Fit was perfect for my feet

runs 1/2 size short. too bulky for my thin foot, and the toe bar is minimal so that the shoe actually feels too flat

They’re typical, perfect Birkenstocks. What more is there to say?

There is not enough character space to talk about these sandals. These are my second pair that was purchased from Zappos. In like manner, you will not be disappointed. It's like the sandals whisper sweet nothings to my toes. :)

This was a gift for my son and he loved them. Beautiful sand color and great fir. Zappos arrived on time and great customer service!

Love them but had to return bc of finances. Will buy sometime after the virus is gone and we go back to work

Love Birkenstock’s but a metal rivet covering near the instep came off. The shoes are still fine to wear but I’ve never had any other problems with any other Birkenstock shoe so I wanted to mention it.

Love these shoes! I’ve been wearing a particular brand of sneakers quite often and my feet are killing once I take them off because of no arch support. I just slip these on and feel better immediately! I typically wear a women’s medium width - sizes being unisex, I needed the narrow. Great looking and feel awesome!

I ordered narrow and hoped it would be so. I have to pull the buckle up a few notches to make it tighter still. It’s still a nice slide. Happy with the color and length.

I was glad to get the new Birkenstock shoes.

the footbed fit perfectamundo... the strap could not be cinched down enough; way too much flippy-floppiness.

I will be sending them back. I would like to see Birkenstock make the Boston with the soft sole in women's sizes. The unisex sizing does not work for me. Sending them back

Birkenstocks are my favorite shoes to wear when I am going to be on my feet a lot or have a lot of walking to do. They are generally great for both standing and walking, which is not always the case. I do prefer the classic footbed to the soft footbed, and I don't know that I would purchase another pair of Birks with the soft footbed, but like it better after some adjustment period. The suede on these is soft and a slightly greenish-navy.

Fit true to size with the exception of the narrow width. I was skeptical about narrow width working for someone who wears medium or “B” width shoes, but there was no problem with the shoe fitting!

Comfortable but made my feet look huge.....style really not for me so exchanging them for the Florida, soft footbed sandal

I am not as fond of the soft footbed as I am of the regular...but I do like the clogs, a lot!

Perfect. They are Birkenstock’s! No comparison. Only bought these because my puppy chewed them up.

After trying these compared with the London, I purchased the London, because the uppers on the London are longer and come up closer to the ankle in front, which is more comfortable and secure. The closed back shoe style of the London also ensures that it won’t slip off. The length of the Boston upper may vary depending on what size you require, so you may have a different experience. I was trying the 39R for my size 8 to 8.5 and the strap on the Boston crossed above my middle instep—not good. I prefer leather and not the suede, because leather is more durable. The oiled leather is softer but will gain some scuff marks, but that does not bother me. Be careful with Zappos, as the shoes can be stretched out or worn from people who take extreme advantage of their generous return policy. I think Zappos should not allow more than three weeks for returning Birkenstocks, because they need to be new in order to mold to the foot properly. In addition, if the Boston arrives stretched out, it will not stay on your foot. I love Zappos—am a loyal, long term customer, but I don't think the Birkenstock company would appreciate an essentially used product being sold as new.

I’m not going to say they are the cutest shoes around, but they’re comfortable, easy to slip on to run some errands or take the dog outside, and I like the toe coverage versus the sandals. Perfect for cooler temps!

Returned because big arch support area unnecessary. Not enough cushion. Somewhat slippery when walk on wood floor.

Very comfortable shoe. I’ve been a fan of Birkenstock’s for over a decade. I love the Arizona sandals and these Bostons. Because I have a large bunion on my left toe, this is one of the few shoes that doesn’t press against it. Highly recommended. Great customer service from Zappos, as always. Love this Mink Suede color too.

Love the shoe. I've been suffering with foot and ankle pain and needed a better shoe to wear in the house. Perfect. Very comfortable and gives me the support I needed.
