These were for my son for his birthday. He wore them to school and the tab/button on the inside of the left shoe fell off on the first wear. I expect better quality from Birkenstock and $160 pair of shoes! I don't know how to return these since I recycled the boxes already. I also cannot get the photos of the shoe to upload so I don't know what to do.

This is not the regular suede shoe. I have no idea what this furry mess is. The shoe on right is what I received. The shoe on the left is what it’s supposed to look like.

Fit and style are good, but quality is not. In less than two weeks the sole has detached. Very dissappointing.

The product came clearly looking used and rubbed out by the toe. Truly disappointing...

Horribly uncomfortable. I wanted to like these, but I’m just not going to suffer through a break in period to wear a pair of shoes. I sent them back.

First pair I got were great but got the wrong size for my fiance. Processed the exchange and you guys delivered a broken and worn/used pair and it delivered in a clear bag?! I’m shook your warehouse shipped a used/broken pair to my door!!

They were WAYY to small.

the problem was not the shoe, but zappos, who delivered a cheaper and different shoe that i had ordered.

I am a 8 8.5(39)in between widths but got narrow and it fit well but a strange pinching feel on right side foot where the sole meets leather.Decided to get 39 regular. Con: as many others reviews stated,new out of the box the black suede had a 1inch x 1inch scuff in center that looks white and front of shoes also scuffed but that able to pass off as "style". I will post photos.

Received wrong size.!!!!

I ordered this shoe twice and both times they were delivered damaged. I give up. She will not be receiving a gift this year because someone doesn’t review their shoes before sending them out!!

bought navy boston suede soft footbed in 2018. I still wear them. they are perfect. mocha suede soft footbed same size (I just received) is half inch shorter. I really needed these. I don't know if I will try a size larger because of the suede quality.

Received in a totally crushed Birkenstock box which Zappos sent in a plastic bag (not a box.) Consequently the clogs were marked up by the crushing.

Was undecided, so got 11 narrow and 10.5 wide. Keeping 10.5 wide.

These are fake!

The shoes didn't come in their original box and came looking used and scuffed up.

The fit was terrible, my daughter is a sz 10.5-11 in women. I ordered the size accordingly. They were more like a 9.5-10 in women, sadly they were for her bday and she was very excited to receive them but they did not fit.

True to size for Birkies. Bought these to replace my old ones that have lasted for several years. New one's leather appears slightly thinner than my old pair, but the Birkenstock quality is still as great as ever! Love Zappos variety of products and prompt delivery.

These shoes are not only massive because you can only buy them in a X/X.5, but they also developed this really strange dark spot in the bed after just a week of wearing them. I couldn't get it out and so now I'm returning them.

unfortunately I can't answer any of the questions, really because the shoe in the box was not what I ordered nor what was pictured on the outside of the box.
