i’m a size 8.5 and i a size 39. they fit perfectly and they are so cute!!!!! i love them so much! awesome color and super comfy 10/10 would recommend

Extremely comfortable right out of the box. Once they are off for a while and put back on, they seem to be even more comfortable. The size is NARROW and they seem to fit better than regular. This is my first pair of SOFT BED and whoa, it makes a difference. Quality is top notch. Love them. Birkenstock...please make more colors for the narrow / soft bed shoe! :-)

Love these Birks! the leather is a beautiful blue and very soft. They were comfortable right out of the box. The regular width fits my wide foot perfectly without looking big. I have a leg length discrepancy and the deep heel cup accommodates a half inch lift from Amazon in the heel of my right shoe which eliminates the need and expense to have a lift added to the bottom of the shoe.

Not sure if I’m keeping them. I am frustrated that this style only comes in unisex. I have a wide foot, but these feel too wide. I might try the narrow or just give up.

Sooo... I’ve attempted to love the Boston’s for 10+ years. Every single time I tried them on, I felt silly and clown like. Way way too wide for my dumb a*s feet and ankles. But, I kept trying to adapt! A week ago, I was searching for quality mules. Birks of course popped up, and I saw ‘narrow.’ Hmmm? Looked into them, and was also interested in the ‘soft sole’ business. With great hesitation, I made the purchase. With GREAT SURPRISE, from the second I put them on, I’m in love! Not too wide, don’t look dopey or clown like, are noticeably more soft and fit perfectly!! My foot is very normal, but the look and feel of the narrow soft Birk simply looks more natural than every other pair of Boston’s, that have all been returned. Thanks Birks...for making an awesome narrow soft supportive shoe! Please make more color options! :-) Thx!

Our home has all hard floors, so these are my cold-weather home & walk-the-dog shoes. Otherwise I’ve got tired feet. I’ve been wearing my Birkie sandals all summer, and realized sock weather is coming soon so I ordered these a month or so in advance of needing them. I know they will be great, like my sandals. Definitely get the narrow unless you have wide feet or plan on wearing thiiick socks. Also, my first pair arrived with wild scratch marks on one of the uppers. Super shout out to Zappos for getting the replacements out to me right away, even before I returned the damaged pair.

The Bostons fit as my Dansko professionals fit, true to size. I made the mistake of reading other reviews that noted to size down. I originally ordered the 41 narrows for my 10 1/2 B width foot, average arch, and none of the footbed features matched my foot and they were not long enough if I ever wanted to wear socks. I exchanged for the 42 narrow, and the fit is right on, perfect with my wool socks. The brown color ordered was darker than pictured, but I don't really care, they will age well.

These shoes fit well, like my other Birkenstocks. They are true to size 37 narrow. I really like the color and style. We are home so much now that they will be my winter house shoes. Great arch support and I can wear them with socks.

They were a perfect fit. I had to send them back though, my foot...not your sizing. I have a hammer toe and it is just too much for the depth of the shoe. I even tried wrapping the toe. It still pressed against the top of the shoe and was just plain painful. You most generously sent me a label for the return. Great service on your part.

Didn’t help my plantar fasciitis, I had high hopes. It’s only been a week maybe they need a break in period. But after being on my feet for 10 hours as a nurse, my feet were in so much pain.

Bostons are a classic style, and probably the first thing other than sandals that people think of when they hear Birkenstock. For a clog, I think they are very cute - simple and unoffensive. I used to wear Birks all the time. I have high arches and numerous past ankle injuries, and Birkenstocks helped me to maintain proper alignment and reduced my pain. For some reason, after my last pair wore out, I decided to wear different shoes for work. I did this for a few years, and I can tell you that my feet and ankles have suffered for it. I recently splurged on these clogs and I could feel the difference immediately. It did take me a few days to readjust to them - these years without proper support took their toll on my foot alignment. However, I am coming home feeling less fatigued, not limping or struggling to walk. It's clear that I do need to stick with Birkenstocks for work and long days on my feet! This was my first time trying the soft footbed. I was worried that it might be less supportive, but thankfully, that is not the case! These are not soft and squishy by any means. They have a bit more cushion to them, but are every bit as supportive as the originals! I think they were also faster to break in! I'm very glad that Birks are back in style right now, because they are truly amazing shoes, especially for those of us with foot and ankle problems!

Totally old school. Totally high quality. Totally comfortable. Totally practical.

These may not be the prettiest, but they are the comfiest! I’m a runner and work out often so, my feet tend to hurt. These are supportive and feel great on. They’re wonderful as both shoes to wear out of the house and as slippers inside as well. Definitely worth it because Birkenstocks last forever!

These fit and look as advertised. I got the Mink suede in size 41N (I'm usually a size 9.5/10M) and they are so comfortable, I've been wearing them every day since the moment they arrived. Plenty of wiggle room in the toe box and the soft footbed isn't as fatiguing after a full day's wear as my other Birks with the classic footbed can be. Haven't tried them with socks yet, but I think once the suede breaks in and gives a little, these will work great for cooler weather, too.

Love Birkenstock’s! Have about 20 pairs of them. Wanted black soft bed Boston’s in narrow but they don’t make a narrow. Thought I would give the regular hoping they would fit with socks. Sadly they were still too wide.

Love my Birks. Remember they run larger than your average shoe size

I am a surgeon and am on my feet every day. These shoes are comfortable and very well made. Helps with my plantar fasciitis as well.

My 5th pair. I can no longer wear the Arizona sandals thanks to my Fred Flintstone feet. My 3rd toe on both feet were hitting the rim of the foot bed. The Boston clogs are my favorite in life. I got the soft foot bed. I like it better than the regular hard ones. I gotta be comfortable! Worth every penny.

Can't go wrong with Birkenstocks...my second pair of Boston's. I hope they always keep the regular width!

This was a gift to my son who loved it.

So, I was a wanna be city kid growing up in a small hippy-esque town and have... feelings about Birkenstocks. However, I took up running a couple years ago and am starting to have a lot of heel pain. It took a bunch of almost-buys before I pulled the trigger and got these. OMG. Life changing. I wear these all day in the house and my heel pain has dissipated. My poor feet have almost forgiven me. I went with the narrow fit and am so glad I did as I think the wider width would have been too sloppy on my B width foot, especially if the leather stretched.

I bought these for casual support around the house and am about to just start wearing them everywhere

Size 37, width is regular. These are the most comfortable pair of shoes I own. They are on the ugly side, but what they lack in looks they more than make up for in comfort.
