. I have just bought new Sperry Boat shoes and the leather on the new ones are much harder than the old ones. Also I ordered exactly the same size but the ones sent to me are wider than the old ones

Quality and fit and finish is great! Comfort level is a one out of five.

Very comfy overall, but it feels like a coin is in the shoe. There's one spot that's uncomfortable, and I don't know why.

Not like I expected. Not made quite as well. Bought online but if I looked at in store may have passed on them.

Hopefully this pair doesn't rip after a week of wear.

by far my favorite shoes that I've ever owned but the new insole that only covers half the sole, only on the heel, is a terrible feature. I've only been wearing them for a couple weeks and it's already falling apart. The leather sole of the last pair I had was much better and the comfort level was the same. I wore them for 8 years and the insole didn't start to come out until they were 7 or so years old. My advice is to go back to the leather insole.

Good looking shoe and comfortable but rubber sole on the edge of the shoe ripped off at the stitch area after only having/ using these shoes for one month. Disappointed at the durability of the sole.

Shoes fit well the wide was fine I normally go EW , I purchased these because a lot of reviewers said they were so comfortable . They are ok but not super comfortable as most described. I find the Sketcher boat shoe to be a lot more comfortable for walking in. The Sperry's are lighter but don't have the cushion of other boat shoes I've owned.
