The side part of this clog roll down and it is very uncomfortable probably because is suede, leather will be stiffer and stay in place not the case with suede

I ordered this before a trip and was told it would be here by a specific date. Product arrived 4 days later.

Overall not comfortable as Birkenstock usually feels

I was very disappointed as it appears that the shoes were used. The sides of both shoes are scuffed as are the toes on both of the shoes. All original tags and box were left as they were delivered. I have been successful with ordering before, but this time I was very dissatisfied. Please advise as to how I should return and I definitely am requesting a full refund.

They sent the wrong color. I ordered the taupe one and they sent some kind of grayish blue. Not the best service

Let me first say I own several pairs of Birks. Not sure what is happening at Zappos. I ordered two different sizes in these just to make sure this style was the same. I received one pair with a chunk missing out of the suede. The second pair actually looked warped and worn. So disappointed, not even sure if they are real Birks! For the price i would order elsewhere! C’mon Zappos, do better!!

Birks were delivered in an Amazon bag with no box and no packaging. $165 for that?? I can’t trust that they are real so I am returning.

Very dissatisfied. Ordered on Dec 9 for a Christmas gift, never received. Was refunded, but never received the item. Very disappointed.

First, let me say that the Birkenstocks fit as expected and are a great clog. My issue is that the pair that was sent to me seem to have been worn and are not in brand new condition. There are rub marks on the inner sole. The tags were cut off and laying in the box with the cut string. The box came very damaged. This is really disappointing as these are a Christmas gift for my daughter. With Christmas just days away and these no longer being available, I taped the box the best that I could, reattached tags and tried to make them look brand new. For $160 I should not have had to do this. Won't be ordering from Zappos in the future.

I ordered these Birks for a family member for Christmas who wants them very badly!! I was very disappointed when I received them kinda floating around in an amazon - zappos box? They don't even look like new shoes - they look worn? I wish you would send a new pair. Please respond

The two shoes looked and fit different. I believe that one of the shoes was a counterfeit or defective. Returned immediately.

These arrived in Amazon packaging. The shoe box inside was ripped apart completely and one of the shoes was basically destroyed…missing a snap and looked to be used. I had to return. Ridiculous

Product shipped from Amazon in a Generic Box! Suede was dirty looking. Very upsetting my order shipped from Amazon when I placed order from Zappos and was not notified shoes were not coming from Zappos and not in Original Box. I seriously question if the shoes are even Authentic Birkenstocks. Will NOT be ordering from Zappos again! SADLY!!

I wouldn’t know how they fit because I was sent a used dirty pair of Birkenstock. $170 and Zappos sends me a pair with oil spots on the suede and food in the treads. I contacted customer support and the only thing they offered was for me to return and wait up to 14 days for a refund and I would have to reorder a new pair. I will send these back but no way will I reorder. I have been a faithful customer for many years. Do better Zappos.
