Anonymous - Look great, just what I wanted for the motorcycle. And when I first put them on they fit better than any other boot I've ever had. But now the leather at the back of the heel has compressed-Walking far bothers my heel. Wish it were stiffer. But I got them for riding anyway...

I really like the Dr. Marten brand, but honestly this is the worst book that I have ever worn. I would go with the timberland pro series for the money. The first pair I had bust out at the seam after 1 week, then Zappos sent me another pair, I am wearing them, but after 1 month they still hurt my feet. You may like them if yo buy, but be sure to buy from Zappos, they will definitely take care of you.

I bought these boots from a different retailer. First of all, I work in an office most of the time and spend some time on field surveys. I have owned several Dr. Martens boots and it is always the same, the soles do not hold up they wear out in less than a year although the upper leather portion still seems okay these boots will destroy your feet worse than any other. They caused chronic lower back pain and my feet were hurting all the time after 9 months of use. Take my advice and stay clear and buy a real pair of boots. Stay away from these cheaply made boots and all Dr. Martens, buy a well made quality boot. Your feet and back will thank you.

Bought this from Academy, from the beginning like the shoes shrink and they hurt the top of my feet two months later the two rubber parts came apart. Horrible shoes, if you buy them buy them one and 1\/2 size bigger.

Finally! These shoes fit my daughter's size 9 feet! She tried numerous pairs for volleyball, but none of them fit right. She loved these the moment she put them on.

Good motorcycle boot but too small and no half-sizes - Even though made in China, the British design entails good quality leather but tight fit - I guess the Brits are a flat-footed lot. With a high instep I was in agony for the first week I wore the boots. Now that they are "broken in," my toes touch the ends of the boots which is a bit annoying (I typically have a size 9 wide foot with a high instep).

Heavy boots for work. They should hold up pretty well. The top is a tight fit.

Comfortable work boots that aren't too heavy for a long day.

Great boots, my fourth pair,. I thought I ordered steel toe, guess I misread. Still an excellent boot.

Loved the boots but the upper arch where the top of the foot meets the ankle was too tight even with a larger size.

I have heard great things about Doc Martins but have never bought a pair until now. They look and feel high quality, they are very comfortable, and the fit is perfect. I'm very impressed with these boots. The first pair arrived and they were the wrong size in a properly labeled box. Zappos refunded me immediately, I ordered another pair, and the correct size boot was delivered the next day by noon. I didn't ask for any special delivery or refunds...Zappos just did it.

Boots fit perfect and true to size, this is the only boot of this style I will wear

Zappos didn't have my size in this boot, so I had to buy it from Amazon, but I've never had a boot feel so good from the minute I put it on. You'll have to wear it for a day or two before it becomes easier to get your foot into, but, believe me - it's worth the effort to pull a little harder to get it on for a day or two. Now I don't want to wear any of my other shoes.

Finally ordered a replacement pair to my 6 year old pair. Very comfortable and fit great. Great support for a pull on boot.

Theses boots really comfortable..ol dr.marteen need to make these in black without steel toe!

Ok its like this. After 3 8hrshifts slavein..the boots broken in nice jump to the moon in em...hold u up rather well after a few to many lagers!!! Keep u on tra ck

Husband only wants these for his work boots. On his feet all day every day.

These boots have been the hardest pair of boots I have ever had to break in. After the break in period which was about 2 weeks, these have been some of the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. I just ordered my second pair today. The first pair lasted over a year and a half with everyday wear.

Got these in January 2012 to replace other DMs. These finally wore out in 2016 via having worn the tread down completely and a break between the sole and leather. These were my daily wears, and they withstood very well. Felt great, broke in quickly, and were great in water (until the break after 4 years of use) Only downside was it wasn't my favorite style, however for durable comfort I am more than happy to forgo style. Bluntly put, I bought Timberland Earthkeepers® Rugged Original Leather 6" Boot to replace them last year, and found I would still rather wear my old DM Wellingtons.

I love these boots. They were very comfortable from the moment I first tried them on. The style of the shoe is a bit casual for work, but I still wear them sometimes because I'm on my feet all day and these keep my feet happy. I have extremely wide feet so I ordered the wide size and they gave me enough room to not squeeze my feet like most shoes do. Once I wore down the soles, I tried to order a second pair, but they only had the steel toe version available in my size. The steel toe seems less wide and not as comfortable. It also has a wider calf which is makes it just wide enough to fit under pants properly. If you are floating between these and the steel toe and you do not need the protection of the steel toe, I would suggest getting these.
