Fits wonderfully and provides good support for my plantar fasciitis. Highly recommend.

I had to return because the Birks were scuffed and damaged. This was quite the hassle...it was not the first time either. There must be a product defect and shocked that Zappos would send out an inferior product. After trying to obtain a damage free pair of shoes three times I decided to try a leather pair of Birkenstock’s. I have been a life time consumer of wearing Birkenstock’s.

I have 3 pair Betula by Birkenstock sandals...all size 40 and they fit perfectly. I ordered my first pair of Birkenstock Boston with the Soft Footbed in a 40 and they were too big. I then ordered the Boston in the Original Footbed and Soft Footbed in a size 39. The Original Footbed was snug; the Soft Footbed fit perfectly. I work in healthcare so I am on my feet all day; I was able to wear them for an 8 hour shift without a problem. I would definitely recommend them.

Love the shoes. My feet swell so they can make my feet hurt a little if I walk in them all day.

Perfect fit

The shoes are great but way too loose. As owner of many Birkenstocks over many years I m shocked at how wide these fit in my normal size. I adjusted the buckle to the tightest setting and could barely keep them on my feet while walking and that was with thick socks on. I’m returning for The narrow width which I have never been able to wear in the past so I hope they work!

I’ve been wearing Birkenstock’s for 27 years. I LOVE them. I have a closet full of boots; heels; sandals and my taste is quite expensive, unfortunately. However, I’ll always wear my Birks because they make my feet so happy! I have high arches; two foot surgeries; chronic back and nerve pain and these are still perfect for me to wear. My size hasn’t changed in 27 years...I’m a 37 narrow in ALL styles...this goes for the shearling too, which I’ve seen much confusion about. I’m a 37 in all Euro sizes from boots to Manolo’s, so my advice is to order your true size as they are TTS and width. Narrow is for medium feet also...the “regular” is very wide! I always get black, taupe or mocha and decided to get the Night Suede to replace my worn out mocha’s. I absolutely love the color...it’s now my favorite in this style! Highly recommend

I love Birkenstock products. My 70 year old feet (female in heels for most of my adulthood) developed arthritis issues in my feet. I'm okay with the footbed. I'm okay with the fit. The only reason I'm not impressed with the design is that this style is not a "slip-on" because the vamp collapses. The shoe needs help with hands to be put on feet.

I LOVE these shoes! I had them years ago and loved them, so I knew these would be nice. My only disappointment is that again; they came with a smudge on the suede. Both shoes were marred on the top. I decided to keep them because I can't wait for yet another pair, (I already requested a replacement), and will keep them. I am disappointed with the appearance, but in time, maybe it will not show, however, I would recommend the leather to the dark suede. Aside from the marring on the top, the quality and comfort of the soft bed is the best.

I live in Birkenstocks, but for me I love the soft footbed. This is my third pair, they last forever, but I've come to experimenting and I've starting dying the suede. Fun!!!

The quality in comparison to what I expected was awful. I returned them. I’m Not exaggerating when I say they are really cheap feeling/looking. I had a suede pair of Birkenstocks years ago.

The soft footbed is awesome. It feels like I've had these Birkenstocks for a long time without having to do the break in period that I normally expect. This is my first time ordering the soft footbed and I have to say I will order it again! The clog is perfect for the colder months and they go with everything! I'm really enjoying these shoes so far.

Have loved the Boston clog for ages. This is so comfortable with the soft foot bed. And they last forever!

I have another pair of Birkenstock Boston Soft Footbed in the same size and width that fit perfectly, but this pair was too narrow/slanted in the toe box. My little toes hit the end of the shoe. The shape of the toe box was different than my other pair, with less length/width for the little toes. Very disappointing considering these are one of the few styles of shoes I find comfortable.

The fit was exactly like Birkenstock sandals. I ordered a size larger thinking I might need room for socks, but the sole of the shoe didn’t line up with the contours of my foot. I exchanged for the same size as all my Birkenstock sandals and they are a perfect fit! No planter fasciitis pains with the Boston Birk!

It’s the second time ordering the black suede and this was a replacement pair and it had the same problem with the top of the shoes worn and damaged. This is getting to be ridiculous Zappos...

Fit well, very comfy like my sandals but there were spots on the left shoe so had to re order these.

I wondered why this particular style/color was on sale for more than 30% off and the rest were not. In the back of my mind I knew something was probably wrong. I LOVE Birkenstock and own several pairs. This order was by far the biggest disappointment. I'm attaching two pictures...yes, I was dumb enough to order the same shoe twice hoping that the first pair was a fluke. First picture is the first pair I ordered...made from two completely different pieces of suede. One shoe was smooth, the other was so "nubby" that it looked like it had been worn for years. The second picture is of the second pair...if you can, zoom in on the picture. The tops of both shoes have HUGE light-colored smudges. Terrible quality for a $100 shoe (on sale). Zappos and Birkenstock, you both should be ashamed. Buyers, beware, both pair are a size 38, black suede. We all deserve better. I'm a long-standing, frequent Zappos shopper, and this experience will weigh heavy when choosing to buy something on sale.

Excellent arch support for my plantar fasciitis; however I am returning these and keeping the oiled leather Bostons because of the fabric.

This is my fourth pair of birks. I have two pairs of Mayari and one pair of Arizona’s. I typically wear a 41 and that held true with the Boston’s. This is my first pair with the soft footbed and I must say I am a fan. If you’re hesitating, bite the bullet because you won’t be disappointed.

I wear my Mayaris EVERYWHERE. I can literally walk 20 miles a day in them and my feet/knees never get sore. I've been wearing Birks on and off for 30+ years and they are always my favorite warm-weather shoe. But every Chicago October to April, I don't know what to do. I bought these Bostons in hopes that I'd have the same experience, only with socks. But they just aren't. The arch support is good. The shoes are super comfy. I find them so adorably ugly that they are cute... but I just can't walk very far in them. They are fine for errands or normal life, but I can't do a real walk or hike in them. They are good. I'm glad I bought them. But they aren't the perfect cold-weather shoe like my mayaris are for anything above 35 degrees.

Once again, another excellent purchase from Birkenstock!! I got my first pair of sandals this summer and couldnt bear the fact that I'd have to put them away for the cold months. So, I got a winter pair!! I LOVE them. They go with basically everything except my work clothes, but that's totally ok. As long as your know your Birkenstock size, they fit really well! I ordered my usual size and I still am able to wear chunky socks with them.
